The quality of the unit is really good and great compared to others that I have had in the past that have charged 2x or more what I am paying here. The great thing about this, as a single person, I feel safe here because there is someone on site 24/7 and a bathroom available. The office isn't open 24/7 but I can go any time and feel safe. I have never had that from an outside storage unit ever. Well lit and clean, with a garbage for convience. I have had storage units in California, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, and Georgia and I'm sure I'm missing a few other states but I am very pleased with the quality, the price, the service, and the management there.

Mobile Storage Depot took a reservation for a truck and never opened for business for me to pick up the truck and never bothered to notify me or Budget Corporate that they weren't opening that day. This move cost me several hours of my day and hundreds of dollars paying movers to sit around and wait while I went all over Atlanta trying to get a truck.

Since it was a Sunday and I only had a certain amount of time to get the truck back, I was confounded. I saw an emergency contact number, so I called it. Then man said he be here in an hour. An hour and a half later he shows up and opens my unit. There's a truck in my unit! UGH!! Tick tock, my time is slipping away....He tries to start the truck, it won't start (surprise). He gets a battery charger and starts the truck and he moves it out of my unit (why was someone else's truck in the unit I paid for?). So there is two hours out of my precious time....he leaves with, "Sorry for the trouble." Mind you, I lost my job in another state, sold my house and my mother passed away all in the space of one month! No I am not making this up; I think I'm loosing my mind. I called him the next day (after I spent an extra $116 for the truck because it was turned in a day late) and he offers me $25! I tell my family that I took the $25 credit because I felt as if I had no recourse. My brother calls him and he tells him that we are taking up all his time and he is raising my rent $30/month.
