The estimate was 6+ hours, but these guys crushed it in 4. Organized, fast, and efficient--and they still treated every box and piece of furniture like it was their own. THE MOVERS ARE PHENOMENAL. I am giving this business a 3 because they only allow cash or check. No one carries a checkbook around anymore. And they don't give you the actual cost of the service until they are done, only an estimate. But they want you to have the money on hand before you know the cost because they can't wait for you to go to the atm and they don't have change. Like what? The mover told me to call and give a card number so I did. They said they don't accept card numbers on the day of the move, only before. Two Men and a Truck turned into THREE men for us. We were pleasantly surprised that there was an extra person to move our one bedroom apartment into our 3 bedroom home. The movers were incredibly professional, very accommodating and soooooo careful with our items. They were very aware of corners and turns and everything was just as they found it. We were quoted $613.00 for the move based on the time. We paid $612.50. I was amazed that there was no attempt to upsell. They worked quickly even though they could have dragged their feet. This was my 3rd time using this company in the last year (unfortunately). The first two moves were efficient and right on target with $quote. This last move on August 17th was a huge disappointment. The movers were WAY slower (one box at a time for example while the other guy was out in the truck doing who knows what) and I was charged over $200 more than I was quoted for the same amount of furniture and boxes as the previous move. And approx. the same distance. (Winter Park to Maitland and Maitland to Maitland. Both first floor moves.) I complained about the bill to NO AVAIL despite being a returning customer! Our move was home furniture delivered to 3 locations within 40 miles, and Shavaughnre, Christian, and S.Davis worked quickly, efficiently wrapping all pieces, gently unloading etc with smiles on their faces and a camaraderie that was a pleasure! We had such a fantastic experience this morning that I wanted to write a review right away! We really didn't have a huge house of furniture to move since we were getting rid of most and we moved other odds and ends on our own. This was still money well spent so we didn't have to do any of the grueling work. Getting a quote is simple. I contacted them via their website and had to fill out a detailed questionnaire about the move. Someone contacted me back right away with a quote based on info I provided in addition to other details that would affect our move . We booked a date (no deposit needed) and a few days before, someone called to confirm. The moving guys, Vevera and Burgess, arrived promptly at 845am (we were quoted 845-9am). We chuckled bc the moving truck was HUGE. Our items probably fit 1/4 of their truck! Anyways, we took them on a quick walk through of the house and pointed out what we wanted moved out and they went straight to work. They bring their own shrink wrap and moving pads and wrap everything to minimize any damage during move. You can request boxes for a fee but we didn't need any. A few tips: 1) They cannot move a lawnmower unless it is empty of gasoline 2) If you require them to disconnect washer and dryer, you have to sign a liability waiver. 3) Make sure to have electronics disconnected and ready to move prior to arrival. The guys were just as quick unloading the items into our new home and unwrapping. They were quick and very careful moving large items around corners. I didn't expect them to put together our sectional and bed frame which was a nice surprise. Moving is stressful enough and this was just one less thing we had to worry about. It took them 3 1/4 hrs for the entire move . Payment can be made by check or cash. And if you feel inclined, you can tip as well. I also offered water as it was pretty hot outside and it was just a nice thing to do! Great service and polite guys ( they kept calling me Ma'am- lol) . It was estimated to take 6 hours to move us, but it only took 4 because these guys didn't chitchat or sit around. They wore masks throughout the entire move to keep us and our kids safe. I will start off with the good. The movers were courteous and respectful. My broken furniture claim was handled and fixed by the claims manager. The biggest issue is that the movers seemed to intentionally be slow. It took them 5.10 hours (originally 5.25 hours before I complained/I was refunded 15 minutes) to move a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house. I had everything pre-wrapped, blanketed, and staged downstairs to speed up the process. All that had to be done was load the truck, drive 11 minutes away and offload the furniture (in the garage). They were moving so slow that I had them leave everything in the garage at the new house, and not bring inside. 5.10 hours/$700+ for that?!! All nice staff, but I felt like I was taken advantage of by the extremely slow movers. read more

