It's so hard finding anyone trustworthy these days or who does exactly what they say they will. My Experience: I had a newer Pelican Water filtration system that came with my home purchase. It basically sucked. The water was super hard and stinky. I started my research on water filtration systems for wells and learned it's very different than ones for city water which my Pelican was made for, not the well it was on. I contacted the best of the best and got eye-popping crazy high prices and lots of water tests from all of them. Then Mr. Patterson came buy took a hard look at my current system, tested the water, and flexed his awesome knowledge on local well water "Brilliant!!!!" I learned two things that day. 1: Knowing the local water is a must and this guy has been here doing this for decades! 2: He explained the problem and how to fix it and guaranteed my satisfaction. He gave me a couple of options and then said this is the one I have in my home and it's the water my grandkids drink. It was the most reasonable priced not only for him but compared to all the others also by far! They installed it a couple of weeks ago and I am over the moon satisfied! It is the freshest smelling and tasting I have ever had. Also, the water softness is perfect on testing and it feels wonderful. In fact, my soap now lathers like whip cream practically, lol. The estimate to kill my existing well, was not a surprise, as there is so much construction in our county, that I knew all the well companies have been busy. When I did an AI search, and Aqua Source came up in the list of best rated in my county, I called hoping they could help me. I did get an almost immediate response and an evaluation of my well. Ok, let's get on the schedule, I said, and they did the rest. They applied for and received the permit, and when they arrived several weeks later, which was a blessing in itself, they evaluated by some kind of test the existing well. There was a blockage, that they were able to clear. Now I knew this was a blessing, because - I had a working well that same morning. Any other company may have been less scrupulous and just charged me for a whole new deep well...I am truly grateful for the folks at Aqua Source and highly recommend them to anyone with well issues. I can pray you all have a situation which can be rectified as mine was, but I am certain, if I indeed needed a new well, they would have been the right company to drill it. My old system was an indexing valve system with an old fashioned and antiquated timer box. Very limited control over each watering zone. Their employee Paul came to my property very promptly, got straight to work and didn't take a break for 6 hours. I did offer him water and soda which he politely accepted. Paul really is at the top of his game. Professional as well as a nice guy to talk to and ask all of my questions and concerns. His explanation of every aspect was very well presented to me. Definitely recommend these guys. They are pros and actually answer their phone unlike other guys.
