Finally tried Cubanidad. I had the 305. I must say this sandwich is perfection. It was toasted nicely and the flavor profile was perfect. My sister ordered the Ropa Vieja. She really enjoyed the whole plate. We purchased a few of the 305 sandwiches and two ropa Vieja plates as takeout. My only complaint is that they packed the sandwiches with the plate meals. And the ropa vieja is saucy, had liquid. The liquid from the plates got the sandwiches wet. Which was a bit disappointing. Don't get me wrong though, the food was delicious and I will go back.

A must every time I visit Las Vegas. This is my second time coming here and it's just as good as the first. I got the 305 Cuban sandwich with Cuban rice and chicharrones everything was on point. The sandwich was pressed perfectly, bread crispy, and the pork had a lot of flavor. The Cuban rice was solid, and the chicharrones were fresh and crunchy. You can tell they actually put care into the food. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I'm in Vegas.

This was our first but definitely not our last time at Cubanidad 1885! The flavors here are fantastic. I ordered my husband The 305 which is their Miami Cuban sandwich. It has smoked ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, pickle, and homemade mustard sauce on a Cuban roll. I ordered the Nino Isleno which is the kids plate. I had it with rice and Cuban steak and sweet plantains. It was so good. For dessert we split a flan. It was so delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. I can't wait for a chance to go back.

The ambiance was a fast food joint. The service was - you order and pay at the cashier. The cashier was friendly and knew what all the dishes were. The food was actually very delicious I would come back again!

We've ordered multiple times. My family had high expectations since used to live in the 305 and eat lots of Cuban food. The only things that are worth it are the ropa vieja and pastelitos. I've tried the cuban sandwich - flavorless and off balance ingredients/meat. The pan con lechon contains boiled pork fat that tastes flavorless as well, as if they didn't even put salt in the water. Absolutely inedible and the few pieces that actually had meat were super dry. The yucca fries are literally four small pieces and don't come with the usual sauce. Not going to keep giving this place a chance. Note picture - dry bread, some veggies and full of fat pie

I love a great Cuban sandwich and this place does it right. I haven't been here in many years and so glad we finally made it back as this should be a regular for me. The Miami style Cuban is my favorite. It's a fast casual concept and most grab their food to-go. There are a few tables inside and a small counter for indoor dining. There's a lot of parking spaces in this plaza so coming here is nice and easy. The food is great. Very authentic and the customer service is friendly as well. If you need more of anything just ask and they'll gladly give it you.

The food is alright, but there are much better Cuban food spots. It is fast casual Cuban food. The people that take your order are not friendly or helpful at all. They skimp on the protein portion.

It's a great sandwich unfortunately I am old and on Social Security and the way I see it. This is a five dollar sandwich costing me $15.... I'm taking away one star because as soon as you walk in the restaurant, you are blasted with the smell of a sewer. It's pretty disgusting. I had to take mine to go.

Now inhabiting the block south of Spring Mountain Road on Fort Apache since just before Memorial Day 2019 Cubanidad can safely be considered a success story thanks to traditional Food made well plus several new items added by customer demand. Dubbed "the Ybor Original," locations in Tampa Bay as well as Miami highly regarded for the Cuisine of Chef Dennis Martinez Miranda, it was by Toast that fourteen items were ordered for take-out thus saving both sides several dollars in fees. Packing everything in temperature-controlled containers, it was with goods unpacked that staff explored flavors novel yet familiar, Hispanics quick to praise Empanadas packed with shredded Beef and Plantains. A locally-owned import, Chef Miranda's Cuban upbringing and professional training in Venezuela yielding products with big flavors, Beans and aromatic Rice outperform expectations while Medianoche features housemade Bread that stands up nicely to Smoked Ham, Roasted Pork, Swiss Cheese and Mustard Sauce. Not about to skip Dessert, Pastelitos eat light, flaky and better than those at any local Panaderia thanks to Butter-laminated Pastry nearly bursting with Coconut Jam or Guava Jam and Cream Cheese.

Ever since I have visited Cuba, I find myself coming here to be reminded of that amazing experience. The food is not quite the same and I believe that's due to the ingredients, but it is similar enough! They were out of mariquitas, but I thoroughly enjoyed the rest of my meal! My entree plate is always delicious all together, but I cannot get enough of the Cuban rice and beans.

Visiting Vegas I found this hidden gem! OMG it was sooo delicious, add it to your list of places to try. It's definitely worth the drive

Craving Cuban food. Not a lot in Vegas but surprisingly this place have great sandwiches and Cuban plates. Really enjoyed the ropa vieja- came with a side and choice of rice- hot fried sweet banana. Their Cuban sandwich was pretty good. They also sell empanadas. Craving satisfied.

Our server, Alex, took exceptional care of us throughout the entire meal. He was friendly, attentive, and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We both ordered the entraña (skirt steak) plate. I chose the Spanish rice as my side, and my boyfriend ordered the spinach dip along with an added chorizo. We also shared a beef empanada to start. Everything was absolutely delicious from start to finish. The empanada was flavorful and perfectly cooked. It came with three different sauces: a classic chimichurri, a spicy sauce, and a delicious cilantro-based sauce that complemented it perfectly. The spinach dip was incredibly creamy and flavorful, and it was served with fresh bread for dipping. My skirt steak was cooked exactly the way I requested--medium rare--and it was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It's easy to see why this restaurant has such outstanding reviews. The food, service, and hospitality were all exceptional. We're from Los Angeles, but we'll definitely be making another visit the next time we're in Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

Helping us with the menu and was very attentive! OK, enough of that let's get to the food IT WAS TO DIE FOR! I feel that being a trained Chef, I am a true Foodie, so believe me when I tell you every bite was adventure! My husband ordered the breaded steak with a slice of ham topped with mozzarella cheese lying in red sauce, it's a lot so come hungry! My daughter ordered the white fish dinner, she said that the fish was buttery, this came with half a plate of sautéed veggies. I, being such a foodie ate from everyone plate! We also had to taste the beef empanada, and I say beef because I think they have 9 or 10 different flavors to choose from, what ever you choose I know you will not be disappointed, the pastry is amazing. Now you must listen to me don't miss out on the Sangria, it is house made and soooo YUMMY. They do offer a full menu from hamburgers to pizza and pasta, but when I go to a restaurant like this I must taste the authenticity of the region. Today I recommended my new favorite restaurant to all my pickleball friends, which I would never do unless I was 100% sure that they will fall in love with Made in Argentina like I have! Kudos to the owners, I am leaving Made in Argentina my Chef's Kiss 5 out 5. Enjoy KJ

The roasted pork was so tender and delicious. I got some of the dark meat pieces, which are my favorite. The trifongo definitely wins the taste test. Trifongo is a Puerto.
