The signing up online and moving in process was super simple (they have a lot of sales/deals online I saw). What I like about this particular Public Storage that my old one didn't have is the option of opening the gate from the Public Storage app on your phone! Now I don't have to get out of my car and type in my code every time I have to enter and leave my storage unit (comes in handy when it's raining or there's bad weather out). These storage units are all outside, which is super convenient. I can just pull up with my car right in front of my storage unit, so carrying heavy boxes and walking up the stairs or a long distance is never an issue. This made unloading for me super bearable. I had a problem with my lock being hard to open in the winter time (now it's smooth in the summer), and the front office manager was super helpful and fast in fixing it when I called her. This location is also located right off a busy-ish street, so it's easy to pull in and hard to miss. I don't plan on leaving this storage unit for a long time!

After looking at different units I decided on the larger one. In May my situation had changed and now I needed to downsize. When I arrived Mike was very accommodating made sure that the smaller unit would work for me and so we went to see the 5x10 unit just to make sure. He also selected a unit that was closer to my larger unit, that I did not really need to use my car to transfer my "treasures". :) I highly recommend this location.
