Slow "fast" food. Burger Patty burnt. Cheese not even slightly melted. Whole thing cold. But the service was friendly. Ambiance fine.

the food is originally amazing at Culver's and we love to eat it!! however, EVERY SINGLE TIME we come it takes 3-5 business days in the drive through to get our food and when we do it's either cold or melted! this is not just a today occurrence it's literally every time we have come in the last year! drive though workers are pleasant and kind but the time management is garbage. PLEASE try to do better it really ruins my desire to eat here. read more

Out for a drive last night and thought we would stop by for a frozen custard cone at around 8 pm last night (Saturday 5/11/24) Pulled in and the doors were locked but drive thru was open. 3 cars were ahead of me, but it still took 10 minutes for me to get to the speakers to order. Again we ordered 2 custard cones, made my order, was asked if I wanted the kids cone with the coupon or a regular size cone, I told them the regular size cones. Got to the window to pay, the girl that took my money took forever to make the change, finally pulled ahead and had to wait 20 more minutes to get the cones, and one was the small free kids cones. I paid an outrageous price for a small kids cone, not to mention it was 30 minutes and it wasn't that busy. We are fairly new to the area and loved the burgers the only other time we've ordered from here, but I'm afraid you lost a customer after this visit. The people working all acted like they had no idea what they were doing, and it shouldn't take 20 minutes to get a very small half melted frozen custard cone. read more

Not impressed. Cheese curds were good. Burger very disappointing and it would have been nice if they had actually put the tomato, ketchup and lettuce that were ordered on the burger. Shake was not good. No part of frozen. Just some sort of chocolate liquid. read more

I found in my many visits to Culver's Hamburgers that they had excellent Hamburgers and Cheeseburgers as well as very tasty onion rings and great chili. The real surprise to me however was that Culver's is a most excellent choice for Seafood whether North Atlantic Cod Fish or Fried Shrimp. Their Cod Fish and their Fried Shrimp was not just a little better than I get at Red Lobster and/or Captain D's but it was a lot better. The serving size was not only larger but the taste was exceptional. The Shrimp was also very tasty but it was the serving size of each butterfly shrimp that impressed me along with the taste. The shrimp was large and thick and not the kind you have to go looking for meat inside. When it comes to seafood I'll pass by Captain D's and Red Lobster for a much better taste and value seafood, that at Culver's. The only drawback to it was that Culver's does not serve or have Hushpuppies but even without the hushpuppies Culver's is the best Seafood value. read more

The managers seem like they know everything and they treat team members like trash, the drive-thru window isn't much sound proof. Why would you let girls wear fake nails that can get into our food, that is disgusting. My friend and I heard very inappropriate words coming from the back that's disturbing. The food isn't even good it was soaked in grease. I had to wait for my food for almost 30 minutes and never got a sorry for it. read more

Service was super friendly and great, but the food was not. My family has tried it twice, having burgers the first visit and chicken sandwich combos the second visit. We didn't finish our food either time because it just wasn't good. Flavorless, a bit greasy, and not up to par. I hear that the frozen custard is good, but I probably won't give it another try. read more

Drive thru line is a little lengthy at times, but service is relatively quick. Food is accurately and freshly made every time I go. Never disappoints! read more

My husband and I have been to Culver's twice and both times we have been extremely happy with our visit. If you go you must order the cheese curds!! They are the best and as a former yankee I promise you won't be disappointed. The custards are great and the staff is super friendly. And the dining room is now open!! read more

The good: Decent hamburger. Decent price. The bad: Low portions on desserts and desserts are just plain expensive. $3.99 for a malt barely worth a buck fiddy. The Ugly: Their frozen custard sucks really bad. Avoid desserts and expect very little in this place. read more
