I've confirmed that they mail the invoices LATE so that by the time they arrive in the mail they are past due. The available auto pay option is useless for companies that require invoice approval prior to payment. When I told customer service about the late billing issue they instructed me to send a request via email each month for a copy of our bill so we can get it on time. I did so, and unsurprisingly, they don't respond. We use several utility suppliers, all of which offer paperless billing and convenient online access to our accounts. SGVWC is the only exception.

He loaded up the car in less than a minute...then rushed right back inside to assist other customers. Talk about amazing customer service for a $2+ purchase. Their prices are standard: $0.50/gallon Reverse Osmosis $1.25/gallon Alkaline Brian offers full-service to everyone, which entails lightly rinsing out your bottle(s) and filling them up...then sealing the spout with elastic plastic so nothing spills out. They sell all types & sizes of non toxic plastic bottles and glass bottles too. I have two 1 gallon bottles & one 2 gallon bottle with a spout that I've purchased in the past elsewhere.