DO NOT HIRE -- They will DESTROY your floor with SCRATCHES all over and cost you hours of time, emotion and lost work. They leave hard wood floors scratched all up! Do you want your hard wood floors damaged? Then hire Two Men and a Truck, Do you want to have to worry about leaving your old property damaged and have to drive over an hour to it 5 days in 1 week? Then hire Two Men and a Truck. I had a move that was done this past weekend. My wife was at the first property when Prieter, Narcain and Haynes loaded the furniture. When they were done, they asked if there was anything else she needed. One of the men walked her room to room making sure everything was taken care of when she noticed a significant amount of bad/deep new scratches on the hard wood floor of the master bedroom, the hallway of the upstairs. The master bedroom floor is laminate wood that was there when we bought the house. We don't know the model that needed to replace that bedroom floor with. The scratches looked fresh and peels of the floor were visible. The damaged upstairs hall (connected to the stairs and one bedroom) are original hardwood and I'm not sure what you can do to resolve that issue as a patch fix is not an option. The movers never pointed out the fact that they damaged the floors. It seemed shady that they did not bring this to her attention at all, and she had to ask them about it. When they were leaving the man we hired to paint the bedrooms, was backing into the driveway to finish the work he prepped the day before. My wife showed him the damage as he was one of the last people in the house and he was shocked. After getting off the phone with my crying wife and prior to the movers arriving to the new house I called and spoke to WenMarie. She mentioned the owner is not involved or care about day to day operations. I wanted to let the owner know, since this is not a normal day to day thing and he should be aware of the possibilities of the situation moving forward from here. When the mover arrived at my new house, I was so mad I did not want them moving the furniture into the rooms of my house with the newly installed bamboo floors and potentially damaging a home we owned for less than 24hrs, so I requested new movers finish the job. I honestly can not imagine how reckless the first movers were to cause that damage. They tried to say the damage was already existing. We are well aware of all existing damages and flaws as we had occupied it as our permanent residence for 4 years, and have been showing our house frequently as a rental property with full disclosure of existing damages and expected repairs. I then asked for the damage report and it was missing which floors, until I asked them to specify. We expected professionals when we hired Two Men and a Truck, but the first group of men proved otherwise by then also blocked traffic flow in our cul-de-sac upsetting our neighbors. Like Wenmarie, the second set of movers (Robinson, Tibu, Meirndez) were professional, careful, and overall great to work with. I have tenants scheduled to move in on 06/06/2020, but if they are unhappy now that it looks different than when we had an agreement and back out I will need to then get a lawyer involved for loss of funds, time compensation for showings, gas, mileage, etc. Also, other than worry of tenants in place walking out on a contract prior to final walk through, I have to worry about going to the property to babysit the flooring vendors because my tenants will not be there, but will have belongings in the house. I have used Two Men and A Truck once before, and had only minor issues the first time, however, this after using them for a second time, I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. The move itself wasn't terrible... the guys worked through the pouring rain - which is the only reason I gave them 1 star. One seemed to be moving pretty slow and just kept walking around, while the second one wrapped everything and was clearly trying to pick up the slack from the first one. From the minute they walked in, I pointed out 2 boxes that were marked with fragile written all over it, and asked them more than 20 times to be very careful with it and notified them that the contents were very fragile, important and irreplaceable. The boxes were moved out, along with everything else and when we are arrived at my new place, I reminded them again another 20+ times to be careful with them. When the box was being brought in, the mover lifted up the box, shook it in the air and said "I've got your wine glasses" and then set the box down in the kitchen. Not but 5 minutes later I turned around and he had brought in another box that was twice the size and weight and placed it ontop of that box. He also did this with the second box that I was worried about. When the move was done, I was very over the move and just wanted to relax so I didn't question the bill - which I found a little high, signed the paperwork, tipped them, and they went on their way. Several hours later we started unpacking and found that almost everything in the 2 boxes were shaddered. Since the office was closed I left a voicemail and was basically in tears. Come Monday - my move was on a Saturday morning - I got a phone call back asking for me to send a list of items that got broken and any details to which I gladly did. I then looked at my bill and redid the math and noticed that there was a mathmatical error and I was over charged for 0.5 hours. Since I was over charged, I wanted my tip back and the retail value of the items that were broken came to $273, I put a stop payment on my check. I received an email stating that they would make the correction on the invoice for the overpayment and told that they didn't usually refund any tips but they would this time and gave me a new total of $432.50. I did not want to pay the amount until I knew I would be compensated for my broken items and because I was waiting to pay them, I was then threatened with small claims court if I did not pay my bill in full and that they could not put a claim through until payment was made. I made the decision to deliver the new total in cash to the office and then within 3 days was sent an email stating that my claim was denied due to the fact that the movers did not pack these items. Everything was wrapped in paper, bubble wrap and had padding in the boxes, so whether they packed these items, or a 3 year old packed them, they clearly did not handle my items with care and believe I should be compensated for the loss of my items. I will NEVER use this company again, nor would I ever recommend them! read more

