Don't recommend this place. The guy here was completely rude and very unprofessional. I would never come to this location again

They have a great area in the back for events, and I'm so excited to sign up for some soon. I ended up buying a couple bottles of Calivirgin olive oil and balsamic and was super tempted by a few other items. I love that there's a good mix of local items and regular homey items and gifts here. Whether you're looking for your own home, or for some gifts it's a perfect spot.

I immediately thought of this store although I had never shopped here. When I visited, I was the only one in the store and let the associate know that I was looking for special thank you gifts or anything with Sacramento/region specific logos. 1, so the host could remember Sacramento, 2 because the producers are out of Sacramento and figured they could revisit this shop on their own/other projects. The associate couldn't be bothered to look up from their phone or help me put together gifts that, unknown to them and irrelevant to the service that I should receive, would be going to a major network with shout outs to their business. I asked for help twice and they just stood there and pointed. I decided that I didn't love the service and said goodbye, with no response in return. I followed this shop on social media for a few years so I know it wasn't the owner. No shade to her.

This place has almost everything you need for either commercial or home use kitchen. Price's comparable- not the greatest price but acceptable for large quantities purchase. We never have any issue at this store as we never returned any items before. Except for very last time June 2026. We bought an item in-store around $85 on June 15th. Staff was so friendly and helpful "went above beyond to help us find the size we asked for". Everything was done quickly and as expected. Then on June 29th 2026 we came back to return it because the size is not match to the one we already have at restaurant. Product's never used. "At the time we walked in the store. Staff welcomed us immediately. The right hand side cashier from the entrance, the guy took care of us. After knowing that we came just to return the product. He checked the paper receipt promptly . Without asking for anything else he just said "oh this one is purchased with cashier named "J...". He moved us to "J.." counter and asked us just wait there. Around 5 - 7 mins later, store is very quiet. At 2:55pm only us and another one customer in store with 5-6 staff went around counter, aisles. We were still standing there in front of "J..." counter. The man took care of us in the beginning, made loudspeaker announcement to look for "J..." at the back of store then he also disappeared. We still kept waiting in front of counter. 10 mins passed, no sign of "J..." 's appearance. We almost quit, one of us decided to go home and come back in another day. The cashier / customer service lady from the other side of store came and offered help. She moved us to her counter. At this moment only she said: next time when we wanted to returned anything. Just come to her counter. The other side with sell associates when we have some other issues or questions about items. She done the returned very quickly just in 3 mins. Thank you so much for her help. If not we already went back home unhappily." Sorry to leave 3 stars for store good selection, nice clean store. Some of helpful staff. Writing this review to bring this issues to your attention. We were really depressed that day. It will make more sense if store has sign like "return here". Customer like us do not have to waste much time just to wait for same sell man who sold the product in the first visit.

I decided to go with the Atlantis set. It is built for maximum heat stability and top-tier induction performance, even though it carries some extra weight. The sales were very exciting. First there was a storewide 20% off sale. And then some of the individual pieces had some pretty impressive reductions. However, remember this is an outlet store. I found some of the most heavily discounted equipment had cosmetic flaws. On the other hand, I went to the Le Creuset store two decades ago and got myself a Dutch oven which had a cosmetic flaw, and that thing has been working great the whole time. But before you go to town, check to see if the warranty is in effect. It's kind of pity that my kitchen is so well stocked with equipment. Between the discounts and the excellent selection, I would been in deep trouble with this store several decades ago. While it's easy to focus on the knives and the cookware there is a lot more to the store. They carry an incredible number of small kitchen accessories that can solve common problems. The expert and friendly sales person showed me a really nice magnetic bar, which can be used to mount knives in otherwise wasted spaces in the kitchen. Unfortunately, for the sales person, I already had one of these. But I can definitely testify that this is an incredibly useful device. Some people complain that magnetic bars ruin your knives. But you have to know the trick to using them. Basically you have to kind of peel the knife off the magnetic bar and this prevents scratching and other minor damage. Also, if your knives are looking scratched, there is a whetstone with an incredibly fine grit that will put a mirror polish on your knives. Scratches are not the disaster you think they are. So stop feeling bad about all your kitchen problems and go to this store which has more solutions than you realize. Remember to bring your knives if you need them sharpened.

I've noticed that the glaze on two of them is breaking down, exposing the raw ceramic underneath--I can provide pictures. I tried emailing Jars directly but received no response. Do you or they offer some sort of guarantee on the product? I am thinking the bowls are not safe to eat from anymore. Thanks! Cristina Hi Cristina, We are very sorry to hear about the glaze issue. We have sold thousands of Jars bowls and plates over 20 years and have not heard similar reports. There may be an unusually harsh combination of dishwasher chemicals and hard water, I cannot say. If this had happened in the first year of use we certainly would alert Jars and they might issue a replacement, but unfortunately after five years there is really nothing we can do. Best regards, Ray Terrestra.com Hello Ray, I understand that the bowls are not new but I would appreciate that you share the images with Jar--the deterioration of the glaze is occurring in all three of the bowls that I have in "Jade" but the ones I have in "Neige" show no signs of deterioration. This indicates to me that there is a difference in the glaze and it is not a problem or fluke on my end. I do use these bowls a lot but there is no indication that they are not for everyday use. It is disappointing because they are not cheap. Thank you, Cristina And then....nothing. I waited 10 days or so and sent another follow-up email. And again, nothing.

The associate helping us was very patient and helpful, especially when it came to choosing the right color combination. The store itself is not huge, but it carries a surprisingly large variety of cookware and kitchen items. Since it's an outlet location, you won't necessarily find every style or color available in full retail stores, but the pricing is noticeably better. We've also been trying to slowly move away from some nonstick cookware and toward cast iron and other materials, so it was nice to see so many quality options in one place. Overall, it was a very pleasant shopping experience with helpful staff and good value.

To be honest, Le Creuset doesn't really have a lot of whole new exciting products. On the other…read morehand their classic lineup is exciting. So I headed in to take a look at all the pieces I didn't have. 25 years ago, I would've crumbled and purchased everything. Now I've grown up a lot and learned how to use straight up cast-iron. since I can make my own nonstick coating, Le Creuset suddenly looks expensive and kind of over the top. The one great thing about that enamel cast-iron, it resistant to acidic foods which means you can cook just about anything you want in the Le Creuset without switching to stainless steel or any other material. Since Le Creuset shouldn't be heated past medium, you still have to switch to stainless steel if you want high heat. Nevertheless, if you're making a stew, a Dutch oven from this company rules. So I took a close look at the Dutch ovens. They have quite the lineup. There were the adorable little ones which look cute but cook hardly any food. there were the more medium size ones, but since I already have one, I don't need the one that's one size down or one size up. Which leads to the 8 to 9 quart Dutch oven. Honestly as a single person 8 to 9 quarts is pretty impractical. Also, where would I store it. Nevertheless, I drooled. I was quite amused to see the big signs announcing the fresh new colors. They just don't have very many marketing gimmicks that they can apply to classic cookware. The one really nice thing about the store is the full lineup of cookware that this company makes. There aren't a lot of places that have anywhere near the stock that this store has. It's a great place to check out some of the harder to find items. Just make sure to ask about cosmetic defects. I purchased my pot from an outlet store 20 years ago. The staff person was very meticulous and showed me the exact cosmetic defect in the pot I purchased. She also warned me that the outlet products were not covered by the usual warranty. I purchased the pot and the cosmetic defect was indeed cosmetic. The pot cooked great. Luckily I've never needed the warranty. So make sure you ask.
