We loved it. My daughter is very picky about food. The burritos were stuffed so much a fork was required to eat it. The empanadas were crispy and hot, not to mention tasted great. The Cuban was made so well it didn't fall apart and was quite full. The rating is for a food truck compared to other counter service food establishments. We will definitely go back. read more

Best burrito EVER. I got the Chicken Burrito. I'm weird about meat and it was delicious! I don't know if it was how the rice was seasoned or the ratio of burrito fillings but it was the best burrito I've ever had! Stopped by after work yesterday for some dinner. Picked up a few goodies. Wife had the chicken quesadillas. They were solid, nothing groundbreaking, but note, they cooked the tortillas very well, nice and crispy brown. I ordered the California burrito with carne asada. This was very good, and HUGE! I wish I knew they cut that bad boy in half, because I was not eating it right away, and it made it hard to heat up later. Taste was excellent, if a bit messy. Also ordered an order of the fried pork with tostones and black beans. This was EXCELLENT! The tostones were fantastic, and the black beans perfect. A tostone covered with some fried pork, and smothered with the black beans was a bit of heaven. Now for the 2 hot sauces. Red was tasty, they said hot, but it was medium at best. The green was even more tasty, excellent in fact, but no heat. I used all 6 sauces on my meal. Service was quick, but there was nobody in line. A few guys sitting at the tables eating. Amazing food and the portions are huge!! Best tamales I've ever had!! The burrito was perfect. Everything was seasoned very well and the flavors burst through in every bite. Manny was very nice and was patient as I navigated through the menu. He explained several of items and what was in them and then I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Carmen is an amazing cook!! It felt like a loving home cooked meal. The tacos were perfect also. If you haven't eaten there already, what are you waiting for!! Since I can't give more than 5 stars I will add more here. Never had anything like this before. We ordered 7 steak tacos. Price was $2.50 per taco and buy 5 get one free. The tacos were tiny And only thing the tacos had on them were the steak and some cilantro in mini soft tortilla wrap nothing else. Not worth the $2.50 for each definitely and if it had been good it would have taken like 3 to be equal to one regular size taco. Also took 15 mins for just 7 tacos. read more

If you are looking for a quick bite, this is not the food truck for you. It took over 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and fries. The menu is pretty large for a food truck, unfortunately they couldn't make the 2 things I originally ordered because they were out of onion rings and the bread to make a medianoche sandwich. So we decided on regular Cuban sandwiches. The sandwiches themselves were huge! They did come with sautéed red onions which I've never had on a Cuban before but I found it to be a surprisingly nice twist. The fries were good as well.
