    Albo movers were excellent! They were quick, efficient and handled everything with great care. Not a SINGLE item was damaged and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I was very impressed with their work ethic. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!

    We recently moved in South Jersey about 25 minutes away to our new townhome. From Start to finish Albo Moving took care of us with respect, professionalism and care. With the easy $50 deposit, to follow up reminders and confirmations, the team showed up in the morning and got us settled in. We would highly recommend you get the team of 4 movers, with the big truck. It was well worth it to have the team help move. Nothing was damaged in our move and we would use the Albo team again!     I recommend Albo for safe, effortless and reasonably priced moving services. We just used Albo's crew to move into our new home in Bucks County, PA. We will also be using them again to move our parents in the next few weeks. The whole process from planning to execution is perfection. No stress, no mess, just a day with a bunch of polite, strong and patient guys who take good care of your stuff and ensure complete satisfaction. We even got a 5% discount for scheduling the move over 2 weeks in advance. After searching through several moving companies, we were happy we picked Albo.     Didn't plan ahead of time and was able to schedule with them within 5 days and was able to do it on Memorial Day too! Arrived exactly on time. Truck was much larger than expected so there might have been a little communication issue between the person answering the phone and the actual guys sent. Alex and Artur are great guys.

    I spoke to Alex today to try and schedule a move for my daughter, but he informed me: 1) He did not schedule moves unless I was prepared to pay for 4 hours minimum for this move no matter how small or if we didn't need anywhere near that many hours; this new information of the 4 hour minimum moving policy was NO WHERE to be found on his current up to date webpage as of today (7/17/25). 2) The Groupon that I purchased was not valid since the company Groupon are all liars (his words not mine) due to fact of him not agreeing to the prices that they have currently listed online for his moving company (why move forward with Groupon if this is how you truly felt? Better yet then why not truly cancel your active Groupon account for your company? Maybe because Alex wants to catch fish more people into getting one of his Groupons or just get more people calling into his business prior to purchasing the Groupon, so he can turn around to tell the person that he is sorry since he does do not accept his own companies Groupon, which means having to reach back out to Groupon for a refund for the people that purchased the Groupon already like me). Furthermore, Alex first lied to my daughter in a phone conversation prior to me contacting him directly and he told her that he had removed the Groupon page, so no one else could purchase them anymore. This is a complete lie since as you can clearly in my pics below his company's Groupon page is still up & running as an active Groupon page; I was able to purchase one of them this morning from Groupon for my daughter prior to speaking to anyone (normally you don't have these problems when you buy a Groupon from a company, but they also don't act this shady about everything). He was very rude to her and just wanted to go over his 4 hour minimum moving policy as well that again isn't listed anywhere on his current webpage. 3) On my phone call with Alex, he asked me about my daughter's move and told me that two hours wouldn't be enough to move two already completely packed up bedrooms from her current street (near Temple University) to less than a mile away (movers only had to help move boxes with few pieces of bedroom furniture, which my daughter and her friend said they would make sure their beds were even apart for the movers if they couldn't help) to new apartment bedrooms with nothing new to setup in this space). Funny how as a woman (5'4 & 145 lbs), I moved my daughter into this apartment three years prior with the help of only her stepfather in 30 minutes going up three flights of stairs. Alex also was asking if there were stairs in her current space and/or an elevator to help the movers. I'm not sure why any of that mattered since on his own website he brags about not being charged extra for either nor is it a problem, but obviously like all movers it is! Sounds like false advertisement to me with that as well on his webpage! 4) In the end, Alex was rude to me as well during our phone interaction and didn't seem to want to be bothered with my daughters small move since we didn't need his BS of a lie 4 hour minimum moving policy that you only found out about via his own mouth! As a business owner myself, having all of your policies listed in black & white is always the best practice, so there is no confusion since it seemed like this was a recent newly made up 4 hour minimum moving policy!

