Place is beautiful, service was ok, maybe they were training? Rest of people there and behind the counter lacked hospitality. Were out of the chocolate I wanted to buy, so I bought something else, because wanted to support the business and bought a very small bag of blue corn powdered atole for $14 plus tax. Prepared atole I ordered to drink there was ok, but small cup. I guess it didn't help that I had just returned from Mexico where the atoles were huge and affordable...

Received this as a gift from my company's people team. Love the size and the details on the packaging. Perfectly dark and creamy. Such a cute gift idea. Would love to send this with a card in the mail. Minimal ingredients.

    Chocolate chocolate and more chocolate!!

As I approached the chocolate shop, It was obvious that this was going to be a fun little experience. Easy to find location. *Added Bonus* Parking is simple and accessible, for now, until everyone else finds out about this adorable little place. Cultura Chocolate is such a magically cute little shop. When I walked in I was greeted by the chocolate maker herself, she smiled brightly behind the mask and waved. A lovely greeting for such a happy little place. Authentic decor, bright colors, glass display cases, and modern shelving display the beautifully packaged products that line the tiny little shop. It felt like we were meant to be there. *Do Not let the size of this shop fool you, there is so much magic in this awesome little place. From Chocolate bars, to a variety of coffee beverages, and savory options. You will absolutely not be disappointed* It's enchanting I bought an authentic Horchata, it was deliciously cold, smooth, sweet, and creamy, with a pinch of cinnamon. It was a great way to start a beautiful warm spring morning. Sadly I was rushed for time, but managed to get a few more items.. I'm excited that I was able to buy a couple of packs of chocolate covered mango, a chocolate dipped pastry, and Yoli soda. The chocolate items were cleanly and lovingly packaged and looks absolutely delicious. My buddy bought a few dark chocolate bars. The most important thing is we both left with big smiles! Thanks Cultura!! I've been dreaming about visiting you for 3 weeks now and you've met every one of my expectations and more!

Couple of each mini bar-plan to stack these in 3s with a cute bow for my trip to California as gifts

I've been wanting to try out this place as I've read so many great reviews. My trip to California was coming up so I wanted to get some local flavors to bring as gifts. This was the perfect opportunity! I purchased 3 full 'box' minis (12 chocolate minis/box), which not only do you get a discount for purchasing a 'box' of 12, you also get a discount for purchasing in-store as opposed to ordering online. Boxes online for shipment, the flavors are chosen for you, whereas in the store, you get to pick whichever flavors you want, which was great! I wanted to try every single bar they had for myself so one of the 'boxes' are staying at my house so we can sample them and figure out which one we like. They are not really 'boxes', you just pick out which 12 (or in this case, 36) you want and they put it in a bag for you to take home. The store itself had such a great feel, other goodies and presents to buy as well as drinks and chocolate mixes. We've had the Guatemala bar as well as the Rum & Raisin and both are very rich and decadent, everything chocolate should be! One small piece is enough to hold you over but then the you find yourself craving for more. This chocolate is worth the hype. I'm excited to give these as gifts (plan to wrap a stack of three with a pretty bow) and if I have any mini bars left over.. hey more for me!

Omg I just had their single origin Guatemala chocolate bar and I swear this is the best chocolate I've had in my life. It's simple and the citrus, hibiscus, and raisin flavors just roll off your tongue in that order! Wow you need this.

Their beautiful mural and entrance to their cafe.

I'm a big fan, the owner is very hospitable. I've been ordering all the things from them for the past 6-7 months. The chocolate here is what you've been looking for, seriously. You have to try the chocolate covered mangoes. Also, this is one of the only places I know of who makes their own in house corn masa- it tastes just like the kind I grew up with in Mexico. This is a rare find! I also need to give them props for helping to bring this community together during COVID- they have hosted and brought other vendors for the community to enjoy- this says so much about their character and willingness to really embody what community is supposed to look like.

This place was horrible if you expect authentic Mexican food and chocolates it's not the spot! The service took way to long the menu was wayyyyy out of what they said they had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I've had way better it's over priced and small portions. The large is smaller than the Starbucks small! expected more from here since it's supposedly autentica!

