The bad is the super slow service with a line often going to the door as it is a Dunkin Donuts as well. During these covid times, you don't really want to be clustered together with other people. I was able to order an ice cream Disney Princess cake which looked exactly like the advertisement which was a plus for my daughter's birthday.