    Great move with great movers !

    We had an amazing move with Albo movers. They were extremely helpful, polite and fast! They took great care of all of our items and left nothing broken or scratched. They even took our beds apart and put them back together in our new home. Yakiv was our point person on the day of the move. He was extremely nice and organized and we knew we could trust him with all of our stuff. I would 100% recommend them to everyone !

    This company were recommended to me by my friends, they used them before for moving. They answered all my questions , were very informative and helpful. Price was great too. At the day of moving they came in time and moved all my stuff with care, some of it was fragile and I worried. But they did a great job! Thank you for quality work!     I had such a great experience with Aleksandr and his team! From the very beginning, communication was clear, professional, and friendly. They handled everything with care, and worked quickly and efficiently without cutting corners. What really stood out to me was how organized they were each piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and protected, and they treated my belongings as if they were their own. The team was polite, hardworking, and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and easy. Moving is never simple, but Aleksandr and his crew truly went above and beyond to make it a positive experience. I couldn't recommend them enough. If you're looking for reliable movers who actually care about their clients, this is the team to call!

    Used Albo moving for a 1 bedroom in Philly and they couldn't have been better. Very efficient, professional, and communicative on the day of and before when confirming info. Handled and packaged my things very well and everything went very smoothly. Will definitely use them again!

Across multiple review sites, this company consistently scores poorly: * Google: Approximately 3.9 stars, with thousands of reviews * Yelp: Approximately 1.5-2 stars, with a long history of complaints * Better Business Bureau (BBB): 1.97 stars across more than 1,000 customer reviews, despite being "accredited" These ratings are not a coincidence -- they mirror the exact problems I experienced. Please don't take the chances that I did and use this company. You'll be very sorry. I hired All My Sons for what should have been a simple, professionally handled move within Pennsylvania. Instead, the company sent a crew from their New Jersey branch, and from the moment they arrived, the situation was unacceptable. The movers smelled strongly of weed, and the odor was so overwhelming that it transferred onto my belongings, the moving blankets, and into my home. Despite being quoted $1,500 for a move that originally included far more items than we ultimately needed moved, the crew stalled for hours, took an unreasonable amount of time to get set up, and barely worked. They attempted to charge us $200 per hour for 12 hours to move fewer than ten pieces of furniture and no boxes--time that was inflated entirely due to their own lack of productivity. They even took apart furniture unnecessarily, removing every screw they could find, and then struggled to reassemble anything, which appeared to be a deliberate tactic to keep the clock running. To make matters worse, they forced us to pay immediately before unloading the furniture, even though the job was nowhere near complete and their performance had already been unacceptable. They refused to allow me to inspect my furniture after they brought it in. They were holding my furniture in their truck until I provided the person on the phone with a credit card to pay for the move. By 10 p.m., exhausted and frustrated, we had no choice but to let them leave. My husband and I ended up moving most of the furniture ourselves, unwrapping and assembling items they were supposed to handle. The next day, we had to take two cars and make multiple trips just to move basic items like totes and clothing bags--items we specifically hired them to move. Damage Discovered - In daylight, the true extent of the damage became clear. The movers had: * Drilled holes through three credenzas, including over ten holes on the wrong side of two of them * Split a 500+ lb wooden and marble credenza by placing it on its side on a dolly instead of carrying it properly * Stained my couch * Broken a $1,500 art piece * Scratched $1,200 chairs Their lack of training and care was obvious, and their behavior raised serious concerns about whether they were under the influence while handling our property. Claims Process & Geoff Burgess I filed a claim for nearly $10,000 in damages, providing receipts, photos, and videos--evidence the company was aware of from the moment the damage occurred. Since my move at the end of December, I have been going back and forth with All My Sons for months. It is now March, and they have: * Refused to settle * Refused to explain their employees' behavior * Refused to address the lack of training or drug testing * Refused to replace or compensate me for the extensive damage The claims representative, Geoff Burgess, has been a complete roadblock. He: * Refuses to review any of the material proof * Refuses to provide documentation * Refuses to acknowledge the severity of the damage * Blocks any attempt to escalate the issue I even tried going to his supervisor and to customer service, and no one will do anything. Every path leads back to Geoff, who simply repeats the same scripted denial. Their final response was that their insurance would only cover $644 under "limited liability," and they refused to refund the $1,500 I paid for the move. The local NJ operations manager initially told me he would speak with his partner and call me back. He never did. I have texted him multiple times and left a voicemail with no response except to speak Geoff in claims. The company also refuses to let customers speak directly with their executive team, forcing all communication through an internal division that shields them from accountability. I even tried reaching out on LinkedIn to the chief customer officer of all my sons in their corporate office in Texas. Conclusion - This company's behavior is unacceptable, and their pattern of ignoring customers, denying valid claims, and hiding behind internal processes is exactly why they have low ratings on Google, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had looked more closely at those reviews before hiring them. Don't make this mistake!

