When we want to have some fast food, Arby's is one of my husband's favorites. I do like their curly fries, which are tasty, but super bad for you. The service at this Arby's is usually friendly and our orders have always been correct. Not that we have complicated orders by any means. Pretty much pick a number and a size and we're good to go. Service can be slow at times, but it's never so horrible that I'd never go back. It makes me wonder if the folks working there are understaffed or sometimes I just happen to get behind the one dude whose order reads like a legal document. It's a fast food restaurant. Suck it up or go to a grocery store and make what you can eat. There's one down the street from this Arby's. read more

Slowest drive through ever. I cannot emphasize this enough. So slow. I sat at the window for so long. I got to see an employee using the meat slicer. That was kinda cool. No explanation was offered, but you know what? My fries were the best fast food fries I've had in years. read more

Man, every time I come here I'm reminded why I don't want to come here. I understand in this post C*VID environment service help is hard to get...but it always feels like somebody's big inconvenience every time I come through the drive-through...which isn't often and a treat for me and kiddo. The quality of food is that to be expected. It's not like I need a hug with my roast beef sandwich, but at least don't act like it's an inconvenience for you that I am using a coupon. I like Arby's even so I should be avoiding fast food. The place is decently clean for a fast food place. I stopped by during lunch hour but the drive thru line was super long. *TIP* If the drive thru is long, park and go inside. The line inside was not long, I was helped right away and the really cool thing is that when I was done ordering, a minute later I heard my name. I hadn't even left the register yet and had just got my receipt back. The food was pretty good and I recommend to try the jalapeno poppers. I am also a fan of their Reuben sandwich. read more

If you are behind in your podcasts this drive through is for you. 7 cars deep, 35 min wait. I'm trapped. Send help. I'm sure the food will be great.... Update, 3 cars hopped the curb because they lacked the needed persistence to endure this drive through, but not me. I stayed the course and was rewarded with two small sides for 7 bucks! The service was very very slow, no one said anything to me about the time. Just gave me my order... That's it. No I'm sorry for the wait. Not arbys best offering brought on by just bad workers . We ask what he specials were the cashier just pointed to a board on the wall that was not very clear so we just ordered classic roast beef and a jamocha shake the sandwitches were ok but were smashed and we were eating there not like they were put in a bag and the shake was not mixed at all read more

I truly love coming to this Arby's. One, I know the food is awesome - seriously, you can't go wrong with thin slivers of roast beef on any sandwich - pile it high and I'm in! Two, the staff is consistently friendly and quick. My favorite sandwich which I try NOT to order every visit (but fail) is the French Dip and Swiss with Au Jus. It's a meal in heaven for anyone that loves to dip. Side Dishes - delicious no matter what you choose, but Potato Cakes and Curly Fries are the staples of this franchise, and you will regret not getting a side of one of them. Very professional and customer centered staff. I had a late night craving and pulled into the drivethru for an order of chicken fingers and the cahier (my receipt says her name was Kenton) let me know that it would take a few minutes. After agreeing she indulged my various questions when offered the various upsell options. In the end I didn't choose any of the extras yet she offered me a free beverage for having to wait for her to prepare my order. In the end she let me know that I should wait a bit before eating my chicken tenders because they were very hot and happily told me to enjoy my evening. Although the entire exchange only took a few minutes, Kenton made me feel that she genuinely wanted to provide me the best service that she could, and she succeeded. It was very refreshing and I can understand why this particular Arby's get high marks if their manager hires people like Kenton. read more

I've been meaning to write this review for months. Every time, which is more than I would like to admit, I visit the drive thru I am amazed by the customer service. The employees are so kind and friendly, always very polite and well spoken.
