This place sucks. The nerd at the desk was a real piece of work. Hopefully this place closes quick!

We moved in to a new home on 2/5/26 our movers were : Kris, Pat, Josh and Daniel. All were very helpful, professional and supportive. They went out of their way to ensure that the move went smoothly. Further there were very polite. I really hope we do not have to move again for a long time. However if we do need to move this is the group we would use to facilitate our move.

I've used many services before. This by far was the worst. Well not all aspects. The guys who…read morepacked our house - great. I mean they used our sheets and stuff to pack items, but whatever. The biggest issue I had was the guys who loaded our truck. They came over an hour late and then instead of wrapping our furniture, they just started tossing the stuff on to the truck unwrapped. The driver even had to tell them they needed to wrap it or he wasn't going to be able to leave. Then within 15 mins - they broke our credenza. We called the office right then and there and they tried to get the crew aligned a touch better. However there was no improvement. We got to our new home and all three TVs were busted dressed were scratched up couch ripped. Their response was - well we will look into it. I mean when the guys unloaded our stuff they took pictures so they wouldn't be blamed. So I guess the service was "fine" we just got a horrid crew in Atlanta to load our truck which is sad because they were the most important part.

Definitely not worth the $1200 we thought we were saving by going with Corrigan instead of a competing offer.

The sales pitch sounded great; the experience has been terrible. The moving truck broke down two times, arriving two weeks after they packed up, leaving us camping in our house and eating out for days on end. The response from the company was that this was "just bad luck." Clearly, their fleet was not in good repair. What is even more deeply frustrating was the state of our possessions when they finally arrived. One of the movers loaded our generator with gas still in it (marking it had been emptied). This tipped over en route, and our entire new house now smells like a garage. The gas fumes are caustic in some parts. Upholstered furniture was supposed to be shrink wrapped; it was not, so these items, including a new sofa, especially soaked up the gasoline smell. A mattress had grease marks on it. Some furniture was scratched and poorly wrapped. My professional file box with all of my work papers apparently was dumped and thrown back together and then taped. A live plant was packed in one of the bathroom boxes. The key was removed from our big tool box but was not included in the parts box. We cannot access it. We are missing two of the four specialty screws necessary to reassemble our bed set, so we are still not sleeping in our own bed. We did not just get the B Team for packers, we got a quick and shoddy F Team (other than the young man who carefully packed our kitchen and china cabinet). We spent over 10K for movers to make our cross-country trek less stressful; they have made it more so. I wish we had gone with any other company than Corrigan, and I advise you to never use them until they step up their game.
