Salt of the earth owners and the food is authentic, fresh and deliciously flavored. Good portions too. Prices are right.

The lemon pepper and garlic Parm are my favorite flavors. Crunch outside and cooled perfectly inside. The tacos are so flavorful and you must get the consomé. I ordered ahead and it was ready within 15mins. Friendly staff and great service. There's no seating inside so it's pick up and delivery only.

It was so good that I came back the very next day and brought my sister and my niece. This time, I ordered tacos and a birria quesadilla (the one that looks like a pizza). They also offer an actual birria pizza, but we went with the quesadilla -- and let me tell you, it was BIG as hell. Everything was seasoned perfectly, tasted amazing, and the presentation was on point. Now, let's talk about the location because you might think you're in the wrong place. When you pull up, it looks like an industrial area -- big parking lot, office buildings, and the place doesn't even look open. The windows are so dark and tinted you can't see inside, the parking lot might be empty, and you'll be questioning everything. Still pull on the door. When you open it, you'll see they're open. It's to-go only, no dine-in seating. The service is friendly, and they'll give recommendations if you ask. You order through a kiosk, and honestly, everything on the menu is good. I've had the tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and even the ramen -- all solid. But let me be VERY clear... My favorite thing on the menu, hands down, is the fried bread pudding. That shit is on another level. Straight up dangerous. I swear I went into a sugar coma after eating it because I passed out immediately after. It's that good. I didn't even wait until after my entrée the second time -- I ordered the dessert first because I already knew what it was giving. No pictures. No regrets. I'll absolutely be back.

The mac and cheese was gooey good, made with Gouda cheese and the Brussell sprouts with bacon were even better, my personal favorite side. We noted the place was very clean. Be sure to meet "G" if you go. She if very attentive and we enjoyed talking with her. My only complaint, besides them being too far away, is they were out of Diet Pepsi, but I enjoyed the tea which tasted freshly brewed

I decided to order the Diesel fries with brisket , & the diesel sampler which came with 1/4 lb of brisket ,ribs , pulled pork, sausage, & wings. I also decided to make it a meal for an extra $3 so I was able to get 2 sides and roll & drink . The sides I decided on was the Brussel sprouts w/bacon and the three spice baked beans. For my drink I decided on the sweet tea and for dessert o got a key lime cake slice. The food didn't take very long. I did take the food to go but, I did a taste test before heading home. The fries were for my husband but they were delicious and it was def filling ! The sampler was amazing and I def recommend if you're not sure which exact meat you want. The brisket & ribs were so tender they melt in your mouth. The sausage was a bit spicy but good and the pork was seasoned well. The wings were also very good. The sides were delicious but, the Brussel sprouts were very salty and especially as you got to the bottom of the container. The key lime pie was spectacular! I was able to refill my sweet tea while I waited at no additional cost . Overall all I enjoyed this place and look forward to visiting again .

There's free parking across the street but it's a bit of a walk and we thought it was worth paying to save us from more walking in the heat. We do like supporting local shops/owners so for that, I think it's worth it. I also liked that it was clean, they had lots of tables with umbrellas and seating. Also there were a lot of enclosed trash cans which I appreciated so it didn't smell bad and there was always one close by to throw trash away. Drinks: 4 stars $10-15 lemonade, peach lemonade, watermelon lemonade Multiple trucks were selling lemonade which was great for how hot it was. I'm glad the cups were big because they are kind of pricey. Chicho's Fusion Cuisine: 4 stars $20, #2 Fried Egg Smash Burger My friend said it was good and he'd get it again Brazilian Grill: 4 stars $24 Picanha plate I didn't plan on getting Brazilian food when we went. But when we were walking around this guy gave samples and the steak tasted great. Even after looking at a few more aisles I couldn't stop thinking about the steak so went back and ordered it. Advice for surrounding trucks to give out samples! There were quite a few similar trucks but this was the only one of this cuisine that was busy. I think it could have used a salsa or some sort of sauce on the side and I wish the salad had tomato but aside from that it was still delicious and I'd order it again. Dubai chocolate strawberries: 5 stars $13, this was the best thing we got, worth the price and super yummy. If you don't like pistachio the chocolate and strawberries would also still be fire Brappin Crabs: 1 stars... We reallllllyyyyy wanted to like this place. We literally went looking through all the food trucks for this specific food item. First off, 2 eggrolls and fries were $30! It would be one thing if they were big but they weren't and they had no business being called chicken alfredo because it tasted NOTHING like chicken alfredo. It tasted like curry with Indian or Mediterranean seasoning on it. It wasn't bad but it wasn't what you would expect. Thinking about whether or not we want to give their boil a try or if we just need to move on.

I was stunned on how expensive the price was, 19 dollars after taxes and tips! The food came in a reasonable time, and we took our food upstairs to the cafeteria area so we can sit down in AC. The chicken tacos had a good amount of chicken with onions and cilantro added as well. However, there was no sauce or salsa, making it a bit bland for me. I was hoping for some picante! However, the tacos were still filling and satisfying. The chicken could have been more tender, but I still enjoyed it. Thankfully I didn't get anything to drink as it probably would have been more expensive. The service was at least fast and friendly. After paying, the attendant handed me a number and called my number after 2-3 minutes. Since it was a food truck, there is no atmosphere to talk about other than being in the convention center. Lol While the tacos satisfied my hunger, and were alright, the big question to ask: "was it 19 dollars good?". The answer: "Definitely not". Unfortunately, I think Rubio decided to take advantage as the other restaurants inside the convention center charge the captive audience exorbitant prices. For lunch, 19 dollars for three chicken tacos is almost a ripoff, even if it was decent. For the same price, I should have just walked a couple minutes and ate in a restaurant instead. Overall: C
