We only had about 20 or so items…read morefor them to move (all furniture basically), we had previously moved a majority of items ourselves as we had 3 weeks to do so between our apartment and our new home. We went with them as they provided the most reasonable quote based on what we needed moved. On the positive side I will say the sales manager was very nice and responsive, even when I contacted them regarding my issues. The movers showed up on time and were nice. They brought all the materials they needed and the box truck was sufficient for the job. Now for the negative.. We were assuming the job would only take a couple hours, 3 max. They showed up at 8 and began to wrap the downstairs furniture. Our couch is a sectional so we previously disconnected all the sections prior to their arrival and also gathered everything they needed for the other furniture as to keep the process speedy. As they did that, I did some misc things around the townhouse to put in my truck to bring over. It got to a point where just about 2 hours hit and they weren't done downstairs wrapping and putting the items in the truck. I had to literally stand there and watch them so they would pick up the pace - which they did. They did a decent job wrapping, using a ton of tape and shrink wrap which unbenounced to me I had to pay for! The quote had padding included for materials..so one would think tape and shrink wrap is part of that..how can you cover something with padding and not secure it right? When I asked about this, I was told they normally charge $45 for this (again, this was in no way shape or form mentioned in the quote) but will only charge me $15...thanks I guess? They kept the pace upstairs pretty quick and got all my stuff loaded (some of my kitchen chairs were wrapped, some weren't, also frustrating). Before we left one of them asked me if he can use our microwave to heat up his pizza..I'm a nice guy so I said sure but that's just an odd thing to ask a client. We get to the house and they have me sign for the remainder of the charges ($200 was the deposit given initially). $515?!?! The fuel surcharge is based on the final bill?!?! I was livid but had no choice as they won't unload my belongings unless I sign. I can understand the fuel charge being based on the hour drive time (30 min each way) but on the whole bill? Complete BS. They unloaded my belongings fairly quickly, my kitchen table legs became loose somehow, they nicked our not even year old china cabinet (and it as wrapped), while bringing up our futon to the second story they knocked it into an overhead light breaking the enclosure of it and proceeded to want to stay and help us set up. I grabbed my knife and started to break down the plastic wrap and padding myself to move them along because at this point, I didn't want to pay anymore than I had to. They remarked that I was helping and I said well yea I have things to do and asked, is work slow or something? They replied yes, hours have been light so I now get why they were taking their time at our old place and trying to at our new place. In sum, I wouldn't use these guys again. Way too much money for what we wanted done.

This isn't a moving company, they rent plastic moving boxes. It comes out cheaper than buying…read morecardboard moving boxes, and it's delivered to your door and picked up when you are done. It's like Frogbox or Bungobox, but it's locally owed and family owned and operated. The boxes are stronger than cardboard, don't require any tape and don't get soggy and fall apart in the rain like cardboard. I'll never go back to cardboard again!

We were quoted around $750, but the final bill ended up being $2,000 for a simple two-bedroom move from Boca Raton to Pompano Beach. The crew clearly lacked experience. It took them two full hours just to disassemble a queen-size bed. They didn't know how to pack a dining table and couldn't disassemble it until we found a YouTube video for them to follow. In the process, they broke our TV stand (we had to throw it away) and damaged our Aminach sofa valued at $3,000. What was supposed to take 3 hours dragged into 6 hours, and the whole move felt chaotic and unprofessional. I'm sharing this so others don't make the same mistake. If you value your furniture, your time, and an honest estimate--look elsewhere.

Days later I asked him to drop off the slab since I never even got a chance to see it he refused to unpack it. He finally brought it today and said he was going to handle paying for it until I called his insurance company there's definitely something wrong with this man because he is the one that reached out to his insurance company to file the claim I called to follow up if the claim was made I have all documentation and proof for his insurance company I definitely would look for another mover

The only reason why I am putting two stars is because the movers were really nice and in the long…read morerun it is the cheapest way to go. They come and pick up your stuff. They put it all in the truck. They move it wherever you want. However, they told me one price it jumped Double. I was working with one guy on the phone (I think his name was Darrin) who seemed so nice and all of a sudden the movers were here and he was nowhere to be heard from when the price doubled. Then they told me my stuff would be delivered on the 16th. It wasn't delivered until the 28th. If you want a cheap moving company who is going to move your stuff themselves and you don't care when it eventually gets there- go with this company. But if you want your stuff to get there at a certain time, you don't want your stuff to get broke and you want your estimate to stay the same do not go with them. Also, they hired some random guy off the street to help move my stuff into my home whom was drinking beer the whole time and obviously brought my stuff into the house and I'm assuming he lives in my neighborhood because it's a dead end road, so that's kind of weird I don't need him knowing where all my stuff is and what all I have. Definitely sketchy
