Came here last minute for a Mexican jersey for the World Cup and they were fully stocked up on clothing ! The owner was very helpful and nice and was kind enough to let me use the restroom to try on the jersey to make sure it fit before buying it! Can in here to buy a ceramic nail and the employee working there seemed a little confused bc he thought I was asking about nails for your hands that girls buy lol. But I didn't see any and he didn't either. He called his manager to ask if they carried any and when he called back they showed me a ceramic bowl piece but not a nail. He said to try purple haze a smoke shop a few doors down. As I was walking to my car to drive over there he came to tell me he thinks he found them. So I head back into the shop and indeed he found the ceramic nails but they were 10mm when I needed 14mm but right next to the smaller nails were the ones I was looking for exactly! Thanks to the employee on not giving up on trying to find a ceramic nails for me. He definitely went above and beyond to help me get a ceramic nail I was looking for. Honestly, this is the newest, best smoke shop around. From the products, to the price, but especially the customer service. It stands out & puts any others in the dust. We are still scheduling the appointment for the wedding suit and all of the groomsmen, most of whom live out of state, but the team reassured us that it will not be an issue, which gave us a lot of confidence.
