We really enjoyed living here. It's clean, neighbors are nice, and the employees and manager were really nice. They do have a separate number for people who live there than for those who are just calling the place for information. That made a big difference. We were always helped promptly if something ever came up that needed attention. We were sad to leave but we had a little one on the way and needed to find a place with more room. When we left, we cleaned really well and we got our full deposit back. I would definitely recommend this place to others! read more

I've lived here for a couple years, and unfortunately, some persistent issues haven't improved despite repeated tenant complaints. The parking lots are frequently overcrowded with too many unregistered vehicles-many with long-expired tags which takes away our visitor parking for families to come visit. There also seems to be an unusually high number of stray or loosely unmanaged cats roaming the property, which can be an annoying. Especially if you have dogs. Management has been made aware of these concerns multiple times, but little to no visible change has occurred. My experience here has been unpleasant since the moment we were approved. SOLIDAD the assistant manager at the front desk is extremely hostile & unpleasant. Has an extremely poor attitude. I moved in at the end of November in 2025 the unit was infested with roaches when we entered. they claim to be a luxury apartment but the unit isn't at its best then when I made concerns/complaints I was told there's nothing they can do towards "cosmetic issues". When I confront management to try to speak with someone else they refused to give me further information & continued to give me a front office number. Which they never answer. I had to come in myself to confront the property manager LETY FUENTES, who seemed to dismiss my issue every time I confronted her with a problem. She never apologized for any inconvenience & They refused to give me corporate number, after a month of asking I finally receive the number but of course no response from anyone. These apartments should not claim to be luxury. Neighbors are not neighborly at all. Walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything & anything!! Kids are in the parking lot constantly without supervision! & management doesn't do anything (there excuse is they don't know who the kids are) Parking spots are extremely small ( I HAVE KIDS & AN SUV) These people got upset I asked for corporate # & are retaliating by telling me to remove items from my patio that multiple other units have on their property ! The audacity. I have taken multiple photos for my proof & I think it's been an unprofessional way that these women have handled this complex . I hope to hear from someone else because I'm tired of talking to these rude women in office ! I would recommend checking out other apartment complex near by that are much better in hospitality & all the above! Don't make the same mistake we made! BE AWARE If you check out the reviews you will see that multiple people talk about their experiences with these people & they are true! I agree with Harpreet Kaur in the reviews. Roaches everywhere, they have their own pest control but the next day they did the service there was a bunch of roaches everywhere. They come every Friday so make sure to schedule weeky pest control in your apartment here. Havent been able to comfortably cook food because of them, and i clean religiously. So if im not cooking, dont have anything in my pantries, do daily cleaning, what is it? Still our fault? Ridiculous apartments. read more

SOMEBODY GOT SHOT AND DIED INDIDE COMPLEX!!! The worst thing is that management failed inform residents to ensure the communitys safety and neglecting to take the gravity of the situation seriously. How do I know? Well, back in 2022 my fiance and I were wokin up in the middle of the night by shots fired directly outside of our window. My god daughter, brother and sister all sound asleep. The cops, paramedics, and fire department all came to clean up the blood and pick up the body. GET THIS! they were non-residents. Hey things happen and no one could have foreseen, but next time adleast reassure the community that you are formalating ways to enhance safety measures, to hopefully avoid instances like the one my fiance and I were involved in. I walked into the office saw the young lady sitting there she saw me and hesitated to answer the door. I asked for the manager she has to leave early regarding situation about breaking into my son car. This is not the first break in our other 2 cars have been broken into We actually pay for extra parking where is the patrol no PATROL as indicated and door gates are left open asking strangers to come in. We had a recent shooting and man shot I've been here 4 years First 2 were fine it had gotten worse and Manger does not to do a a thing !!!! Just moved into Tuscany village apartments and the process was super easy and simple.

I have been living here for almost 11 months and I absolutely love it here. The office staff is always friendly and in the time I've been here, thankfully, I've never had to have a service request. All of my appliances work, and the a/c blows ice cold. The pool and jacuzzi are always clean and I never have to worry about my mail being stolen because of how they secure the mail room. The thing I think I love the most is the other tenants. I haven't met anybody I haven't liked yet. There is a big family vibe here. You won't be sorry if you choose here to live. read more

