I told them I would be there in 4 minutes, The gentleman said "ok see you then". When I arrived I could not find their suite and so I called and called and called. This was 4 minutes later. No one answered. When I found the unit there was a sign on the door that said OUT FOR LUNCH after I had just told them I would be there in 4 minutes. I drove 30 mins to get to the wrong location and they didn't have the professionalism to wait 4 minutes for me before they went oUt lunch ..after they knew I was coming! I went down the street to Alco and got what I needed. Needless to say I will never give this place my business after that!

Company said to file a claim but kept bringing up their terms of service even though they never showed it to me before the move. It's been three weeks and I haven't heard anything back. I suspect they're either trying to wait me out and hope I forget about it, or if I push they're going to refuse to pay based on some technicality. Every friend or acquaintance I've told about this always reacts the same way: "They're insured right?" Based on how this company is handling this, I do not think that they are insured.

We had to hire someone last minute as we had to vacate the previous property no later than June 1st!
