It's a newish restaurant and even though crowded,they efficiently took my order and delivered it to my table within 10 minutes. I tried the Culvers by my house a few times over the years with mixed results. However,I have seen many post from around the country raving about the fried shrimp,fish sandwich and pot roast. So,I ordered the fried shrimp dinner and fish sandwich in order to try both. I was impressed. Think,elevated fast food. Actually the fried shrimp were as good as you get anywhere... excellent. The fish sandwich was a thick piece of fried cod on a soft white bun. Perfect! We also sampled a Cranberry Blue Chicken Salad . Grilled chicken,bed of greens, generous blue cheese sprinkles... beyound expectations. Oh,the chocolate shake made from custard is enough to motivate a return trip. They are not the fastest service so don't expect that, however the food is consistently fresh, hot and darn good for a burger joint. My personal favorite is the fish dinner and or sandwich. The Root beer is very nice too. The location in Denison always seems to have enough staff for the amount of business they have and they seem to be pretty well trained. So you may ask why 4 stars then? Well its still a burger place and they are kinda pricey for a burger place. After seeing Culver's at top rating for burger chains I was excited to find one in my travels. Pros: good parking, accessible, near highway. Burger was the best fast food burger I've had. BUT there are plenty of downsides. Very unknowledgeable cashier. Couldn't tell wt of burger. "I don't know" is not an answer. "I'll find out" is an answer. He asked others. They didn't know. One dude tried to look it up in a manual. Finally get the manager. 1.44 is her answer. In ounces. Get the double for 1/4 lb. Burger was served dry, no condiments. Add at self service bar. No napkins given. My order was incorrect. Ordered a double with extra lettuce, tomato, and onion. Very stingy with all of them. One cost extra. I ordered no pickles and no cheese. It came with both. Not pleased. After I saw you could get grilled onions I asked to add double of that. Got one, maybe 1 teaspoon and not very good. Stingy again. Crinkle cut fries were decent size and crisp, but what they call a Large is at best a Medium at any other place. Overpriced. Over $11 for quarter pounder and fries. We have eaten at other Culver's and always enjoyed our meals. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same about this location. We visited this restaurant on the evening of 11/9/25. The whole dining area was dirty. Trash cans were overflowing. Tables had not been cleaned and there was food on the floors. The condiment area was disgusting with ketchup all over the place and the small containers were all over the place. The beverage area had not been wiped down in a while and there was soda and trash from straws all around. Finally, we noticed a male employee sneezing/coughing and not taking proper precautions to cover his face or hands. He ended up bringing our food to the table. That was an appetite killer. We definitely will not return to this location and it will be a while before we visit another Culver's due to our experience tonight. read more

First time coming here and not impressed. They had us pull up and wait for the food. They brought out the ice cream first that was half melted before the food finally came 12 minutes later. Coming from northern Illinois growing up, and lots of family in Wisconsin we visited Culver's a lot in my childhood and early adult years. I moved to Texas years ago and when I had seen we were getting a Culver's I was so excited!! Except this location is not that. It's poor service, extended wait times that I've never seen so long in my life at a Culver's for food that's small portioned, either over or under cooked, and to get something replaced. Well expect to wait another 20 minutes. It's a beautiful store with lots of potential. But they definitely need more support from the franchise and owners. This is a great on-off location at 691 and Hwy 75. Whether you're visiting a patient at TMC across the highway or staying the night at Hilton Garden Inn next door, Culver's is super convenient. The food was cooked to order and was delivered to our car piping hot. We had a bit of a wait, as it was the second day of business, but that was understandable. My mother really enjoyed the deluxe butter burger and the cod sandwiches, along with the crinkle fries, were crispy and fresh. We received moldy Choclate milk on November 1,2023. The managers apologized that were on duty they clearly could see that there was mold on the top and sides of the milk. They only offered me a replacement Choclate milk which we clearly for health concerns did NOT want. My son also received frozen chicken strips in the same day with his kids meal. None of the items were replaced or refunded all I received was a sorry, we aren't sure what happened from managment