I came across cuddle clones and I thought it was great idea. It sounded so wonderful. I took pictures of every part of him. And he was a purebred golden retriever. Unfortunately the golden retriever they had as their base model was/ is very odd looking, but I thought it just needed his features added in and it would be fine. But no. The package I received has a stiff "golden retriever "and it didn't stand and without falling over. It did not does it. It did not The only bendable part was its feet. IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE A GOLDEN RETRIEVER! AND IT LOOKED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE MY DOG. And the return and or adjust policy absolutely baloney. You can do one of two things first you can send it back and have them adjust it, but you can only do that once on their time.( even though it says happiness guaranteed). Secondly, you can just send it back and say no refund your money. They sent me back the exact same dog after I sent it back with changes. They don't know what they're doing. Now they have charged me for something I did not want. And I was charged for expedited shipping for an item that I did not want and has still not arrived. I wrote multiple times to their customer service canceling the order. It was ignored. This is an awful way to do business. I placed an order weeks before Christmas and I still do not have my product. I ask for tracking and I get invalid DHL numbers and a redirect link stating USPS might have it. Then I look at USPS and they state they are waiting to be contacted for pick up. It's a big circle!!! So this is a local company, I also live in Akron. No phone number to reach them at, the 800 number simply tells you to email them or use the chat, which by the way does not exist. They bombard you with endless emails to purchase add ons and additional stuff but are lacking when it comes to the actual order. aha! Recieved my second item today. They are soft and stretchy and fit pretty well (have to hem the sleeves but that's not a biggie). They also arrived before New Year's! Never directly spoke with Customer Service, but my issues were addressed. I ordered these pajamas as a gift for Valentine's Day. The website stated they would arrive in time for the holiday as long as you ordered within the next 24 hours which I did. (This was with over 3 weeks prior to valentines day.) I received no updates for 2 weeks and then I got an email saying there was a production delay and my items might not arrive in time for the holiday. You can only contact customer service through email. I told them that wasn't acceptable as their website stated it would and that's why I chose to order with them. I asked for a partial refund and they said no. They said the order wouldn't arrive in time and there was nothing they could do. A few days after Valentine's Day I got an email my order shipped and when it arrived I was missing an item. Customer service told me all my items were shipped together despite me telling them they were not and I only got two items. I spent 2 days and numerous emails later to find out that one of my items was delayed and is still in production. There is no estimate as to when it will be done and zero updates. I spent almost $150 on three pajama pants for my family and I cannot even talk to a supervisor. Firstly, this product costs a lot of money. I ordered one after my cat passed away. I was away for travel due to work for over a month. The cuddle clone was delivered during the time I was away. Once I returned home I opened the package and the product was bad. It looked nothing like my cat. I'm sorry to say it but it was very much a deformed and kind of creepy stuffed animal. Customer service would not do anything about this because they have a 30-day return policy which is a bit insane for a stuffed animal that costs hundreds of dollars. I would save my money and time on this company and avoid it at all costs. I wanted something to remind me of my best buddy and I got a monster back and lost a few hundred dollars in the process. I have never written a Google Review before. I ordered socks, a pajama top, and a pajama bottom on December 5, 2024. On Dec 6, I got emails that the pajama tops and bottoms were in production stating, "You should expect your product to be completed and delivered to you within the next 2-3 weeks"and to be on the lookout for a tracking link. I called and emailed on Dec 28, and as of Dec 29 (24 days from my order), there is no word on shipments and none arrived. I recently received my order and they did an awesome job. I can't get over how it is definitely a twin of my cat that passed away a year ago. They even got his colors right and the shape of his eyes which were diamond shaped. The fur on my cuddle clone was just as soft as his fur. It felt just like the way he was! Everyone I showed it to thought I taxidermy it! It freaked my husband out and my dogs thought it was him. They were jumping up and down trying to get his tail like they used to do. I'm not one to EVER leave reviews... but I felt the strong need to warn anyone who's even considering ordering from this company. This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed my order with more than enough