These guys appear mostly only care about money/revenue, but have No real care or concern for their properties or neighborhoods, that they are in. My experience at 524 W Greenwood Ave has been some of the most unnecessarily stressful of my 50 + years as a renter. I was a homeowner a few times during this time also I am very aware of the responsibilities of an owner and as a renter. Roberts client, and defacto mother/tenant have made it nearly impossible for Robert to have managed my tenancy properly. I want to believe, given the appropriate opportunity, I would have experienced a more favorable outcome. Robert, to my knowledge, has not been directly involved in the nefarious actions of his clients. The turning off of my heat and hot water on several occasions in the past month. The hiding of my trash cans. The theft of my mail and subsequent use of my bankcard by a family member. The constant harassment, verbal assaults, physical threats and finally lying regarding my exclusive use of a patio and then in retaliation, excluding it as a punishment. I believe Robert was acting in good faith regarding his client. However I have and continue to suffer greatly at the hands of his client. I can only close my eyes, click my heels together 3 times and repeat, "there's no place like home," and hope a house falls on top of his client. When I open my eyes I will be transported to the home of my dreams, on 3/2/2026, far, far away from this scary horrible place. I will pray for the next tenant!
