The parking lots are frequently overcrowded with too many unregistered vehicles-many with long-expired tags which takes away our visitor parking for families to come visit. There also seems to be an unusually high number of stray or loosely unmanaged cats roaming the property, which can be an annoying. Especially if you have dogs. Management has been made aware of these concerns multiple times, but little to no visible change has occurred. If you're considering this complex, l'd recommend touring other nearby options to see if they better meet your needs for a clean, well maintained, and responsive community."

I moved in at the end of November in 2025 the unit was infested with roaches when we entered. they claim to be a luxury apartment but the unit isn't at its best then when I made concerns/complaints I was told there's nothing they can do towards "cosmetic issues". When I confront management to try to speak with someone else they refused to give me further information & continued to give me a front office number. Which they never answer. I had to come in myself to confront the property manager LETY FUENTES, who seemed to dismiss my issue every time I confronted her with a problem. She never apologized for any inconvenience & They refused to give me corporate number, after a month of asking I finally receive the number but of course no response from anyone. These apartments should not claim to be luxury. Neighbors are not neighborly at all. Walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything & anything!! Kids are in the parking lot constantly without supervision! & management doesn't do anything (there excuse is they don't know who the kids are) Parking spots are extremely small ( I HAVE KIDS & AN SUV) These people got upset I asked for corporate # & are retaliating by telling me to remove items from my patio that multiple other units have on their property ! The audacity. I have taken multiple photos for my proof & I think it's been an unprofessional way that these women have handled this complex . I hope to hear from someone else because I'm tired of talking to these rude women in office ! I would recommend checking out other apartment complex near by that are much better in hospitality & all the above! Don't make the same mistake we made! BE AWARE If you check out the reviews you will see that multiple people talk about their experiences with these people & they are true! I agree with Harpreet Kaur in the reviews. At some point you start to feel uncomfortable in the comfort of your own home! And paying +3k a month for it is not it!! Update: first off I've already moved out because you took literally months before replying, another…read morenod to how awful this place is, and on top of this while moving out someone jumped into my patio and stole my umbrella - A NEIGHBOR no less who then sold it to the upstairs neighbor and tried to pass it off as his business. This place is an absolute nightmare run by slumlords. Don't rent here. I hate the timbers. Watch your gas tank seeing as no one will provide security. Hate this place. Management is aware and won't follow up nor take responsibility. So cool. Apparently cars are getting keyed too. Timbers is the worst apartment building ever! Our manager is rude, doesn't follow up, and will never reimburse you. I've had a car towed because they can't give me a pass for my guests even though I'm a single tenant and they don't run the stupid office late enough for daily permits. The dryers burned my blankets - no compensation, my bath mat was stolen right out of the dryer - no compensation. Oh and there's been mold in every single apartment in my building and yet they refuse to do anything except fix overtly burst pipes - which they won't do in a timely manner.

I love my Apartment. I love the Timbers. I haven't had many issues and the couple issues I did have…read morewere fixed right away. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. All my neighbors are respectful and friendly. The area is so quiet and peaceful. There are so many positives to living at the Timbers. I promise you will not regret moving into these apartments.
