Great food. Rodrico was our server! He gave us great service, and a fun time. My husband and split the Turcado sandwich. It was delicious.

The employee who took my order -- I believe his name might be Alan, although I'm not completely sure -- was extremely rude and disrespectful. Your company should be able to check who was working the drive-thru at that time. I politely said, "Can I please order 6-piece chicken tenders?" and he loudly responded, "How many?" several times. I then clarified, "Two orders of 3 tenders," but he continued raising his voice and repeatedly asking the same question as if he was intentionally mocking me or pretending not to understand what I was saying. Because of how disrespectful the interaction felt, I went inside the restaurant to ask him why he was behaving that way. He said maybe he could not hear clearly, but honestly, he could have calmly asked me again instead of responding in such a rude and aggressive manner. The way he spoke to me felt disrespectful and unacceptable. I am a paying customer coming to your restaurant to buy food, not asking for a favor. This is the first time in my life that I have ever felt the need to leave a review and walk into a store to confront this kind of behavior directly. Honestly, the experience made me feel disrespected and discriminated against. This was actually my first time trying Wendy's, but because of the behavior of your employees, I now have a very negative impression of the brand. Just the day before, I also came through the drive-thru and received rude and cold responses from a female employee. At least she did not yell at us the way the employee today did. I will never come back or support Wendy's again. I am extremely disappointed in this brand and the level of customer service I experienced.

2/5 Stars…read more Unfortunately, I have to give this place two stars. We ordered two turkey burgers, a chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, and two milkshakes. The burgers were $15.95 each and didn't even come with fries. The fries were an additional $5, and sauces cost extra as well. Our total bill came to $81, which I thought was extremely expensive considering none of the meals included fries and even the sauces were an additional charge. The ordering process was strange from the moment we walked in, and the staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming. The food came out fairly quickly, which was one of the few positives. The chicken sandwich was actually pretty good--I'd give it about a 7/10--and it was easily the best thing we ordered. Unfortunately, the turkey burgers were not good at all and lacked flavor. The chicken tenders were clearly frozen and did not seem homemade. The milkshakes were also disappointing and didn't taste like much. What really bothered me was the service. After realizing the burgers did not come with fries, I went to the front of the restaurant to ask if I could order some. The employee told me yes, but explained that orders had to be placed at the counter in the back. I immediately went to the back counter and waited. Both employees saw me standing there, but neither acknowledged me or offered to help. One employee was delivering an order while the other was simply standing there. After waiting about five minutes without anyone taking my order or even speaking to me, I finally left without ordering the fries or sauces. It was frustrating and made me feel completely unwelcome. Overall, I did not feel welcome, did not enjoy the experience, and would not return. The chicken sandwich was the only item I would consider ordering again, but unfortunately the food, service, and value just weren't there for me.

I am normally a red sauce eater but the green (probably the weak Sendy) was really good. Not spicy but full of flavor. Service was excellent again. 1st visit: I've been in Colorado for nearly two weeks and this has probably been the best meal I've had so far, even after dining in Aspen (Clark's, Aspen Public House) and Boulder (Flagstaff, the Kitchen American Bistro). I love chorizo tacos and the ones here served with potatoes and fried egg with a side of chips and salsa was one of the best I've ever had and I think that's says a lot after living a lifetime in Texas. The hot dog was flavorful and probably a foot long. It was served with lightly salted french fries that reminded me if the ones my mom used to make me. The Bloody Mary was also very good and slightly spicy although it was only garnished with a lime and no olives. The place is very small, seats maybe a couple of dozen indoors but there is also outdoor seating. Service was very friendly.

You order at the counter, get a table sign and they deliver your order. Very large menu in screens behind the counter. There were counter signs with food choices in Spanish. No separate paper menus or QR codes. They offer fish, chicken sandwiches, burgers and salads + plenty of dessert choices. I got a ButterBurger with cheese. What got delivered was literally a single patty with American cheese and nothing else. No toppings, like lettuce or tomatoes!! I checked the menu. If you order a single with cheese, it's $5.24: But the next screen offered you to build your own burger at $4.59 + $0.45 for 1 slice of cheese = $5.05; You can add ketchup, mustard, mayo and pickles for free. You can add tomatoes for $0.30; Fortunately, I also got their Cranberry Bacon Bleu salad. A real salad with crunchy lettuce leaves, cranberries, bacon bits and blue cheese crumbles. I opted for the fat- free Raspberry Vinaigrette from Ken's. Excellent! I opted for mashed potatoes and gravy instead of french fries. I wanted a chocolate milk, but the order came out as a chocolate malt. Contrary to expectations, no tip screen. Another odd item. Separate men's & women's restrooms, but only 1 person per restroom. I don't typically review fast food places as I only visit them on the road for a quick bite to go,…read moreso normally, to me, as long as the food is tolerable and serves it's purpose.. all is good in the world. Upon walking in, we ordered from the kiosk and it didn't spit out a receipt nor did it give us an option to... it only said they'll call our name when the order is ready. We were here with some friends and placed two separate orders to dine in. I walked up with the friend who's on another order, to say that I'd like to get a water cup if possible. I was handed a water cup, my friend said he had a drink on his order, so she handed him a cup. I then went to use the restroom when my brother picked up our order and the lady didn't give us our cup for the beverage on our order. I went up to let her know that we had a drink on our order, she was reluctant to hand us a cup but she did. Didn't ask any question... About 5 mins later after we started eating, she made a point to print out a receipt and walked to our table, slammed the receipt in the middle of our table in the middle of our conversation, to say that I only ordered one drink. I nod and said yes. I have a water cup and my brother had the drink cup from just now. She then said I gave you 2 drink cups and you only paid for one. I seriously had to look at her and say, you gave my friend, pointing to him across the table, a cup. You gave me a water cup, could you please check his order too to ensure you're not speaking out of term? Can we go back to have you print out his receipt too? She then realized that they had more food in front of them not on the same ticket as my order. Then said her manager had asked... I question that because she was the only one in the front counter the whole time since we walked in and when we left, there was not another manager "asking her to verify" if I had paid for two drinks. She walked away from our table without saying anything regarding her rude behavior, not looking for an apology, but just a simple - Oops. There is definitely a better way to do this, she could have reviewed the orders when she called our names to pick up at the counter, she could have asked questions if she had a concern at the point of giving us the 2nd beverage cup. She could come over and simple said, "Excuse me, I believe I gave you 2 beverage cups but I only saw one on your order..." Anything could hopefully be a better experience than deliberately printing the receipt, walked over, interrupt our conversation while slapping the receipt on our table. From reading the reviews, maybe Wendy's needs to provide more customer service training... but frankly, they're probably just happy someone is willing to work and maybe training is minimal. Food was ok, smaller portion due to shrinkflation. If you do go to this location, please order at the counter and have them print you out a receipt so you won't be called a thief. Regretfully the last few times to any Wendy's have been a disappointment, might have to stick with the golden arches if I must visit a fast food location.
