The entire experience with this company was seamless starting with my initial booking. I spoke with Zach and he made me feel very comfortable to book immediately and not shop around. My move was more, proficient, efficient, than I have EVER experienced EVER, In our moves!! You get a courtesy phone call before the move, and they are on-point with the timeline. They don't start time for the move until they report it to dispatch after arrival. Upon arrival, you are greeted by, GREAT, respectful, kind movers, we had Demetouse and Tax. They are brothers, and if you have them for your move, you are in great hands. I would recommend asking for them for your move. These guys were FAST at moving! We still had some miscellaneous things to pack, and we had to UP our speed on packing those items, to make sure WE didn't follow behind. They were done within (4) hours. I'd like to point out some advice for your move. * If the opportunity presents itself, move as much boxes as you can along with, random items. (We spent $30 on a U-Haul) * Have mattress covers for your mattresses. Fortunately I found kris, the owner of Bubble's Wrap and Send. I called her and presented my challenge of packing, shipping and wanting to track my shipment till it arrived in Australia. Many other places told me after it leaves the US there's absolutely no way to track it. Well, I'm hear to tell you that Kris knows a way and I received emails from the day it was shipped, leaving the US, it's arrival in Sydney until it touched my daughter's address. Everything was shipped without any damage because Kris has many years of packaging experience. Her knowledge of what foreign countries require in order to gain entry is invaluable. I traveled further than I normally would to ship but after realizing Kris's expertise and seeing the results I'll never go anywhere else. And, her quote came in over $20-$40 less expensively than competitors. Thanks Kris, and continued success! Now I'm waiting for my daughters reaction when she opens her Christmas gifts.

Just used them for a move over the weekend and was forced to put a review while they watched over my shoulder. This is my honest review... the quote that was given over the phone was a lie. There are hidden fees that were not mentioned over the phone when booking this company and our move doubled in price. Every moving blanket, piece of tape, and box used to "protect" our items was charged even though they re-use all of the materials and took it all back with them. In addition to the extra charges they broke multiple pieces of furniture and one of our TVs.

I can't complain about the actual movers, who were fantastic, but the shady business practices are enough to make me want to warn others. I had to pay in full before they'd unload the truck, I did not get an itemized bill until I asked twice via email, and then when I questioned the extra charges, I also had to ask twice. Be wary.
