Good and bad, food was great but the aftermath was terrible. Service, was as well fairly great. I had a pick up, so I couldn't tell about the Ambiance but it seemed nice. However, the reasoning for 2 stars is the food. Like I said, great food but the aftermath was terrible. To start of, I started feeling stomach pain an hour after eating my chicken tenders and fries. I don't think nothing of it. Until, it gets worse. To the point I can't even walk right without groaning in pain. I believe the cause was food poisoning for this. I frequent Culver's locations around Fort Wayne and Auburn quite often. The food is about the same at every location. The one thing I did take note of at the Jefferson location was how dirty it was. I was there on a Saturday, and there was trash under quite a few of the tables and many tables were not wiped down. That surprised me from a Culver's. This is all dependent on who the customers are sitting at those tables, for example, kids. I was just surprised they let it get that filthy. read more

Wish I was closer to the other Culver's locations in FW. This one is consistently terrible. Food is fine but the service is horrible. They might be the slowest place anywhere. I have eaten here a ton and it is literally slow as crap every time. I consistently wait 15-20 min every time. And I am only waiting on one meal!!! Just got my food and it was literally 35 min from when I ordered. And there are 6 employees standing around. there is no line!!! Downright ridiculous!! Something needs to change drastically at this location, cuz their turnaround time for dining room absolutely sucks cheeks! Don't go here unless you don't mind waiting forever and have a ton of time. During Covid we have become regulars at the usual suspects. DQ, MD, BQ....etc. Culver's is a bit more expensive but so much better! Last night we picked up a Deluxe Butter Burger, a Butter Burger and some chicken tenders. All were delicious and huge! Filled us up and the quality of everything was way above average!! They have never gotten my order wrong which I can't say for most fast food places except Chick Fil A. The food is very good as are the workers as they are always hustling. And I recommend you order curbside online. It will save you a long wait in the drive thru which is always packed and the employees who bring your food out are so friendly. I actually had an employee bring my food to me and saw my dog in the back seat and asked if she would like a pup cup and I said yes. The staff at this Culver's is friendly and the food is always perfect. I only have one complaint and I'm sure it doesn't affect most people - the tables are too low for the height of the chairs and it is incredibly uncomfortable for us, but we are tall. I like this place. I must; cuz I keep going back. My first experience was going through the drive through with a coupon. I was hungry. I ordered a butter burger with cheese and it was incredible. Their burgers aren't cheap, but this was as good as a non fast food burger joint.....(That's supposed to be a compliment). But I keep going back cuz my son loves ice cream and of course, fries. Went to eat there today, and more than half the tables are not available. Which during COVID is understandable, however I went to sit down at a table to eat. Every single available table was not clean, so I thought it'd be fine to eat at another table, since the dining area was practically empty. I crew member instead of coming out to clean the tables. Instead just tells me to move to one of the available uncleaned tables. I just found it ridiculous that instead of cleaning the tables. That I am told I have to sit at an unclean table or leave. Also I would think especially during COVID they would be on top of getting tables cleaned for the customers. For starters, they thought I was dining in when I told them that the order was to go. Second, there were two people that were working on my order at the same time so I guess they lack good communication skills with one another? Maybe they were tired or something but the cashier looked kind of annoyed too. Anyway, one of the two people working on the order told me that the first cod filet sandwich (which is what I got for myself) broke apart so they had to remake it which is why the food was taking so long. Well after I chewed into my food later and found the screw in the attached picture, I wonder if it's from whatever instrument they used to take apart the frozen cod before cooking it and the screw fell off in the process. Well luckily my tooth is okay, but now I will be more cautious of what I eat.....luckily for me, I don't live near the area so going back to them isn't going to be a problem for me.....if you do live here, be careful. read more

I got a burger (Patty melt) and fries..Husband got the Cod dinner with 2 sides. Now mind you we go to Lunch Box for Cod, and they are expensive but the sizes are HUGE!! He got 2 small pieces and 2 really small sides of mashed potatoes (fake) and coleslaw.(that was good). This Culver's was awful. I am a manager at a Culver's, so I feel especially entitled to say so. I have been working at Culver's for almost 2 years. I stopped in and right away the experience was not good. The girl on register was rude and told me (the customer she didn't know was actually a manager at another store) that I was wrong. First off, the number one rule of business. The customer is ALWAYS right. You don't go telling a customer they're wrong, that's in the corporate training every employee goes through. Second, I know that I was right. I work an average of 35-40 hours a week and I've been there for 2 years. We received all of our food and it was exactly how we ordered it. I even made things a little complicated, so I was impressed there. I then looked at our ticket to make sure that everything was right, and I noticed we paid for a kids meal we were supposed to get for free, I had saved up 10 Scoopie Tokens and given them to the girl on register in order to get my free kids meal. I noticed that she didn't put it in, so my mother went up to the front to simply get a refund or our tickets back. Simple, right? No. The register girl had lost one of the tickets. I had counted 10, my mom had counted them as she was ordering, and I WATCHED the register girl count 10, and put them in the drawer. They told my mom since they couldn't find the 10th that the employee lost, they could only give her 9. I am not happy with this particular Culver's and the staff there.
