I used my unit the other day and oil spilled out the little hole in the back. I would have never thought to put oil in there and it was a lifesaver! The staff is always so friendly when they drive by and often stop and chat a bit. I ship materials for trade shows and they have even offered to have return shipments sent to the office instead of my home and will put in my unit for me. Their service goes above and beyond any other storage facility I've used and it's why I stay with them.

She also followed up by phone to see if I was happy and if there's anything else that she could do for me.
