Unfortunately this was a lie, and the order did not arrive until after Christmas. After 3 weeks of emails to customer service with NO answer, we finally opened a case with our credit card. After we filed with American Express, a week later we heard back from Cuddle Clones. They stated that if we wanted them to ship out the stuffed animal, we would have to cancel the case with AmEx. WHAT??? Now it's 8 weeks after purchasing, (4 weeks after Christmas and after spending and extra $100 for expedited guaranteed shipping) and NOW they are getting ready to ship??? It really is our own fault, since we didn't take the time to read the independent reviews and just read the reviews here on this site. (obviously stacked! if you take the time to read the independent ones, you'll see that most people had the same issue with shipping). They wouldn't even refund our expedited shipping fee! My advice?
