Absolutely useless staff. Asked guy behind counter if the kids meal included a burger AND the tenders. Yes. He confirmed. Came out as just 2 tenders. Went up and asked. Oh no. It's just one or the other. One person behind the counter speaks English. The others keep looking to him to translate. They said they would exchange the tenders for a burger. Asked for ketchup, tomato and pickles. Came worth tomato, lettuce and ketchup. No pickles. Third times the charm I guess. I asked for a manager. He said yes that's me. Hold on. Then grabbed a headset to take care off drive though. Some other person came ok and said well give you another one. All the while my 8 year old is waiting for her food. Husband is done. I haven't even touched mine, as I've been dealing with the kids meal. Wouldn't go here again ever. Not enough speaking employees: and they don't seem to care if they f:ck up your dinner.

Women's room could used a little attention.

Four of us stopped here on the way home from a fishing trip for a quick lunch. There was a short line but the order taking went pretty quick. Considering everything is fresh cooked, our order arrived timely as well. The quality of food was a mixed story. My burger was over cooked and dry. I paid extra for tomatoes and got small circle. My friends said their chicken tenders and fish sandwich were very good. The restrooms needed some attention. In the women's room, the waste basket was overflowing. My male friend ended up washing his hands in the women's restroom because the faucet wouldn't stay on in the men's restroom. We then wondered where the male employees washed their hands. Also concerning was when my friend noticed an employee helping himself to a fry off a tray prior to delivering it to a table.

Nice stop on our road trip. Very nice restaurant and great service. The food was good and everything was clean.

Ridiculously small bathroom, which makes me think the whole place is gross.

Just don't use the bathroom. Ridiculously small and the toilet seat was lose and not firmly attached. This is a high use restaurant in a high use location and the fact that corporation treats one toilet (not even a urinal) in the men's room as adequate for all the employees and all the customers is disgusting. (I didn't check out the women's bathroom, but I assume they only have one toilet also.)

Horrible staff. Rude inexperienced and really act like they don't want to be there. ARGUES about their mistake never smiles. mopping the kitchen WHILE YOU ARE ORDERING, YOU CAN SEE THE DIRTY WATER AND SMELL, the bathroom was GROSS. HAVE NOT BEEN CLEANED IN A HOT MINUTE. MANAGER HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR BBB and health department should shut down this location. I want to speak to the DM manager would not provide me with the info. So rude. Never smiled. Should not be in customer service. I'm from CA and will tell everyone to never to any location because honestly your staff don't care about your business

Came across this place on the way up to ski & we are hooked... too hooked, we ate at Culver's 3 more times before we went back to SoCal. Your typical fast food fare. Burgers, fries, the usual. We've only done the drive thru & after you pay, they give you a number that you hang on the driver's door handle & you park at a designated spot. Then an employee comes out to deliver your order. It takes a little bit for them to hand it to you since they make it fresh per order. Burgers are called "BUTTERBURGERS" and they are pressed, never frozen. It's good! Got their french fries and ordered the CHEESE SAUCE to dip it in - the cheese sauce is my favorite. I'll eat that with anything. We got a family size cheese curds - YUM. Got their concrete mixers (chocolate with peanut butter). I also enjoyed their vanilla custard. It is rich, creamy, & not overly sweet... so good! Got our meals with the "Culver's rootbeer", I liked that too. Glad we found this place. I'll definitely keep coming back for that cheese sauce. Lol.

Your typical American Drive-thru fast food restaurant. We left with full bellies, rejuvenated and ready for a long drive. I enjoyed the Atlantic Cod sandwich, the bun was soft and fish crispy.

I prefer my burger on the well side, so I liked how it was cooked. But if you prefer more medium, you might have to ask, because I don't think you would have liked it. We got the fried mushrooms, which were good. Potato wedges and French fries (lol) -- I don't remember which one I liked better, I just remember that they needed salt. And my favorite side were the onion rings! The staff was nice-- we upped the size on our fries from small to large, and they had no problem with it (we did this at the window). We took it to go, so I can't comment on the dining experience if you eat on site. But there is an outdoor covered patio. My only other comment was that they stuffed too much food into one bag. There were three of us, and they fit all three burgers and sides into one bag, so by the time we got back to the hotel, the burger all the way on the bottom was completely squished. We obviously still ate it, and it tasted fine, but was just a little sad looking. Next time I'm in Glenwood, I'll definitely be back!

