By the way - they rent this unit again (#90 unit) using the same promotion: $1 for the first month ($39 usual price plus $12 insuarance). After that they raise prices (by 50%) after 3 and 6 months (I talked to a manager). So dont be traped in this "tasty" price - it will not last for long.

The initial perks were the front desk staff were friendly and super helpful. For many years they accepted packages and put them in my unit. I utilize the unit for work related marketing materials, so it was such a great help to have them accept packages. They also had a functioning moving truck, which I utilized a few times. The last time I inquired about the moving truck it was out of order. I also used to keep a spare key at the front desk which they threw out during an ownership transition and didn't notify me. It's a compounding of all of these things that have chipped away at my overall Impression of this company. Why do I still rent here? It's indoors, secure to enter, and offers the shortest commute for me to get there.

Both on the phone and in-person he was very courteous, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Today, in person we both followed COVID-19 protocol with social distancing and wearing masks. I was pleased to see that Public Storage and their employees were abiding by the protocols. I was able to look at several storage units on site. The entire storage lot and the office was very clean and well kept. The unit prices and employees friendliness definitely made it a no brainer to select Public Storage.
