Sooooooo disappointed... this WAS my to go smoke shop referred a lot of smokers here. We buy papers and fogers pods. How you guys change the prices on the fogers constantly it's not cool. It's bad business and definitely lost great loyal costumers. Stop charging some days 2 for $30 and then on other days $20 each pod. And the kid in the AM should be more welcoming to paying costumers. read more

First of all it's dead I wait 20 mins to get helped the guy with the brown grown out hair obviously hates his job and he was sure like annoyed to have to help me with picking out a dabber. I ended up feeling so uncomfortable being there I got a ceramic tip to my silicone dabber I already have . I buy it and go out to my car I try to put it in but it won't fit so I go back inside ( this all happened in literally less than 10 Mins) and the whole time I am right outside there store door so if they really wanted to they could go back on camera and Clearly see I did not use the tip. It was too big all I wanted was to change it out for the smaller one. I'll take pics and show u exactly how mean and petty these people are. The girl working was nice I've never seen her before she should be the one running this place. I'm just so completely disgusted with their customer service. Like I did not deserve the attitude and clear disrespect I got from her he employees! Even when they called the boss the guy also was a rude jerk. It not used and I will take my business elsewhere. And can I add I wanted to buy a whole set up I was prepared to spend almost 200 on something. But was turned off by the way I was treated . Not only was I ignored but I was also made to wait for 5 or 6 customers who came in after me to be helped . Just imagine what they treat homeless or less fortunate like it makes me sick if I was treated like this I am just amazed the owner employ jerks like this . read more

stay away from this place buyer beware! I bought a cape a week ago and the very first charge it didn't charge. I brought it back and the kid behind the counter was like are you sure you bought it here. I'm like yeah stupid. it was only a week ago Einstein! dude has been smoking one too many. he calls his boss on the phone and can't do anything until he comes in. well Jen I reverse the charges on my credit card there will be no question if I am sure I bought it there. the stupid will know I did in fact purchase it there. not a good place to buy. stay away from this shop. I noticed some items that have been banned in California that they should t be selling. fines are hefty. all they had to do was exchange the faulty unit now it's going to cost them a lot more. idiots ! read more