time for it to arrive before Christmas and paid an extra $40 for holiday rush and expedited shipping--something they GUARANTEED. At this point, it should've arrived by now - I placed the order weeks ago, yet here I am, with no order, no updates, and no way to get answers. Their customer service is absolutely awful. They do have a phone number, but when you call, it just tells you to go to the website or email them and then hangs up on you. Emails are equally useless--they ignore most of them, and the two replies I received was the EXACT same copy-pasted, generic response with no real information about my order. Now, because of their incompetence, I don't even have the Christmas gift I ordered. I trusted this company, paid extra to ensure delivery, and they failed me completely. This company makes promises they cannot keep, and their support is nonexistent. When they respond to reviews--like on Yelp--it's just the same scripted garbage with no solutions or accountability. She had shorter ears, a shorter muzzle & was mostly black & red. This made me cry because it was a clone of my beloved cat twilight. It was like he died all over again from the way they handled the packaging. It's taken me a minute to get the time to sit and think about what I wanted to say, and figure out how to leave a review on here, being it's my first ever. But I finally figured it out and found cuddle clones on here! So here we go! ‍ I've had the absolute best experience with Cuddle Clones, tbw a CS rep named Manuela, esp!! Manuela was there with me through EVERY single aspect of making my clone and even some alterations! They did such an amazing job on my maincoon, Maxwell, I cried both times when he came in the mail! I've never in my life had better CS reps care like these people do, it's rough already losing a family member but they made it so much easier to go through this process and I cannot tell you how much of a relief it is having my sweet Maxwells cuddle clone, it has helped me to deal with his passing more so than anything else! Seriously, I can't thank these people enough for just being how they are in general, but the kindness, the respect, and listening to every detail & story you've got that had nothing to do with making him! Then, the alteration process! This is where my absolute angel Manuela came in for me! I was nervous to do it and possibly "mess it up" but he explained every bit of it to me, helped me figure out what I even needed to fix the few things I wanted added on, this review could go on for weeks! Kinda like how my email thread did for months, going back & forth about my worries and him gently walking me through every step of it! Cuddle Clones not only offer an incredible service, but they are phenomenal in what they do, period. I snuggle my max every night, pet him, talk to him, kiss him, its such a comfort to feel like I've got a version of my sweet son to hold and get me through my greif, alot like Manuela did as well. All his kind words and sweet things he'd say to try to comfort me, even listening to all my random stories if him and even replying to them with such kind, understanding. It seriously brings tears to my eyes now just thinking back about it! Manuela went completely out of his way to help me, keep me sane, and give me comfort throughout the entire experience. Their customer service/ care is unmatched, and their services are beyond amazing, esp finding out what they do with the clones that have been altered, giving them to childern or elderly people that can't have real pets bc of where they live! To think there's another version of my baby bringing someone else comfort fills my heart with joy! At the end of it all, I got a replica of my Maxwell that I am so in love with! I can't thank them enough for what they've done for me, I can only hope this review reaches more customers so they can experience the same process if you're looking for products like these. Their reps are so unbelievably kind, understanding, and patient, and they just really and truly care about you as a person 1st of all, but as a grieving person, ESP! Order #1 - men's pajamas with dog face *decent, light material *good colors *dog face so small that the gift receiver had to hold them close to actually see it was their dog's face Order#2 - female pajamas (2 pair) and socks *decent, light material *good colors *socks arrived first with wrong picture, which started a 2 week process of back/forth with company to get the issue rectified hopefully before the pajamas were printed. The run-around was ridiculous to the point that we gave up - no work was given to try to rectify the situation or correct the situation when the pajamas, of course, were printed wrong. We decided that entering the conversation regarding a refund would be a complete waste of our time - so we are out $110 for a set of mis-printed pajamas. Update: per your request I tried to send you our order information but your settings on this site do not allow for replies. I reached out to the company trying to at least get my $9.99 rush charge refunded. They claimed I paid for the rush in production, but I had to pay again to rush the shipping. Unfortunately this was a lie, and the order did not arrive until after Christmas.
