I called and called (they were open) and no one answered the phone. I left a message saying I had a receipt for my payment but then 2 hours later I received an email saying my rent was past due. So, I drove over there and tried to get an answer about why this was happening. "Girl" at front desk didn't have a clue why $1 was still showing as open, even though I explained Yolanda told me what was due when I brought the check into the office. It was very frustrating. I would not recommend this establishment. My neighbor told me they used to rent there but had their rental amount increased 3x in one year!! I'm going to move out.

The staff member, Candace, told me I needed to pick it up to get my deposit. The tempered glass fragments were so small and from a former tenant. I, did however, spend 45 minutes in the blazing June sun picking up tiny pieces. After doing so, exhausted from the heat, she said it wasn't good enough. These fragments were not from anything that happened while I was renting there. I was not given my deposit back and was treated like a tool to do her work. So I called back in 24 hours to accept the spot at $134.00 and now I was told that it is not available at this price and is higher then what I am paying now for a larger space due to what they say is the market price! Confused by this statement. Not sure what they mean by this but I am sure after posting this I will get a notice of another increase because I posted this . I am sure they would tell me it's market condition when they send me the increase notice.. I would hope sometime I would get a notice that the market is lower and they would decrease our space cost.

I also discovered in hindsight Airpark Pak n Ship is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and has a C+ rating for failure to respond to customer complaint.
