This is a chain restaurant, of course, and I haven't had Culver's in a decade so I decided to check it out while my grandkids and my son RC here. We got mixed reviews of the food. All three grandkids liked the chicken tenders. They are big, the breading was an ok amount. They all ordered cheese curds and that was their favorite part of the meal. The twins split a raspberry shake and the boy got an Oreo Concrete Mixer which they said were delicious. I just got a single cheeseburger and onion rings. RC got a double burger and fries. I didn't take pics partly because the food looks kinda sad and not like the menu pics, lol. The cheeseburger was ok. I asked for ketchup, mustard, pickles, fried onions and the condiments were pretty skimpy with no mustard. The onion rings were small and super crunchy so not great. The fries were ok. Ask where my food is at. They bring it 2 minutes later. A $15 hockey puck I mean Colby jack Burger. I take it up to the counter and they can't understand why I want a cold hockey $15 burger. Typically I don't write reviews unless I've been screwed over too many times. However, avoid this location, especially when using the mobile app. We live close by and will occasionally order from them. However, with every order we place, there's always an issue. I've marked that "I'm here" and I've had to wait 30-40 minutes when it's not busy and they act like they "don't see me." Even though the parking spot is right in front of the door. Additionally, something is ALWAYS forgotten. Today for example, we placed an order for pickup at 4:30pm. It wasn't busy AT ALL. Maybe 2-3 other customers there. We got there with a few minutes to spare and it still took them over 10 minutes to bring out our food. On top of that, we ordered 2 salads and a fry. They told us everything was in the bag. We stupidly trusted them. Upon arriving at home, the fries were not in the bag. How hard is it to read a recipe and put 3 items in a bag??? They were all adults working as well. Apparently that's too hard for them to figure out. Would not recommend this location to anyone and will certainly not be going back to it. We live close by so we go to this Culver's maybe once a month or every two months or so. They have never not forgotten something from our order. We order 2 meals max and still every time they manage to leave out something. We report it every time and keep getting value baskets which they also leave things out of. I work in food service, it is not difficult to make sure everything is included. Do better. read more

I don't usually review fast food places, but I saw the low star rating for this location(my nearest location) and had to leave a positive review. It's just a fast food restaurant, but I love Culver's and this one is particularly nice and well run. Service is quick, restaurant is clean, and the staff goes out of their way to be friendly. Solid fish and chips offering from Culver's. You get two good sized pieces of cod, two sides, and a dinner roll for $11. Side choices include crinkle cut fries, coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy or broccoli. You can get onion rings or cheese curds for an extra charge. It comes with tartar sauce with some sketchy ingredients so you're better off using your own. read more

Growing up i always thought this was only an ice cream or dessert place. They do have those options but also much more. I'd recommend not going in the peak hours as it can take some time. Staff is always polite and friendly. Their burgers are alright but some can be a bit too greasy. The mushroom and Swiss is alright. Their chicken sandwich can be a bit dry sometimes but still pretty good. Their crinkle cut fries are delicious! No condiment necessary! I like their concrete mixers as you can make your own and choose your own ingredients. If you want something to eat or some ice cream, they are bound to have something for everyone. They did mess up my drink order on my last visit but it was at least something I'd drink so I wasn't that upset. I will visit this location again but I may try something else on the menu next time. read more

Usually this place has been really friendly, however tonight was completely different. The girl, Lilly, at the drive thru tonight was absolutely rude and disrespectful. I will be happy to supply the store with the transaction number. She messed up my order and I was confirming it with her when I got to the window. I said that was incorrect and she gave me an attitude. She shoved my credit card at me, she shoved my drink at me and she shoved my concrete mixer at me. I absolutely felt disrespected and she should not be working at the window. The staff really needs to be more polite to the guests or we will be taking our business elsewhere. 75% of the time o go here they mess up my order. My most recent visit I got the cod dinner basket and asked for broccoli instead of coleslaw. They instead substituted broccoli instead of fries and gave me coleslaw. I also paid with gift card and credit card since the gift card didn't have much left on it. They empties the gift card and then charged me full price on the credit card as well. Management needs to get better here with their training. read more

This is the Culver's I've been to most. As a frozen custard enthusiast, I must say Culver's is among the most disappointing custard experience I've had. There is almost always ice chunks in the custard from not letting the scoop drip off long enough when it is rinsed. The flavors are really disappointing, as they take the cheap way by usually having mix-ins in vanilla ice cream for every flavor. I only go here, because there are so few custard places in the Twin Cities. You'd think the biggest chain of custard restaurants would deliver a better frozen custard. Go study Kopp's in Milwaukee and start making better custard! read more

When I refused, the 2nd item was up-charged to a grease soaked double without permission. When I complained, I was told they do not sell singles in this item (however s single was on the menu). Complained loudly about grease dripping out of double we did not order. Said it would clog are arteries. Asked to talk to manager who made excuses; but agreed singles are on the menu, He said "they always sell doubles by default" !!! He refunded our money for the wrong item ordered. Love this food chain, but this location is terrible at getting your order correct! My wife and I have gone here on a regular basis as the food itself is quite good compared to other local options, the execution however is not. Most recently, both my wife and I's burgers were prepared incorrectly, we didn't realize this until getting home and so it was not worth driving all the way back to hopefully get the order correct. We should have known to look before leaving, as usually at least one of ours is not made how we ordered it. We tried reaching out to the restaurant but received no response, apparently the management/owners don't care about the quality of the product coming out of there restaurant. read more

Went in for ice cream Saturday and was checked by Manager Mike D. My daughter wanted mint ice cream but she has Celiac so I asked for the ingredients in the mint saying that I need to be sure there was no gluten in it. He gave a gruff laugh and said very sarcastically "I don't know." No bother to even remotely want to help. So I order just vanilla ice cream, one scoop. The ice cream was handed to me as a liquid, drinkable form in those little cups. Worst experience of my life. Please go elsewhere, these people don't care about you or your food. read more

This is now the 2nd time this has happened to me. I have ordered a butter burger to go and stupid me doesn't look at the burger before going back to my office so I can take some of the blame. I get back to the office and open up my bag, hungry as can be, and my butter burger is smashed and not even edible. I threw it away. As mentioned happened twice and I of course called the store and again they will send me a coupon for another smashed burger. Gross. Been here many times since it is close by. Most times service is ok but never great. On at least 4 occasions the service was horrendous. I went there yesterday and it wasn't very busy. As we walked in, I overheard one worker yelling at another for accepting a coupon that was expired (or something like this). One family was waiting for an order and another was ordering. My family of 4 was next. After the family ahead of us finished ordering the worker said I'll be with you in a few minutes. I smiled and nodded while she proceeded to make sundaes. About 5 minutes later another worker asked us if we've been helped. I politely said not yet. During this very brief exchange, 2 boys walked up to the counter to order their free ice cream. He disregarded the four of us that were there prior to the boys coming to the counter. We promptly walked out and went to Smash Burger and will not be going back to this particular Culver's.