I would avoid this apartment complex if possible. Such a terrible experience my roommates and I went through here, and we didn't even officially get to become tenants. We were very excited about the unit in the beginning, however, four days prior they announce to us that it will not be ready on our move In date to last tenants not moving out on time. While inconvenient, we were understanding as it was guaranteed to be ready the following Saturday. Some time later, we get an email mind you, not a call, stating that the unit will not be ready and there is no move in date for us. This makes a second reschedule, and they didn't even have the decency to call and tell us this. Now, their ac unit was not working and they did not know when they could get a vendor in. At this point we were very frustrated as our roommate was coming from Northern California and had to rebook her flight twice as well as hotel. No compensation was provided to us aside from money off our unknown move in date. They were not empathetic or understanding to the major inconvenience this was causing. Overall, the leasing experience was very poor. All communication was via email which would've been fine under normal circumstances, but when you are dealing with peoples livelihoods and something as serious as having a place to live, you would think they'd go the extra mile to call and inform us instead of hoping we check our emails. They never called us to inform us of any updates or changes, any time we wanted information we had to go out our way to get these updates on our unit, even though they already knew of these changes and waited on us to reach out. They were hardly apologetic and even at some points seemed to be annoyed with us even though they're the ones who were inconveniencing us. Very unprofessional. Thankfully we found an even better three bedroom unit right as all this was going on. Everything happens for a reason and we are so glad we did not end up here. Just recently moved to the Tuscany Village. I had a few issues with the plumbing and some electrical, the maintenance team took good care of me and the family. Luis I believe was his name, he went far and beyond. Made sure we were satisfied with the work he had done. And not only did he do a great job, but he saw me show up from work the other day and asked me how everything was working out for me, and if I had any continuous issues with the plumbing. Last year someone was shot and killed in the complex but rent went up. There are no gates so anyone can wander in, my car has been broken into on multiple occasions. The police are always in the complex. Appliances are awful. I'm writing this review in frustration because my dryer broke and now I have a soaked work uniform. The dishwasher doesn't work. Just moved out less than a month ago and SO glad we did not renew our lease. Our safety was on the line, we've had our truck broken into and many tools were stolen, they tried to steal the truck but they failed, thankfully. We asked for the camera footage and they didn't bother helping, just filed a report that's all we could do. We've had a homeless jump INTO our patio early morning and you'd think the security (we ALL pay for on top of the expensive rent we had to pay that you NEVER see roaming around???) would have taken care of who's coming in and out but no, we had to call the police to take care of it. We couldn't really enjoy our time here. The apartments are NOT sealed correctly as well, we'd deep clean and there was DUST non stop after 2 days. It's crazy to me bc they call themselves luxury apartments. Then you have the kids, especially the ones that live by the front office, they block the entrance and won't move out of the way from the cars coming through. I've seen them get into nasty fights that I had to break up myself. This isn't a great place to bring new kids to grow up in. It's truly disappointing, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. read more

