If you're looking fresh, delicious, and flavorful food then you must try this Syrian food truck!…read more I don't think there is much Syrian specific options in the area. They are a food truck located behind a Smoke Shop on 17-92 in Longwood. We ordered the Double Arabi Shawarma. They cooked the shawarma fresh for us and the garlic sauce was top tier! We also ordered the dessert, it was like a rice pudding topped with cooked kunafa and pistachios, i love dessert and loved this!!! They were so friendly with top service and the ambiance was great with a beautiful lake view. We definitely plan to go again to try the Toshka and another version of the dessert!

We ordered the toshka, which is lamb meat with cheese and it comes with a garlic sauce, pickles, tomatoes and a little coleslaw for $14. Another item we ordered was the sujuk for $13. Of the two I preferred this one, it felt more filling. It's bread pressed with pickles, tomatoes and the same minced lamb filling that's in the toshka. You can make the sujuk a meal for an extra $2.50, it will come with fries and a soda. Everything we had tasted good but I felt like the portions were kind of small. The meat was a very thin layer and we both left feeling hungry still. I also didn't like that there was no actual menu in person, we already looked it up online, so we knew what we wanted but the menu doesn't share much details of what a "make it a meal" includes. For what we ordered it seemed to take a considerably long time to make, around 20 minutes. Overall it was nice to try something different, but I was unimpressed with the portion size for the prices.

The tortillas had that homemade feel with just the right texture, and the toppings were fresh and balanced. The green sauce was so good, it took everything to another level. Simple menu, but done right. Service was friendly and quick, and the whole spot has that low-key, authentic vibe that makes you want to come back. Definitely worth it I'll be coming again for sure. Don't be like me and order there, you'll end up waiting 30mins on a busy night...watching everyone else pick-up their delicious smelling bags of food. Steak, chicken, Barbacoa, and potato tacos. Steak burrito. Extra hot sauce. Horchata. Filling is abundant, tacos are pre-sauced, limes on the side, good prices for the quality and quantity of the food. Great location with decent parking availability as well. Super cozy under the oak tree. I absolutely housed the tacos. They were really good, not typical flavors in my opinion. Maybe like a different regional flavor of the standard al pastor and carnitas that we're used to but really really good. I used to live in LA and these would almost be better than the ones at my LA spot...if Francisco's made their own fresh tortillas. Don't let the tacos sit for long, they get soggy and the tortillas will tear. My new favorite, go-to spot. So sorry to fiesta Mexico in Apopka.

Not sure what the real name is but we will be going back and will try to re-post the name WOW! ....What a delicious & wonderful surprise! Fresh, and made to order,.... Tacos (chicken, chorizo or steak), Pupusas (cheese stuffed corn tortillas) and Pinchos (seasoned beef on a stick)... We had one of each of the tacos just to try them all and we loved the chicken the best. The green sauce is nice and hot, (jalapenos boiled to make a sauce), as the customers came and left the chef had to refill the squeeze bottle several times! The two ladies, (pictured) ordered the Pupusas and the chef handmade the patties right then and there, hows that for freshness?? The chef spoke very little English...but was it wasn't a challenge in ordering Lots of local customers stood in line to order and then waited while their hot food was prepared, (always a good sign), don't expect fast service, this is Latino slow food at its best and worth the wait. We ordered the chicken tamales to take home for dinner and they did not disappoint. Tamales were filled with chicken. olives, chick peas and yucca or potato. We managed to remember the green sauce and doused our tamale with it..YUM YUM! I found that some people are not comfortable with Food Truck dining...all I have to say is I have found some of my best meals on food trucks...especially on the streets of Mexico and Guatemala! We are posting pictures of the truck, menu (six items), phone number and some of the offerings. Highly Reccomended*****Five Stars ***** We will be going back soon!

I'll be dreaming of that roll for a while, it was genuinely so tasty. I didn't know if I'd love the roll being on the Texas toast but it was surprisingly complimentary! The only downside was the size/amount. I wish it was a little larger for the price point. This was also my first time trying clam chowder and I don't think it was for me. However it's been a few days and I'm STILL thinking about the garlic lobster roll. So yummy and I might have to try it again some time!

But oh man, if you want one of the best lobster rolls in Orlando (or whatever city you may be in), seek out this truck and destroy a warm buttery Connecticut lobster roll. That's my favorite and I like it better than the Maine one (Cold with mayo). The lobster was cooked perfectly with lots of big chunks. It's served on a nicely toasted roll with lettuce (which helps keep it from getting a soggy bottom) and is one of my favorite foods. They have other options too (shrimp rolls, lobster tacos, lobster bisque, etc.) and I'm sure they're all good too, but it's all about those warm succulent rolls for me. Gimme Gimme Gimme! I'd go broke if this came near me too often. I had them a looooooong time ago and they disappeared for a while, but I'm glad they're back. I think they have an app so you can stalk them and load yourself up with expensive shellfish.

The food and drinks were fantastic, and our bartender Leslie made the experience even better. The guacamole and birria empanadas were standouts, and the drinks were all great. The restaurant is decorated beautifully, the staff are super friendly, efficient, and everything was clean. The menu is presented via electronic tablet, which was a unique experience, but I can only imagine this is expensive for the business to maintain. Regardless, I prefer this versus large paper menus or scanning a QR code to look up the menu. I decided on the Carnitas Fajitas for lunch which came to $14. This is a bit expensive for lunch but I did order Fajitas, so that's my bad, lol! The dinner portion is $22.50 which actually is priced competitively to other restaurants in the area. They do offer more affordable lunch options, but I decided to splurge a little. Our food was out in about 15 minutes and my fajitas were sizzling hot just the way I like them. It was well worth the $14 and I was stuffed most of the day after devouring this plate along with all the chips, salsa, and queso. There were four of us in the party and everyone was happy with their meal. Great Job Zacapa Team, we will be back soon!