Meetunghouse's form for the request was by FAR the easiest to fill out. On the day of the move, they brought everything we needed (moving blankets etc.) We boxed everything else ourselves before they arrived. The three movers assigned were cheerful and helpful and did their job very, very well. We've moved a lot over the years and this was one of the best experiences we had. They even helped us pick up a Facebook marketplace patio set on our way! Remember to tip your movers - it's hard work!!

    I hired Meetinghouse to pack for me and move all the stuff. Mostly everything moved from one place…read moreto another, but the packers forgot to pack some things and the movers were stressed! The packers and movers were two different crews - one worked Thursday afternoon and the other Friday afternoon - which may have contributed to the problem, because the movers were definitely not pleased with the packers. It got to the point towards the end of day 2 where I just told folx to put stuff down because I felt guilty about how hard the move was on them. Based on the other reviews, I'm thinking I might have caught some of the folx on off-days? I will say they were prompt and polite, and Sway really tried to make up for what he could tell was not the smoothest move. It was not an inexpensive move, but the price matched with other companies I got quotes from. *I'd recommend not asking them to move plants because almost all of the plants they handled lost limbs. Not sure how to get around this if you're a person without a car or just want everything moved in one trip, but I'm glad I moved most of the plants myself. Art was handled delicately though!

When I finally went to move my things from their unit to a different one, my boxes were just tossed in what looked like a junk heap with ZERO care and I found out I was being ridiculously overcharged for literally a square spot in a garage. As my family and I were moving my items from their unit warehouse to our own truck we rented because the owner was going to charge us too much money for his employees to do it, EVERY BOX or piece we moved had broken, missing or damaged sections/items. the owner watched us as we took each box literally blaming us because we "touched it". the owner of this company is FOUL and nothing I owned was packed with care. I'm now finally unpacking, and I have THOUSANDS of dollars of damaged and missing items. I will one hundred percent be reporting them to the BBB and I hope they get stripped of all of their awards. THIS IS ADDED AFTER THE COMMENT FROM THE OWNER- MASSIMO- you are an absolute jerk I still have threatening and disgusting text messages from you after I called to say things were damaged. LITERALLY AT THE FACILITY YOU SAW ME TAKE ONE BOX AT A TIME and saw my face as I heard broken contents and you did NOTHING. I did not pack my boxes on moving day your team did and they did it TERRIBLY I even bought them lunch and tipped. Your team threw things in boxes and unloaded into a literal heap of a mess in your garage. And then you charge $300-500 a month for nothing. PUBLIC PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY A GREEDY MAN WHO TREATS CUSTOMERS WITH DISRESPECT. There is no need to be rude and I did mention the workers were polite. I didn't realize how thankful I should be over $50 that cost me so much more. I also stated I didn't inspect every single item which I should have done prior to signing anything! Maybe you could re read my review before replying hastily.