I currently moved into Tuscany Village about two months ago. I am extremely impressed with the Maintenance Staff. All three Men greet the tenants in a friendly manner, spite the 100 degrees weather their working in. Maintenance guy named Luis is always courteous and does an awesome job both times he has came out to my Townhouse. Work is done in a timely, professional manner and the Office Staff follows up on the Maintenance Request. Definitely a good vibe around the complex. No complaints read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The girl named KAI or however she spells it is the most rude horrible front office person I have ever spoken to. Literally every time. My bf and I had a miscommunication and both turned in a rent check. Before they even received these checks I left several messages about it to insure they were not both deposited. I also spoke to the front office girl KAI who insured me there was nothing to worry about and that they would see there was two and not deposit both checks or I would have did a stop payment. Well guess what? They deposited both checks. It is now the 14th of September and I have called numerous times because Letty was to follow up with me and has not called me once to say she hasn't heard anything or keep me posted about what is going on. Every time I call Kai just says Letty will call me back. The day before Yesterday I called to speak to Letty and I let Kai know I worked two jobs in 20 minutes and she rudely responded "Like I already said, I'll tell Letty to call you back." Today I called and I said I haven't heard anything and she said Letty said it's because she hasn't heard anything and I simply said it would be nice and more professional if she could have let me know that instead of always having me call and Kai tell me she will call me back. She is simply avoiding talking to me. Unprofessional again. I told Kai at this point they could keep the rent and we will just move out the end of October because I'm over it and she said I didn't do anything to you and HUNG up on me. So how do I give notice to an office that avoids me and hangs up on me? she is super ghetto. It's crazy they let someone with such poor customer service abilities answer phones and deal with residents. Not everything is about you Kai. I'm not coming at you. I'm frustrated because I was charged rent twice and now I'm being avoided because of it. How would you feel if you were charged that much money in one day? You would be stressed too if you were charged that much. Customer service is apologizing and trying to fix it not yelling at a resident and hanging up on them because they are frustrated because of your mistake. Someone was shot and killed here and they didn't tell any of us about it, the kids run around with no parents watching them or caring, stealing packages and running a muck. They don't move for you when you are trying to leave. Just mad dog you like go around me. One threw something at my car when I was leaving recently. But management "legally can't say anything or do anything about it." On Tuesday my neighbor's Harley was stolen from his parking spot. This place has gone so down hill and they do not care about the residents AT ALL. We have been here five years and the last year it has completely gone to SHIT. Super sad because we loved it before. During my Residency here at Tuscany Village I can honestly say, without a doubt, that its been an absolute pleasure. When you drive into The complex, you feel as if you've driven into a resort. The grounds are kept up beautifully, The pools are clean and The gym smells fresh and is kept clean. When something needs fixing, the excellent and friendly staff is right on it within a day or two. (Jessica, She rocks!) Pets are welcome and even have their own little doggy playground. After moving every year like clockwork for the last 10 yrs, it feels great to find a place to call home and its close to everything. All my neighbors are very cool. My experience was terrible moved in November 2016 and was out by February 2017. The roof had a lot of leaks and sliding doors let in a lot of water. I couldn't understand why I always had to mask a smell with candles but my apartment had mold growing out of the wall. Was told my conditions in my apartment weren't bad compared to 16 other units. They offered us another unit or to get out of my lease so I GOT OUT ASAP! I was constantly calling the office to get things fixed. The maintenance guys always helped me out but were swamped with roof leaks and flooded apartments. Tuscany just wasn't for me. I'm in a legal dispute with this complex over returning my deposit since they basically refurbished the 1 bedroom cottage apartment I leased for 1 year even though after my exiting walk-thru I was told everything looked good and I was one of the cleanest exit walk thru's they've done. I was expecting a small "cleaning" fee which is typical and touch ups on normal wear and tear but the fact that they are requesting I owe them money is just absurd. Basically, what is the point of putting down a deposit if potential supposed repairs are going to be more than the deposit given? They have spoken with my legal representation and have explained that a manager needs to look into this further and will after they return from vacation. Well it's been close to a month now, and Tuscany will not return our calls or confirm receipt of our emails sent to ensure a status of what is going on with the deposit return since after speaking with my representation they explained they would remove all the holds they placed on my account except for the cleaning fee. We have left multiple voicemails, emails in regard to this matter with no response from Tuscany, and we're just trying to ask for a status on the return discussed. My advice, do not lease from this complex as they do "shady" business and will take your deposit and refurbish the complex on your dime. Not to mention, the whole complex is going down hill in terms of appearance and the types of tenants they are having move in; mainly people who obviously don't care to maintain a nice place to live since trash is everywhere and things are being stolen off people's patios. Employees may be friendly but they have no idea what they are doing. If the site allowed, I wouldn't even give this complex a rating as they don't even deserve to be in business. Finally moved out of this place and I don't miss it at all! We were moving on a Friday and the office closes at 6pm. They never communicated with us regarding move out procedures, walk through, key drop etc. Around 4pm we thought it would be a good idea to check with the office as to giving back the keys since we were worried we may not be done moving by closing at 6pm... we just had a few more things to pack up and wanted to do a final clean up. They demanded keys by 6pm or else we would have to pay for a full day. Really?? (insert foul language here) Oh btw, we are legally entitled to the premises until 1159pm of the move out day.... just sayin (insert more foul language here) We requested an appointment to do the walk through and when we went we disputed a couple things and they said that we should have arranged the walk through earlier so we now don't have a chance to complain. Just FYI people, apartments are STATUTORILY REQUIRED to give you a two week heads up to schedule a walk through and give you a chance to correct any repairs or cleaning issues they may have. They ultimately sent us a bill above our damage deposit with things that are totally unacceptable that we will have to deal with, but that is a whole other story I won't bore you with. Worst renting experience I ever had!Told us rent would be one price by time we went to sign lease 3 days later it went up $100 more dollars. Never told we had to pay trash water etc bill.. never got lights outside fixed. Took 3 weeks to get sink fixed with broken pipe now the cabinet is rotten. We have been lied to several times by staff there but get charged hefty fees if you dont pay on time. Ive had to cut my own edges on my own because they dont maintain the lawn. On March 12th 2019, my boyfriend and I went for a tour of this complex. It was very clean and modern. The style of the apartment was unique and the patio was a plus. Valerie was so amazing, very helpful and patient. The only negative that I had about this apartment was that there wasn't a door to the bedroom, other than that, I was completely sold. The only reason why we did not lease with them was because the price was raised which Valerie did warn us about. Do NOT MOVE HERE. The office management is horrible and NEVER get back to you. When you call their line, there are offsite employees who readily answer new tenants, but for current tenants the call doesn't even ring. They do plumbing once every few months for over 8 hours and the water doesn't even turn back on when they say it will, and if you call them to ask THEY DONT ANSWER. There has been many times where I have to go in to the office to talk to them because they don't answer their phones. It is also a very bad area and there are so many spiders in both my home and my neighbors homes. A lot of people complain about bugs inside the house. Do not move here. read more
