The food was good. I lived the fish sandwich but the cheese curds were a little hard. The most upsetting thing is I ordered a salted caramel lg shake and it came out and looked like milk. For a fast food chain, the food was pretty tasty and freshly made. The Walleye fish was way better than the cod. Restaurant was clean. Service was excellent. Will return to try other other items. read more

Ran through the drive-thru tonight for a late dinner. 9:15pm. Gave me a number and told me to pull forward. Waited over 17 minutes before I walked inside to get my food. It was sitting in the window and all the "16 years old workers" were standing around talking. Culver's is trying to be Chick filet but they are failing miserably. read more

This place is so good! We tried the one in commerce ga is was good then I was excited when I saw this one had opened. I only gave one less star because you don't get a Ton of food my husband is usually still hungry after his meal but also I ordered chicken for my kids and wondered why they weren't eating them and then realized it's because they gave us hot ones after I said they were for the kids. I didn't complain or try to replace them, but will check for this next time. The salad is really good and the cheese bites are delicious, we loved our ice cream I didn't get a picture of. We tried the mint and the regular vanilla with chocolate syrup and we liked the plain with syrup the best. read more

We just ate from there recently. I've had the cheeseburger which was amazing and thick. But the last two times we've eaten from there. I've had the roast beef sandwich the beef was piled really high. I had lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and mayonnaise on the roast beef sandwiches and the cheeseburger. My only complaint was the sandwiches were dry to me. The meat on both sandwiches was moist and delicious. I think the added ingredients absorbed the mayonnaise. I think the roast beef would be amazing if it had gravy added to it or extra mayo. The fries were packed into the container and hot. My husband went and picked our food up. This is just my opinion. They have a pulled pork sandwich that I can't wait to try. So yes we'll go back the food is amazingly delicious. They get 5+ stars from me. read more

Customer service, wait times and order accuracy is beyond poor. Curbside and drive thru your order will be wrong 90% of the time, dine in is less but still high. It's a shame since the food is pretty good, if you can get the right thing while it's still fresh. read more

Every time I come here, I order original chicken tenders the past five times literally in a row that I've come here they've given me buffalo instead of original and none of my sauce that I asked, for I've had to walk in from the drive-through every time to switch it out I just don't think it's that hard. First time I've tried this place. Was very good. Loved the burger which had a unique smokey flavor. Fries were just a touch crunchy which is how I like them. Culver's never disappoints. There butter burgers are the bomb. Service is always on point. Highly recommended for anything on the menu.

The wait time for ice cream and a burger in the drive through was... insanely long. No line in the drive through. We paid at 6:20 pm and got our food (2 ice creams and 2 burgers) at 6:40... twenty minutes. They gave us a sticker and told us to pull up. Lo and behold all the cars in the lot were also pulled over waiting for their food too... i counted 16 cars waiting!!! Had we known it would take this long, we'd have gone elsewhere... like a sit down restaurant. Staff seemed pretty nonchalant and slow. No one in a hurry. I'd almost dare to compare the wait to Belton's Taco Bell -_- (IYKYK). Now the food was good, I'll give them that. read more

This is the second time that I have tried Culver's. The first time was their opening day. I waited an hour to get my food but it was hot and good. I kept seeing the new Culver's on highway 81 going back and forth to the VA. Finally one day my granddaughter was driving me to the VA and we finally stopped at Culver's and tried it. Absolutely fantastic. The food is awesome. I haven't received service that good in Anderson in quite some time. I didn't know what to order so I just ate the same thing my granddaughter did. Single burger with cheese lettuce tomato mayonnaise and pickles. The fries not so good. We also got what I think was called cheddar bites granddaughter loved them very salty to me. Haven't tried the ice cream custard yet. Don't know if we were there at the perfect time but I felt like I was in the safest restaurant in Anderson. Between 6 or maybe 7 of Anderson Countys finest was eating there. Good enough for them, good enough for me. But it really was great overall and granddaughter loved it. So now I've made a second trip to Culver's. This time I went through the drive-thru. They have got the drive-thru figured out. Works perfect. We ordered the mushroom and swiss burgers no fries we added light mayonnaise lettuce and tomato to that sandwich. Fantastic. And the drive-thru service could not have been nicer people thank you Culver's. But of course today I guess everything is a little pricey. But the food is great the services is even better.