Finally a brick and mortar location!

And I'm happy to say that I enjoyed today's visit tremendously. What a large selection of chocolates they have! And everything is neatly placed and displayed. I simply had a hard time choosing as to what I'd get. Yup, you have to make at least several trips to get to know what the store sells but even after the several trips, you would only cover 30-40% (at the most) of their selection (is my assumption.) The lady at the counter was courteous and offered to assist me if needed; service is top-notch. I got me a bar of chocolate (thought I grabbed dark but ended up with milk; this was okay!); a few caramels; a few square truffles and a single square of some simple milk chocolate piece. The total came about $18 with some change. Not bad. Along with the cap I got from the next door coffee shop, I started to savor the two truffles in my car. Palisade Peach was phenomenal; Mango Chili was delicious, too but I liked the Palisade Peach better. And the decorative printing on top of the truffle pieces was simply a beautiful piece of art. At home, I had a few pieces of the milk chocolate bar (violet). The violet flavor was subtle and as such, I didn't taste it much but overall, this is a very delicious bar to say the least. I'd definitely try the rose flavor one next time (there was also blueberry lavender flavor one; there should be more I believe.) It's not just for yourself; it's a great place to buy some sweets as a gift! Great for holidays!

He made ice cream with liquid nitrogen in under thirty seconds right in front of us. We tried the Liquid Nitrogen Cheetos first and I actually had smoke coming out of my mouth like a dragon, then the Tang Space Foam which ended up being my favorite bite, with the Jolly Rancher Meteors right behind it. At one point he did this thing with liquid nitrogen in a flask and when he lifted his hand off it looked like a rocket launching, genuinely one of the coolest little moments of the visit. We also went through a Mexican Fried Ice Cream sundae with churro dust, an Oreo sundae, and a toasted marshmallow with raspberry that surprised me, it had this frozen whipped cream that shatters like glass and an edible astronaut sticker on top. Then they put you in a black light room with glow in the dark cotton candy and my face ended up glowing too from the dust. It's not cheap and tickets sell out fast, but I'd go back in a heartbeat. They're releasing Halloween session tickets soon if you want to catch it.

There is something about this chocolatier that stands out from others. Is it the ambiance? Or is it…read morethe kinds of chocolate products they make? Not sure. When I found Bibamba while I was at Edgewater Food Hall to get me a plate of Ethiopian food, I stumbled up it by accident. The kind lady who was manning the register inside was above and beyond while I was sampling different types of chocolate barks along the window shelves. She explained to me that the store opened about three years ago. Really? I am pretty sure I had come here within that time frame at least once. I guess I had missed this place out of ignorance. Well, I, at least, discovered it. This is a Colorado store which imports cacao beans from Cameroon as the owner runs/owns a farm in the African country. Per the information board on the wall, the farm sustainably sources everything. I certainly appreciate businesses that focus on social responsibility. The chocolate bark samples I tried were all exquisite. After tasting, I walked around a bit to take some photos of the interior. Yes, this store is quite different than other typical chocolatiers for sure. You'll have visit it and see for yourself. The glass showcase upfront had truffles, cakes and parfaits all nicely displayed. The decadent looking cake or the parfait were tantalizing. Unfortunately, however, they were a little too big for me. Hence I decided to go with several pieces of the small chocolates as they all were of a good size. I got me two truffles and one chocolate piece. And they were.... -Black Forest Buzz Truffle -Cinnamon Roll Truffle -Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Including tax and tip, all came to less than $14. Quite decent, I thought. I enjoyed all of them but my absolute shout-out goes to the Black Forest Buzz Truffle. It was so good where I wanted to go back to the shop immediately to get me another one. Yes, I agree. As the store name says it all, this is an artisan chocolate shop. The skills and techniques they use to create those outstanding chocolate pieces are high-quality, one-of-a-kind goods that are distinguished from others. You won't taste something like this in those mass-produced ones sold at the store we go to daily. Bibamba simply became my absolute favorite chocolatier that day. The only complaint? It's not very close from my southeast Denver house!!!
