The food and atmosphere is amazing. We had the nicest bartender who even offered to change the channel on the tvs for us, and the sweetest waitress who let us move to another table. We had the Rib Eye steak, a burger (with the best pretzel bun), and a kids chicken alfredo, and then we had the strawberry cheesecake. None of the food disappointed us at all. I have one recommendation... add more options for dessert (everyone has cheesecake), maybe add a cookie skillet with ice cream. Nooooo! So disorganized, terrible service. I made a reservation. When we arrived the hostess was oblivious to the reservation and I waited 10 minutes for them to "get some tables together". After sitting for over an hour, all we got was our drinks and one of the two appetizers we ordered. This when half the tables were empty. They said they had a lot of Door Dash orders to accommodate. I had the Cajun chicken sandwich which was fresh and the flavor was delicious. However the chicken breast was tiny and out of proportion with the bun. My plate came with fries which number about 10-12 scrappy fries. I asked for just a few more, got a weird response as though I would create some turmoil in the kitchen. They bright out another portion which was about double the original number but they were fresh and delicious and didn't look like they came from the bottom of the bag. Paul (bartender) was engaging, answered questions and made excellent cocktails. Hubby had the Angus Beef Sliders (Old Fashion, BBQ Bacon and Carmelized Onions, served on a soft Pretzel Bun, with a side of fries. Commented that they were one of the best burgers he has had in years. I had Yusef's Fried Shrimp Platter which customarily comes with fries. However, I was able to swap out the fries for their onion rings. The fried shrimp were huge and delicious. Even their small side salad was abundant with veggies. We finished off the meal with their Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake. They offer assorted drizzles at no extra charge. A great meal, great music in the background and a great staff! Went here for dinner and service was horrible as food took over 2 hours. Could not get drinks or wings for an hour. Very poorly run and mismanaged as it is way under staffed. Need professional management and more employees in the kitchen. Servers are very nice and try but couldn't get waters for our entire table. Other tables were not cleaned of dirty dishes all night.
