This was my first return to Cultivar since my previous poor experience a year ago. I am elated to report that this experience was exceptional. A complete 180 degree turn around. The man working the counter, Prince, was ultra pleasant, helpful, conversational and efficient. The place was clean, organized and attractively decorated. It was in my original review as well. What was greatly improved was the food. Today, my breakfast burrito was hot, fresh, large, filled with great stuff and quite yummy. My cinnamon roll was fresh and soft. My coffee (latte) was hot, perfectly made and fantastic. My entire experience today was top shelf and I'm happy to completely recommend this coffee shop. I love to see places where immigrants from other nations come here and buy and operate a successful business. Thank you Prince and Cultivar. My breakfast today was perfect. read more

I visited Cultivar Café for the first time last week. I arrived just before closing time and met two friends who were waiting for me. The owner kindly served me a chai tea with a shot of espresso -- I'd never had that combination before and it was fantastic. My friends had tea and soup, which they enjoyed enough to order seconds. The location was a little tricky to locate -- the signage is not great and the entrance is around the back. But now that I know where Cultivar is, I will be back. It's a very nice place, read more

My husband and I live down the street and walked over to get coffee. I had a nitro cold brew and he had chai. Both were delicious. We also each had a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon rolls are a reasonable size and were tasty. The owner was incredibly nice and the patio outside was lovely. My husband went there a few weeks ago for lunch, and had the chicken curry from the hot bar. He said it was really good and reasonably priced, but sadly did not save me any to try. read more

I decided to finally try this place. It feels a bit hidden with minimal signage, but such a fun find. The staff was friendly and helpful. I tried their nitro cold brew and it was delicious. They also had fresh croissants and cinnamon rolls that smelled amazing, so I will have to try those next time. read more

Was really excited to try this spot out for lunch. The hot bar wasn't open. The salad bar was underwhelming. Everything seemed like they went to the grocery store (salad dressing bottles, basic toppings, etc) Drinks available were Sam's Club and Kirkland brands. We let the staff know it was our first time in hoping for guidance with the food options and received no suggestions or help. We probably won't be back unless big changes take place. PLEASE go here if you have a chance. My friend and I stopped by here because we saw a sign on the road and were curious, but we were not expecting to love it as much as we did. You walk in and see a collection of cool antiques which you can look at while waiting for your coffee, and the rest of the cafe is adorable. I recently went there with two friends. Very disappointing. Extremely limited menu, and the few items that were available were not tasty. In fact, barely edible. I had the salad bar, which was ok, but certainly nothing special. My friends had entrees, and they reported they were not very good. This is apparently a "one man operation" and he tries his best, but the service is slow. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this restaurant to anyone. Best butternut squash soup I have ever had! The spaghetti meatballs was also delicious! I will definitely be going back.
