There are elevators on site and carts to move your items in and out of the units with ease. I recommend purchasing a lock on site. It is easier with this lock than a normal padlock. There are four sizes of the rooms. The largest is a large 10x15. I find getting the largest unit was better and few dollars more for the unit value. The next is 10x10. They have two smaller units. When you select a unit, be to remember your access code. You are going to need it to where the units are and to ride the elevators. Be sure to return any cats you use, it's a good sign of proper use in a storage facility. The two top mangers Paula and Howard are super nice along with the rest of the staff. You have a three day grace period to pay your dues before a late charge is applied. To prevent late charges, they accept auto pay. The units are open 9:00am to 9:00 pm Monday -Sunday. The staff is on duty from 9am-6pm. Be sure to be out by 9:00 or you will get locked in. They also have boxes and pack stuff in the office.

There has been a known rodent problem since September that management has failed to properly address or communicate to tenants. Several of my belongings were damaged, and others exposed to mice excrement as pictured. The only response from management has been to place glue traps, which do nothing to resolve the larger issue. When I requested to move units because of the infestation, I was initially offered a new one at a higher rate, which I found shocking and poor customer service, and then moved to another unit on the same floor--only to find that one quickly infested as well. Despite acknowledging the rodent issue, management offered no meaningful assistance or compensation beyond insurance that didn't cover the extent of the damage. This experience was extremely disappointing. Avoid storing your items here, and if you are currently stored on the 3rd floor, I would strongly suggest checking your items for signs of rodents.

Absolutely disgusting and infuriating experience…read more Do NOT rent here. My original unit was infested with rats -- droppings, urine, and filth everywhere. My property was destroyed: boxes chewed through, rugs and belongings soaked in rat urine and feces, and I had to throw so much away. After months of dealing with this, I moved to a new unit just three days ago, only to catch another rat inside. There isn't even a trash bin available to dispose of the rat that got caught in the trap. It's unbelievable that a facility charging these prices allows this kind of unsanitary, unsafe environment to continue. Management needs to take action immediately with full extermination and real preventive measures. This place is a health hazard. Do not store your belongings here.

Much of which cannot be replaced. I have complained about the rats multiple times and nothing is ever done. They just keep hiking rates. We are moving what's left of our stuff out of there this month. STAY AWAY from this place! When I contacted them about the loss of items and the rats....they did graciously offer me a 1 time $61 credit to my account. I told them to keep it and put it towards pest control. This entire facility is run by a slumlord.

Public Storage Let Rats Destroy My Furniture - And Profited Off It…read more The short story is: If you love it enough to store it, go elsewhere - because when it gets destroyed by rats at this location, Public Storage DOES NOT CARE, and you won't get compensated for the damage beyond the $250 "vermin" cap on the insurance. Public Storage's absolute lack of concern for my property or health means I will never be doing business with them again - they got my money, and that's clearly all they care about. In Fall 2024 I rented unit 4022, a 10x30 that is in the very far back right corner of the property. I moved a lot of furniture in while dealing with a divorce. I came back to check on my things at the end of May 2025 and was horrified by the serious rat infestation I found in my unit. No pictures I can leave with this review will demonstrate the horrible overwhelming smell of rat excrement, and likely also dead rat. ALL of my upholstered furniture and a bed were covered in rat feces and urine. My couch had been ripped into and nested in. By the smell, there was likely also at least one dead rat in my couch. A particle board bookshelf had soaked up SO MUCH RAT URINE, the bottom fell apart. I let the young lady in the office (who was new) know the situation in my unit, but Public Storage did not offer to do anything about it AT ALL - so we rented a Uhaul and disposed of the furniture that was, at that point, a serious biohazard. I was given the email for Mr. Muder, the general manager of the property. I sent him an email and gave Public Storage a chance to make this damage right. It included a detailed spreadsheet with the replacement value of everything that was a biohazard, which came to nearly $4k. Mr. Muder called to follow up about this and let me know that he had spoken to upper management, and they "decline to follow through on this" and directed me to the insurance - which I paid for - and which only has a $250 cap for "vermin damage". Mr. Muder tried to explain that they have no control over what other tenants store, and that someone else likely had food in their unit that attracted the rats. NO SIR! This issue is not a little food in another unit - the volume of rat infestation is too severe for that. The two grocery stores on adjacent property, as well as dumpsters for fast food on the same block that I have witnessed rats climbing into are likely the cause. These are known factors that Public Storage should be used to dealing with. Clearly they're not. Public Storage had ONE JOB they were paid to do - keep my property safe. They failed. And they still got to keep my money, so it seems they absolutely do not care what their negligence has cost me. I would have been better off giving everything I had to Goodwill than storing it here, because at least I would have gotten to keep my rent money - but I lost that to them too.

Absolutely DO NOT rent a unit here. There is never anyone in…read morethe office during business hours, and they do not answer the phone or return calls. It has been impossible to reach a real person for months. My rent started at under $200/month and has now increased to $358/month with insurance, yet the level of service has been nonexistent. My unit was broken into FOUR MONTHS AGO (October). After the break-in, the facility placed a new lock on my unit. Since then, I have been completely unable to access my own belongings because no one is ever on site and no one will call me back to coordinate access. I am literally being forced to keep paying rent on a unit I cannot access and do not even know what was stolen from. I need to: * Access my unit * Document what was stolen * File a police report * File an insurance claim (through the insurance THEY require me to pay for) * Remove my belongings and close the unit I even tried withholding rent just to get someone to contact me. Instead, they added late fees -- and I STILL cannot reach anyone. This has been an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience. I just want to get my belongings and stop paying for a unit I can't access. Avoid this facility at all costs. PLEASE CALL ME BACK so I can stop paying this and get the hell out of here.

I responded with explaining that I am moving into an apartment, have no idea when I can come back to it and will most likely just send my belongings out of state. I was utterly disgusted to see rat droppings, urine, and massive holes in boxes that housed my priceless possessions. My trip was to drop a few winter items and instead witnessed this repulsive horror. Managers failed to offer any solutions or options besides "We know this is a problem" and "We can move you to climate control units". No. No I do not want to move. My stuff is ruined and the best option is to move it? Cubesmart failed miserably to notify me as a tenant and at minimal send an email letting me know there is a rat infestation. Their negligence has resulted in my items being ruined and probably laced with diseases carried from rats. I have attempted several times to reach out to management to find a solution like them helping clean/move my items into truck, etc. Any smidge of customer service would be helpful besides no options. This is the worst storage unit facility and I strongly discourage anyone from renting a unit with them. You will be disappointed and probably get rats in your unit as well. You've been warned.