I am normally a red sauce eater but the green (probably the weak Sendy) was really good. Not spicy but full of flavor. Service was excellent again. 1st visit: I've been in Colorado for nearly two weeks and this has probably been the best meal I've had so far, even after dining in Aspen (Clark's, Aspen Public House) and Boulder (Flagstaff, the Kitchen American Bistro). I love chorizo tacos and the ones here served with potatoes and fried egg with a side of chips and salsa was one of the best I've ever had and I think that's says a lot after living a lifetime in Texas. The hot dog was flavorful and probably a foot long. It was served with lightly salted french fries that reminded me if the ones my mom used to make me. The Bloody Mary was also very good and slightly spicy although it was only garnished with a lime and no olives. The place is very small, seats maybe a couple of dozen indoors but there is also outdoor seating. Service was very friendly.

Beginning with the greeting, they were absolutely lovely, very polite, sat us right away, we went on a non busy day so we had pretty much the second floor to ourselves. The host was lovely and then our waitress came and was just as nice, a great way to start a meal. We ended up getting the buffalo wings, SO GOOD, crunchy, lathered in sauce, tender enough, so flavorful, with a side of ranch. We had the onion rings, and let me tell you, those were BIG rings ! Again, nice and crunchy and so enjoyable. Last but not least, we had the loaded nachos and WOAH! Let me tell ya, this dish can feed up to 4+ people! It was only 2 of us and we were in shock at how big these nachos were so keep that in mind! They had beef, pico de gallo, salsa, cheese and they used different chips too, the regular and the blue tortilla chips, omg MOUTH WATERING! Full of flavor, very well made, everything about them was great! To drink we only had club sodas with lime but they do have a full bar and by the looks of it, they had it all so if Youre a drinker, this is also the place for you! The place was chill, dimmed lights, nice music not overly loud so you can still carry on a conversation , and very clean which is always on top of my list. The price was reasonable and I just loved it! This place was great in every way! Definitely HIGHLY recommend!

I'm leaving yet another... 5 star review for The Pullman because every year I come dine at this…read morerestaurant I am blown away. First off, the most notable thing about this experience was the genuinely most amazing waitress I think I have ever encountered, Grace. Grace was the kindest soul, she took such amazing care of us and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Me and my family will go out to eat now and say "she was good but not as good as Grace". Second off, The food was AMAZING per usual. I had the Wagyu steak and it was cooked perfectly, I usually hate going out for steak because I find it to never be seasoned as much as I'd like but this took the cake. The blue cheese dip with chips was so delicious, like possibly one of the best things we have ever tasted. We also tried to carrot cake sorbet which I know sounds odd but it was so delicious, you can tell the kitchen staff puts their heart and soul into this food. My husband got the special, which was like a Turkish ricotta stuffed pasta and it was AMAZING. Even my sister who got the wagyu burger, AMAZING. My only critique was the hostess was very rude to my family for no reason when we walked in which almost turned my parents off from trying to the most amazing restaurant. Luckily, the service got amazing after that. Everyone was so kind and helping everyone, just a great atmosphere. They also had the Knicks game playing which was great haha. I can't wait to come back next summer for my favorite meal despite living states away we will always make it back to The Pullman.

I started with the pickled deviled eggs - little vinegar taste with a slightly sweet filling is a perfect combination. 10/10 The Steak Tartare is unlike any tartare I've ever had before. It comes on this homemade tater-tot that's shaped kind of like a piece of bread or a cracker. I wasn't expecting it, but it made the dish. There is some sort of sauce drizzled, which tastes like an egg yolk base. I scraped it with my fork so I could eat all of it! So delicious! Finished with the Pierogies. Handmade, thin wrappers with perfect, delicious filling. It comes in a bowl with an amazing sauce I couldn't get enough of. I literally used a spoon to drink it! If you're in town, get a reservation - they are very busy!!! It's worth it!
