The office staff -- especially Tracy -- were courteous, efficient, and professional. Our delivery driver, John, was equally outstanding: prompt, polite, and genuinely committed to getting the job done right. What truly set Culligan apart was how they handled an unexpected challenge. Our building elevator was out of service, making it impossible for anyone to reach the 7th floor for a standard delivery. Without hesitation, the Culligan team worked creatively with us to ensure the water was delivered before the elevator shut down completely -- because we had no water and were in a real bind. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and they never made us feel like an inconvenience. In today's world, it is truly rare to find a company that will go out of its way to accommodate its customers and willingly go the extra mile to ensure delivery. Culligan did exactly that. The water itself is crisp, clean, and great-tasting -- exactly what you'd expect from a trusted brand. I appreciate that when I call, I get the same one or two people on the line - they don't know me but it's nice to have a little familiarity. One thing I really appreciate about their service is that when orders sometimes go off schedule (though MY fault - say there's a holiday, or I'm traveling, or I messed up and missed the truck), they do make an effort to work with you and meet your needs. This morning for example, just like most weeks during Covid, my mental calendar was off. I completely forgot to leave out my many empty bottles, but it was important they be counted in this particular bill, just because of roommates coming/leaving. The error was mine, but when I realized I had erred, I called in, and the man answering the line arranged for the driver to come back for my bottles, even though I'd offered to drive out and bring them to him. I prefer to use family companies and small business whenever possible purely for economic reasons (support small business! Monopolies are not good for the middle or lower class!). Anymore, I rarely anticipate that companies will make efforts to work with you, and meet your needs even when they're off schedule. I really appreciate that McCullough is a family business that treats me like a human instead of anonymous caller #395735B, and after 4 years have nothing but good things to say about their operation (especially now that they have paperless statements!)
