Planning on Listing my Home For Sale with a Realtor this coming week. Desperately needed to empty a Ton Of Clutter in Storage Boxes out of my House & Garage in order to allow for Photo`s to be taken to facilitate MLS Listing. Stopped in today Sat. July 21, 2018 around 3:30 PM to see what was available an check on the different prices for different size Units. I first spoke to Dave Hale the Manager who showed me what he had left that was still vacant. Told him a needed one of their "Larger Storage Units" an it had to be on the 1st Floor an Air Conditioned preferably near an access door to make hauling what needs to be put in as easy as possible. He walked me over to show me the (1) last Larger Storage Unit that was still vacant. While walking over to Building 2 "Rear Building" we both met Jim Lay the General Manager. Dave showed me the last Unit his Inventory showed that was still available according to the latest daily "Print-Out" an someone must have rented it a few hours earlier explaining why it was still showing as Vacant. Dave explained my situation to Jim Lay. Jim said he had a "Hold-Reservation" on an identical Corner Unit directly next to the Door entrance. He called the Party who put a "Hold" on it an asked if they were definitely going to Rent It because he had a Customer who was in desperate need of that Storage Locker working on a very limited time schedule. That Customer who already had several other Units in the Complex released the "Hold" an allowed me to rent it. Both Dave Hale an Jim Lay went way beyond what one would expect to help a total stranger off the street to solve my problem. Hopefully, CubeSmart self storage knows the superior Customer Service these gentleman provided at this Location! Highly recommend! I live in a HOA Complex less then a quarter of a mile away from their facility which will make the drudgery a bit easier too. read more

Very unhappy because I was at my storage unit to vacate and I found mice droppings in my storage unit and several boxes had been pulled open and ripped apart by mice. I had some linens in a box and I found them with huge rip marks that the mice bit into. My skin is itching and i feel grossed out. read more

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! Do not be fooled by the fake reviews or the deals posted online. Bases rates, rent increases, and "policies" and policies at this location are set without rhyme or reason, the "climate control" is weak at best, and the front and side security panels malfunction with such regularity that those occurrences are the new normal. The problem seems to be that this place, like so many others in the area, can maintain substandard facilities because the demand is high right now. In addition, this particular location seems to pride itself on hiring only the rudest front desk personnel. The current hag treats anyone under 50 like a personal doormat and the jackass that preceded her was sexist to the point that I started to file a harassment lawsuit against CubeSmart. Please, please go elsewhere. read more

Centrally located for Delray very clean staff was wonderful and easy access would highly recommended and reasonably priced

I moved recently to S.Fl. and moved into a 2/2 from a 4/3 house and was looking for a very clean climate controlled storage to store expensive furniture and unfortunately a whole bunch of usual crap that you never know how you had accummulated it all. I had checked out 3-4 other storage places before settling on Cubesmart and this particular one because I wanted to ensure it was clean, had well maintained AC, had good securty wirh cameras and no bugs.. This is extremely clean, and well run and met or exceeded my other requirements. Denise and Ana are awesome people that run this place and provide really excellent service. They have a security system and do frequent audits as Denise called me one time as I had accidentally put my lock on in a rush before sliding the door bolt in place.. I'm on the second floor but it's very easy access with a big freight elevator and they provide industrial strength carts/dollies for customers to use. If you will be in a storage for over a year or more I would recommend a 2nd floor as its cheaper and not a big deal.. Denise gave me a storage close to the elevator so it made it that much easier. They also have plenty of room in the loading area and parking lot for trailers (mine was 28 ft) to be dropped off and picked up which was even more convenient for me. Some other places I checked out have tight spaces which can lead to a 3 ring circus and for me my moving company dropped off my trailer so I could unload with my guys at my own schedule so overnight parking was important for me. One downside which is very inconvenient and not Denise's or Ana's policy ..and they told me it is a Cubesmart national policy and only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5, they do NOT provide customers with a dumpster to use!!! Apparently, the corporate office wants to keep everything clean but that is counter-intuitive to providing for all critical customer needs at a storage facility. I can understand Cubesmart corporate people not wanting their locations as a dumping ground for unwanted furniture, but in my case I had left over moving boxes, wrapping, smaller stuff, broken lamps I wanted to throw out plus I had to clean out the trailer before it was picked up. So the corporate Cubesmart people sitting on their big butts think it's smarter to have people haul away their own trash than to have access to dumpsters?! I have a 2 seater so this was VERY inconvenient. I would rather have Cubesmart charge for a small fee or to offer discounted haul away furniture service through a 3rd party partner or service than to leave customers on their own. If they fix this BIG inconvenience they would get 5 stars. read more

i have been a customer at this location since may of 2015, when i rented my first 10x20 unit...as i approach the end of my ninth month, i now have 3, 10x20 units and one 10x10 climate controlled inside unit...i have recently relocated from the north, where i have used storage units for many years...i have never had such wonderful, professional care from the "front desk" personnel...the manager denise takes personal interest in her customers...calls to see how i feel, when she became aware of a medical condition i was experiencing, was second nature for denise...ana, the resident manager, has personally taken charge to correct some minor problems with the units, and has followed up with me to keep me posted, regularly! denise and ana make such a wonderful caring team, making customers so comfortable, they stop by just to say hello when in the area...i watched a customer come in and do just that, at the time of my most recent lease signing...do not hesitate to use this cubesmart location....your needs will most definately be satisfied! read more
