    Burnt meat

First time coming here and not impressed. They had us pull up and wait for the food. They brought out the ice cream first that was half melted before the food finally came 12 minutes later. You would think after the long wait that the food would be good but it wasnt. The meat was burned and cold. The fries were decent. $25 for the little amount of food and ice cream we got was definitely not worth it.

    Completely frozen chicken tenders.

We received moldy Choclate milk on November 1,2023. The managers apologized that were on duty they clearly could see that there was mold on the top and sides of the milk. They only offered me a replacement Choclate milk which we clearly for health concerns did NOT want. My son also received frozen chicken strips in the same day with his kids meal. None of the items were replaced or refunded all I received was a sorry, we aren't sure what happened from managment and we have never seen anything like this. When I made the original complaint, the owner Brad Bishop, called me once and left a voice mail. I have since tried to return the phone call and never received a response. Today on December 5th I was able to finically reach him. He was very rude, unsympathetic, he said excuse me who are you, I don't remember this at all. I sent a very detailed email. He told me that he couldn't tell that it was mold from the pictures. He told me he didn't think it was mold at all that it was Choclate syrup. I know what mold looks like, and what bad Choclate milk smells like. When the managers on duty removed all the Choclate milk and threw it away bc of the mold. He told me that if my child got nauseous from their Choclate milk maybe she shouldn't drink Choclate milk anymore! That's not his place and very rude, she drinks Choclate milk all the time at home and never feels sick! To tell a parent something like that is overstepping boundaries as a business owner. He kept twisting everything I said on the phone and twisting it. Which I did not appreciate either. He said he couldn't do anything for me. Since I didn't want to eat there again for awhile. He could have offered me a refund for the items that were messed up but he didn't. He said I don't know what to tell you if you don't want to eat here anymore. The same order my son received completely frozen tenders. His excuse was maybe they were stuck together. They were both completely frozen. It's a lack of quality management and quality food. It's sad bc we really enjoyed coming to Culver's until this experience. Had Brad Bishop been friendly, apologetic, concerned and respectful I would have considered returning to eat there eventually. I know that some things are out of people's control. His attitude towards customers is awful. I will not eat at this location again. Very poorly ran. The Owner is very rude and disrespectful. I was NOT looking for a hand out or a meal comp. I was looking for a sincere apology. All I received was excuses and lies from the owner of Culver's.

This is a great on-off location at 691 and Hwy 75. Whether you're visiting a patient at TMC across the highway or staying the night at Hilton Garden Inn next door, Culver's is super convenient. The food was cooked to order and was delivered to our car piping hot. We had a bit of a wait, as it was the second day of business, but that was understandable. My mother really enjoyed the deluxe butter burger and the cod sandwiches, along with the crinkle fries, were crispy and fresh. Will update on the interior once we've eaten inside, but we're really excited Culver's has joined the Denison community and can't wait to visit again!

So, it is Memorial weekend. Chose to stop at this location since we were doing a roadtrip. That means we went or chose out of the way just to stop at this location. Walked up to the door just to see a made up sign that said we will be closed for Memorial Day. That would be tomorrow. There was people in the lobby. Looks like they just decided to close early. That sucks. Imagine how many more people will stop by just to find out their closed. I've had two or three other visits and have been great. This is why I'm rating them a 3 star for this visit. I think they should have finished their day as advertised 10 or 10:30pm. Or use their sign outside to advertise that they will be closing early due to Honoring and Remembering our fallen heroes. Obviously that's why business close early. . Salute to all that have served and are serving their country. Remember why we have the freedom we have in America.

The location in Denison always seems to have enough staff for the amount of business they have and they seem to be pretty well trained.

A first rate Indian restaurant…read more They call themselves Nepali. And the entrepreneurs may easily be Nepali. In the US, calling yourself a Nepali restaurant means taking a standard North Indian menu and adding momo and some Chinese dishes. In Nepal, they eat a lot more than momo. Mountainous regions in poor countries often use forms of protein that Americans don't particularly care for. (Fill in the blanks yourself on this one.) Doing that in the U.S. would be commercial suicide. At one time, Mount Everest had goat intestine on the menu. Goat intestine is relatively un-shocking given other items that Nepalis hunt or butcher and eat. The goat intestines did not sell well and had to be removed from the menu. So mostly what you get here is a plain old North Indian restaurant. Fortunately, Mount Everest is a very good plain old North Indian restaurant. * * * The headline story here is spice. A. Lots of it. B. Not your standard Anglo-Indian curry house spice mixes. I ordered my eggplant with a heat of 4. A heat of 5 is their !!NUCLEAR!! option. 4 is their "Commands Respect- Listen to Me Baby" level. Mount Everest's 4 is most other Indians restaurants 38. Steam came out of ears. Steam came out of eyes. I was amazed my metal container was able to hold that dish. I set a Grayson County speed record for most Naan consumed in the shortest amount of time ... As vast amounts of naan were stuffed into my flaming mouth to lower the temperature. * * * I LOVED IT. I WOULD DO THAT AGAIN IN A NEW YORK MINUTE. * * * If molten lava isn't your thing Ordering your food with a heat of 0 or 1 Will give you a nice lovely very mild dish. Mount Everest caters to all tastes. * * * The spicing here is unusual. This particularly shows up in the salty lassis. I couldn't tell you what the flavor combo was. But it was intriguing and wonderful. That is another dish I would order in a New York minute. * * * Speaking of non-New-York topics, Mount Everest does its best to fit into a Texas-Oklahoma aesthetic. There is a pool table. For all I know, Texoma is full of Indian restaurants with pool tables. But that was the first time, I had ever seen such a thing. They have country-western style decoration, and guitars on the walls to help set a mood. They serve cold beer. I am not used to Texas Ice Houses that also serve Tikka Masala and Aloo Chana. But this is a concept I could definitely learn to like. * * * Overall, this is a first rate establishment. And if you want enough inner fire to be able to climb the Himalayas without wearing a parka, Order any dish with a heat of 5. The snow will melt on either side of you as you pass.
