Several pieces were heavy, solid wood antiques and both gentlemen took great care with all of it. There were large awkward pieces that were difficult to move but with hard and careful maneuvering every piece made it on the truck and into the house! I'm a bit delayed with this review! I was actually going to go with another moving company but I spoke with Joe and his competence and attention to detail had me switching over. His crew is local and actual employees we had AJ and I want to say Dylan sorry if I got that wrong. They showed up in an immaculate truck with all of the moving equipment and supplies to make it super seamless and painless. They were very respectful and professional and packed and moved with care! We had great communication and added on additional work. Joe was great to accommodate, he even came out personally to help us out with moving something else a week later. We will definitely recommend them and have to our friends and my realtor and will most likely use them again to finish up the last of our moving from our storage. Lastly, I want to add that I used the yelp feature to create a new project and get bids back from businesses. Chris, Dillon, and Mustafa are the best movers I've ever experienced. Moved all the furniture and tons of stuff from my 1500 sq foot home to the new place in barely 4 hours. TLDR: Hire these guys, they know what they're doing! Definitely the best movers I've used in all the moves I've done in my life. Joe and his team know their stuff, and I appreciated their extra care and time in performing a relatively long-distance move from Austin to San Antonio. Two weeks before the move, Joe was patient in working with me to preview the contents of my old house using the camera on my laptop. I simply moved the laptop around with me so that he could get an idea of how much packing had to be done, how many boxes to be packed, and how much furniture was to be hauled out. He estimated they'd need a 3-man team, a 36' truck, and a certain number of boxes to complete the move in one day - and he was EXACTLY correct, right down to the number of boxes needed! Even more impressive was the fact that not one thing was broken in the move. I'm used to sacrificing something to the Moving Gods, but apparently Joe and his team carry kryptonite or something in their pockets. Their prices are competitive, they're responsive, show up on time, and do a stellar job. Thank goodness we hired Elite Relocation to do our move! My husband, Ben, booked this about a week ago. ( Way to go Ben!) I was surprised they were able to accommodate us. We were able to move Saturday- Monday. We went with the Monday. They told us on of the guys would be calling us on the way and arrival would be 12-2pm. Ben received a call from Alfredo at 11:50 and said that George, Dylan and himself were going to be on their way and to expect them in about 20 min or so. When arriving, with 3 smiling faces at my door these 3 energetic nice fellows did a quick walk thru with me. I went ahead and labeled items of which rooms they would be going to once arriving to our new home. That way they could just cut loose and do what they needed to do and I could continue to unpack what I already started bringing over there over the weekend. They were awesome- those 3 guys packed up our things in an hour and a half (we had a 2 car garage and on one side we had those plastic black bins with yellow tops stacked probaly 14 - lawn equipment and supplies and three metro shelves.) We also had a 1300 two bedroom two bathroom apartment home to move. It was eight minutes away from our new house and they moved everything in set up three beds and they got it all done 2 1/2 hours. I was so impressed customer service spot on. They exceeded my expectations , now I really don't want to move for a long time, however, if I have any family or friends, or if I find myself moving again I am definitely definitely calling this company again. 3 hours ago NEW My moving experience was not professional. They needed to send men to do the job and they sent 1 young whining staff and another staff member. My recommendation is DO NOT USE this pretend professional moving company. The last 15 minutes of the job they threw everything in the storage unit. It was a very unprofessional job. Joe the owner came over and did not really care, he only cared that I signed the bill for $960. And when I said yeah if I have to sign a bill for $960 then I want the storage done correctly. For example, the furniture first then the storage boxes. They had another job to go to, so unfortunately for me it was 'a too bad' attitude. It was the most horrifying, unprofessional, overrated and overpaid moving experience ever. YOUR CALL IF YOU Like Unprofessional jobs. They build up the hours to get the most $&$ they can. One of the staff was on his cell phone with his San Marcos girlfriend while the other guy and Iput boxes in the unit. Yes, I became a mover too. I hope he enjoys all the $$ he collected while I worked too. God forgive Greedy people who only care and goals is money and not taking care of customers. It even got worse. Because I complained for the unit to be done correctly and said this is unacceptable, it got worse. Do not put kids on a Man's job. We used Elite Relocation in September 2022, and they far exceeded expectations. My sister-in-law had recommended them when they moved out of state and it was the best money spent. We had everything go wrong with our selling/move, but Joe, Steven, and Adrian (AJ) with Elite were by far the very BEST part and truly made our move better. An outside moving truck company gave us the wrong size truck (22-foot instead of the 26-foot that we reserved) and we were concerned that our stuff in our 1500 sq ft house (AND extra items from my parents' 700 sq ft apartment) would not fit. But let me tell you, they delivered!! With less than 6-inches to spare, they did the best packing/arranging/tetris that I've ever seen and got all our stuff to fit. Nothing was broken either, and it was a windy, bumpy trip out of state. Beyond the actual truck loading, they were so professional and a joy to work with. We loved getting to talk to them. They went beyond the move, too - since it took a lot longer to make our stuff fit (thank you, outside rental truck company), Joe sent me a more direct phone number of the rental truck support line so that we could see about another partial truck refund (Joe, it worked!). He also checked in with us once we got to our destination to see how everything worked out. Moving is already an incredibly stressful process, and Elite was the easiest part. They wrapped everything in pads and plastic. They laid down floor protection. They took my TV off the wall without issue. Rather than send 2 movers, with Elite Relocation you get three! Wow, I can't recommend Joe and his team at Elite Relocation enough. Communication was great, they showed up on time, were completely prepared and they worked quickly and efficiently. Once they started working was when I could really tell they were next-level movers. They had floor and door protectors, wrapped everything perfectly, and took great care of our glass furniture. They packed our rental truck like Tetris masters and most importantly when we unpacked after a cross-country move, NOTHING was broken. Joe also walked me through how to operate a couple of things on the truck when I mentioned how nervous I was to drive it. Thanks to their solid communication I was able to book a last minute. 7pm for the next morning. Their pricing is aligned with all of the quotes I got. They were there on time and started the clock only after assessing the job (some movers start the clock before even pulling off the road). The guys came out with an overly large truck for the job, which was much appreciated. It's a lot faster when they have too much space rather than too little. The whole move was much faster than I expected. The movers did a great job with delicate items and nothing was damaged. I'd recommend working with them and am grateful for the last minute scheduling. In case you're wondering about the mask situation I had to ask one of the guys to put on his mask and he was so-so at it. Although following state law and the signs at an apartment building should be automatic, you'll likely need to specify ahead of time.