Five stars for a super easy and professional moving service! I had a couple large furniture pieces I needed to move into a storage unit and I opted to pay movers instead of begging my friends. It was so easy and I don't think I'll ever move myself again! Three guys arrived promptly and began to move my furniture into their truck. They wrapped everything in moving blankets and plastic wrap and took great care of my belongings. They moved FAST! I didn't have a lot of stuff, but it literally took them 15 minutes and they were done. You pay by the hour ($115) and it includes their drive time to you, so you may want to keep that in mind when scheduling the time of their pickup/move. Also, lucky for me, they have climate-fitted storage units at their office that are very reasonable. One 5x7x5 unit for $35/month. You can't visit the unit (I think it's more like a crate), which may make this option one that won't work for you, but it worked perfectly to me since I don't need to access my stuff. All in all, a friendly, easy and cost effective way to move. Would definitely use them again. read more

It's rare that one can say that nothing broke during a move, but we literally did not have a single glass chipped during our move. The movers showed up on schedule (even 15 minutes early) and they hauled tail to get our move done. We all dread moving. I've moved 5 times in the last 4 years, and there's nothing I hate worse than rude, ungraceful movers. You know the type- they speak with a thick accent, upcharge you at the end, slam your stuff around, put your "fragile boxes" on the bottom of the stacks, and don't apologize when roaches crawl out of your things from the trucks. The great thing about this company is that they charge you per hour, not per box. If you book during the week (Mon- Thurs) you get a discount! The men were very professional and courteous as well. Too bad the office staff has no customer relations capability. Movers showed up at our storage unit on front end of their schedule window. No phone call to tell us they were there and waiting. A call to Marie in the office to clarify the invoice start time resulted in her scolding us for not understanding their first appointment of the day procedures!!!! By the end of the call I knew if we were moving the unit today, that it was costing me an extra hour of time @ $115 and she told me in no uncertain terms that we had to pay regardless of what we thought might be fair or expected. Her belligerent attitude and tone was derisive, offensive and awful. Btw our movers were great. We have two more units to move next month. We WON'T be using the Casselberry 2men&truck. What more could you ask for in a quality mover? Beginning with the booking process all the way through to the departure of an empty truck, I was glad to have chosen these guys for our move. After submitting the web form requesting a quote I was promptly contacted and the booking agent thoroughly understood my moving needs. She recommended three movers since we were moving out of the two-story house and provided me an estimate that proved to be very accurate. The crew arrived on time and after getting a walk through got down to it. As a customer you always cringe when agreeing to an hourly rate but these guys were all hustle. They even tacked our two biggest challenges with ease; the wall unit and the fridge. The wall unit was previously purchased at IKEA and assembled in place in our upstairs loft. They did a great job of getting this oversized behemoth down the stairs and safely into the moving truck. They then proceeded to amaze us by getting our huge French door refrigerator out of a very small kitchen with an island as an obstacle. They did so by lifting it up and over the island. This saved us from having to take all of the doors and hinges off to get it out. Upon reloading the fridge in the new house we found we had missed taking out five eggs from the egg bin. Three were perfectly intact and the other two were cracked but not broken! How's that for gentle? I was considering using them for my move. They were on the high side of the quotes I received. My decision not to choose them was made when they were moving a neighbor. They blocked several cars trying to get out of the complex when trying to park their truck. There was more than one time when they could have let them go by. Not only did they not let the people out, guys started getting out of the truck & opening doors - before they were even parked! My husband and are still talking about how efficient, fast and knowledgable these men were! We had a ton of heavy things to move, and these guys packed everything into one truck with no leftover space. (The office worker estimated 2 trips, but because of these three men we only needed one trip!). These men were actually RUNNING two and fro at many times. These were not stereotypical paid by the hour movers! And now the best part about our move...., the price was about half of the original price quote because they finished in such good time!