and we have never seen anything like this. When I made the original complaint, the owner Brad Bishop, called me once and left a voice mail. I have since tried to return the phone call and never received a response. Today on December 5th I was able to finically reach him. He was very rude, unsympathetic, he said excuse me who are you, I don't remember this at all. I sent a very detailed email. He told me that he couldn't tell that it was mold from the pictures. He told me he didn't think it was mold at all that it was Choclate syrup. I know what mold looks like, and what bad Choclate milk smells like. When the managers on duty removed all the Choclate milk and threw it away bc of the mold. He told me that if my child got nauseous from their Choclate milk maybe she shouldn't drink Choclate milk anymore! That's not his place and very rude, she drinks Choclate milk all the time at home and never feels sick! To tell a parent something like that is overstepping boundaries as a business owner. He kept twisting everything I said on the phone and twisting it. Which I did not appreciate either. He said he couldn't do anything for me. Since I didn't want to eat there again for awhile. He could have offered me a refund for the items that were messed up but he didn't. He said I don't know what to tell you if you don't want to eat here anymore. The same order my son received completely frozen tenders. His excuse was maybe they were stuck together. They were both completely frozen. It's a lack of quality management and quality food. It's sad bc we really enjoyed coming to Culver's until this experience. Had Brad Bishop been friendly, apologetic, concerned and respectful I would have considered returning to eat there eventually. I know that some things are out of people's control. His attitude towards customers is awful. I will not eat at this location again. Very poorly ran. The Owner is very rude and disrespectful. So, it is Memorial weekend. Chose to stop at this location since we were doing a roadtrip. That means we went or chose out of the way just to stop at this location. Walked up to the door just to see a made up sign that said we will be closed for Memorial Day. That would be tomorrow. There was people in the lobby. Looks like they just decided to close early. That sucks. Imagine how many more people will stop by just to find out their closed. I've had two or three other visits and have been great. This is why I'm rating them a 3 star for this visit. I think they should have finished their day as advertised 10 or 10:30pm. Or use their sign outside to advertise that they will be closing early due to Honoring and Remembering our fallen heroes. My wife and I had never eaten at Culver's, but we got coupons in the mail and decided to give it a try. The girl at the register didn't seem happy to be there (I asked if she could smile), and I had to get her to speak up so that I could understand what she was saying. We ordered two double-meat cheeseburgers and asked for mustard and exta pickles to be added to the burgers. Our order was to go, and when we got home, neither the extra pickles nor the mustard was on the burgers. There were only two small slices of tomato that covered only half the burger and two round pieces of onion on the sandwich. I added a large slice of tomato and chopped up the onion to cover the burger. My idea of a good burger means that every bite should include the taste of everything on the burger, which wouldn't have happed if I hadn't had to redress the burger. Visited here today (10/10/2021) around 3pm, and as we walked into the lobby, your manager or supervisor, an morbidity obese woman yelled at us and her employees to "get the fuck out of my lobby". The store was open, doors unlocked, so I don't see what the problem was or what prompted her to act this way towards us and her employees. I've worked in the restaurant/hospitality business most of my career and I've only seen such unprofessional behavior on viral YouTube videos. The drive-through line was short but it took an incredible amount of time. And then after ordering you have to wait in another line. And then after that stuff will be missing out of your order so you have to go park your car and then wait in the long line on the inside. The hamburger was just meat and bread and cheese. We went inside around 4:30 and the restaurant was not busy at all. They had a surplus of employees it seemed so luckily the restaurant was nice and clean. Every one seemed friendly and the employee that helped us was very friendly and informative. My husband got a bacon cheeseburger, I got fried shrimp and our little one got a grilled cheese sandwich. The concrete mixers at this location were incredible, the staff is super quick and friendly. When I am here I get the snickers concrete mix in which is made with crushed up snickers bar. Yes thank you very much. Definitely one of the better places to eat in the area. read more
