How do you force someone to buy your specific locks for $50 when they have their own locks already? That's criminal! I needed the unit because the movers were bringing my stuff the next day. I was in a bind and was forced to pay. When I get there I notice all the other units have different locks not $50 locks!!! Also there is no light in the unit this is 2026 and there is NO LIGHT IN THE UNIT! I will be moving out as fast as I can. What a waste of time and money.

What I appreciated most about my recent experience with Public Storage is the ease of getting into a unit. It was Sunday afternoon and needed to sort something out ASAP. I went online, looked at locations nearby to find the best price and distance for the size I needed. The site was easy to navigate and I choose a locations. I reserved the spot. A few moments later I got a message to get the app and fill out some paperwork. I filled it out easily and and completed the purchased for the space. Not knowing what would happen next I drove over to the the location to drop of stuff. No one was in the office... uh oh. There was a sign on the door that said sign into your app and get all the things you need. Within moments, I had the code to the gate, went to my unit, there was some paperwork on the insurance I got and a lock to lock the unit. ALL AUTOMATED and simple and easy. Nice work Public Storage. Thanks for not over complicating a simple thing as a box to put my stuff in.

They…read morehave massive amounts of invasive plants/trees/vines that grow over the concrete wall between our properties. In 7 years I have only asked one other time for it to be cut back but this time I have been completely ignored for months on end and through 3 managers. My backyard ONLY has palms and turf to ensure easy maintenance but I have now had to purchase 2 leafs blower/vaccs, rakes, pole saw, large tree trimming loppers, etc. since my yard is constantly filled with leaves as is my pool. Post storms is an absolute disaster that I have let go for years though it has cost many hours of labor and hired help to clean up mess from the other side of the wall. Any sort of acknowledgement would be nice but since it's behind their buildings, and obviously a me problem, I can't imagine I'll get a response until I drop off an invoice for the supplies and my hours of labor to clean it up myself this weekend.

But Got charged for the full month of December. Called at least 7 times with my complaint and keep getting an AI who talks to me. He states he is sending it as urgent for them to call me back that day and I never get a call back. I have my credit card company disputing the charge. But I can't talk to a person on this and keep getting an AI. Even though I received notice they received my move out form, my online account doesn't show that I moved out. Again I received a notice in November that they received my moving out form. We've left the place on November 25th as too dangerous to park a travel trailer there. It's packed like sardines everywhere, and the roadway is only the width of a car.
