Lie. 'Free kids combo with each entree...' I saw the sign near the front of this Potbelly a week ago. I went on the weekend with a child and I was told this is no longer in effec, even though it's still on the menu. When I asked if there's Anything Else on the menu that's not accurate, I just got a confused semi-annoyed look.

This location has some great workers and not sub par workers. The sandwich shop is right off highway 7 in a strip mall and does some great hot sandwiches and salads! They also offer shakes, malts, smoothies, soups and huge pickles! Today we had two great workers! Right when we walked in we were greeted, we order super fast and the guy making our sandwiches made sure we picked our bread, and cheese! We also ordered two oreo shakes which he immediately asked another worker to start. He got our toppings and actually put a good amount of food in them. The guy who made our shakes used a large amount of oreos which we loved, and actually filled them to the top of the cup!! When we paid I had a perk for a free cookie but cops told figure out the barcode. We told him it was fine as we come here a lot and can use it next time, but he gave us the cookie free anyway!! If every time we came here it was these two gentleman I would probably give this place a 5 as we really love their sandwiches, shakes and cookies. However, last time we came in we had very bad (i'm talking a 1 maybe 2 star) service. The girl who made our sandwiches didn't greet us, made us feel like an inconvenience, put ham on one side of my sandwich and turkey on the other even though I said I wanted ham and turkey on the whole thing. The guy who did the toppings was okay, though no smile or talking to us which was a little awkward. The shakes we got were supposed to be chocolate and oreo, but. it's tasted like vanilla and were 3/4 full.. It was a bad experience and we debated driving an extra 8 minutes to a different one today but I am glad we didn't!! I would just say it really depends on who is working for a good or bad experience, which I know is like anywhere. Today specifically we had great service and I hope next time we go it's the same two guys.. but since it is so individual basis I will give this place 4 stars. We will return but if it's the workers we've had trouble with we won't be ordering anything.

This Potbelly is in an easy to reach location off of Highway 7 and 101. It is in a big parking that shares with other locations and a cub foods. I have been to this location about a couple times and have received great to terrible service. It really depends on who is behind the counter when you get there. The food is always good for me land my wife, since we do enjoy Potbelly, but how the quality is changes from time to time. The first time we were there we had terrible service. There was a young girl behind the counter when we walked in and she didn't say hello or anything. We told her what we wanted and she went and made them quickly and not nicely. Once they were through the oven she seemed annoyed that we wanted toppings and just dropped them on top and tossed our sandwiches on the counter haphazardly. Then she made our shakes really fast but they were only 3/4s full. I would've given that experience a 1. Tonight we had a great experience. Both people behind the counter were friendly, talkative, and helpful. I would've given tonight's experience a 4. Overall if you like Potbelly's food or are in the area to try it out, this is a good spot to go. The restaurant is nice, clean, and has plenty of places to sit. Experiences can change and that all depends on who is working at the time. We will be going back to this location again.

The food is always fresh and good, and the service is generally good - at least if the owner is there!

Experience ruined. Went for a coffee shake ended up with vanilla. Seemed that the supervisor had a serious attitude problem.

Our go-to menu item is the crunch wrap. After being regulars the staff anticipates our order and at times has it waiting as we come through the door. It literally "makes my day" to eat here. It brings joy because of the experience. I especially enjoy the regular sized coffee with cream which tastes great with the breakfast.

The Baja Steak Gordita, 7 Layer Burrito, double decker and Cheese-O-Rito were awesome! I used to smash Taco Bell back in the day. They recently announced the 90's throwback menu which brought back the 7 layer and double D. I ordered with friends and got a value pack plus my 2nd most fav 7 Layer....most fave is the Baja Steak Gordita. To make a long story short, it was all trash. Everything taste like mush. I remember when the seven layer had rice you could taste and discern from other ingredients! Now it's just a paste. We all agreed that none of it taste like it used to and we are done here. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. So long Taco Hell and the happy days of old. We had a good run! I added a pic of my not entirely terrible soft taco. The only survivor of Taco Bell's original treats!

Service has gone downhill a lot, which actually shocks me because previously this year I have not…read morehad an issue. It is my observation that, even at busy times, many of the workers, especially the younger kids, are treating the job like a social hour and paying more attention to joking around with their fellow workers than caring about getting the orders right. Last night this one kid was twirling around the order numbers around like some kind of toy and then stacking and re-stacking them loudly on the counter. Unbelievable!!!!!! Several times recently I have ordered carry-out, only to arrive at home with an incorrect order. I have just about had it. I enjoy going there because I enjoy the food but getting the incorrect item is very discouraging. My suggestion is that these kids should be trained to check the orders and not worry about getting it out in record time. I don't think it's my job to take everything out of the bag to make sure it is correct. The order is printed in big letters on the slip. That should be an easy job if you are paying attention.

The European mind could not fathom this place, no. Here, we celebrate innovation in calories: buttered beef engineered to collapse dynasties, frozen custard that whispers sweet nothings of lactose imperialism. The food? Transcendent and terrifying. Burgers glisten like patriotic oil paintings, onion rings crunch with the shame of forgotten produce pyramids, and the concrete mixers thrum like dairy golems come to take the land. The service was cheerful, prompt, and terrifyingly efficient--like being greeted by smiling operatives of a delicious cult. The atmosphere is soothing in the way padded rooms often are: clean, quiet, and absolutely certain of its role in the slow unraveling of restraint. This is not cynicism--it is myth. Culver's is our Olympus, and butter is the only true currency. We are not the greatest nation, perhaps, but we are the most fried. Five beef ghosts out of a noble cheese curd uprising.

The person taking my order spoke so clearly, I was so optimistic... there were three cars in front of me, and for the first time ever, the line cleared... wow. Got home and both my wife and daughter got their orders. I was surprised by the shape of my box for the Reuben Combo I ordered ... nope, not a Reuben. A loaded Italian ... and it was just meh. Soft white roll, way too much runny mayo, some kind of cheese, some lettuce, just generally lame. One star overall if I had ordered it, a big zero for not ordering it. I can compare it to the Italian sub I just reviewed at Tino's down the street last week - that is five stars and not much more money. Go there. The receipt actually says loaded Italian, so the order filler did her job. It was either the order taker or system. They should verbally confirm the order, or upgrade to a digital order screen. I know the Reuben and Gyros and other sandwiches, maybe four stars for being good and completely different from other fast food. I look forward to their curly fries and Horsey Sauce. C'est magnifique. Worth the calories and fat and perhaps dying early from clogged arteries, but I do limit my exposure. Five stars for the sauce and fries. My wife loves their tenders and curly fries and fried mozzarella sticks, but is not a Horsey fan (loser). My daughter thinks their onion rings are the best on the planet. This is a destination for her. She BEGS to go here. I can use these onion rings as leverage. Five stars. I have never been inside, so I am neutral. So you would think I would give it at least three stars ... except for the historical slowness, botching my most recent order with a substandard sandwich I did not order, not confirming my order verbally or electronically, and for serving generally unhealthy choices. I almost did not order, just needed something fast for my wife and daughter, and now I really regret ordering for myself. Regret is not good. I need to think twice before coming back.
