Hours of operation per the Panda Express door on the building....
    Lindsey H.

There is a reason why this Panda Express has bad reviews! On top of the food being subpar most of the time because of so much inconsistency with their cooks...we just came to get food and the hours listed on THEIR DOOR say till 8:30pm it is 7pm and they said they were closing. Whoever the manager is, is LAZY and going against company regulation hours! If you are going to change your hours of operation then list them not only on your website, but on google and imaps, and ON YOUR OWN DOOR! Two thumbs way way down!

I literally have some type of mixup or issue almost every time I've been to this location. Today my son's noodles were burnt, the box smelled like burnt popcorn and nobody answered their phone when I called to let them know. Unfortunately I've had to call two other times due to quality issues and both times they have not answered the 520-648-3889 number. I hope they improve.

The food food here is consistently good and reasonably priced. This is not gourmet nor does it claim to be. Always tasty.

Despite my usual expenditure of $100, I ordered a meal consisting of beef and broccoli. I specifically requested that the broccoli be served in one container while the beef be served in a separate container. I was charged $16 for this meal. In observing the separate containers of beef, I contacted the owner of the establishment. To my dismay, she expressed a greater concern for her financial stability than for the satisfaction of her customers. She suggested that if I was dissatisfied with the meal, I could visit the location on the continental. This incident left me disheartened, as I had never encountered an owner of a business who prioritized customer satisfaction over profitability. I was particularly disappointed that the additional order of beef consisted of only two pieces. I assumed that if the owner was not concerned about losing customers, she would also be indifferent to losing more to me. I'm highlighting the importance of providing feedback to business owners about the quality of their service. It is crucial for customers to be aware of the potential feedback they may receive from the owners of the businesses they frequent. She definitely lost me as a customer.

I received the noodles, the meal was hot and deliciously seasoned and garnished. This visit I received Singapore style noodles, cold, overcooked, very dry, unseasoned, and instead of garnishing with peanuts it was garnished with cilantro. I tried adding soy sauce just to get the clumps of dry noodles to separate. The noodles broke apart when I took a forkful. The proper noodles at my last visit were long flat and could be twirled like spaghetti. They were cooked properly and seasoned well , nice soupy noodles. Yesterday's noodles were the wrong ones for Thai noodles and so dry That I had to sprinkle soy sauce on them to get them to be edible. NOTE TO DAVID, MANAGER, FIND OUT WHO THE CHEF WAS YESTERDAY AT 5 O'CLOCK, AND HAVE HIM TRAIN WITH THE CHEF WHO PREPARED MY FIRST MEAL OF THAI NOODLES. My meal yesterday was unacceptable. The wasn't busy and we put our order in as soon as we sat down. My husband ordered soup, fried rice and a couple appetizers. The soup came out when my Thai noodle dish came out, but the rest order never came out. Finally, we went up to the register and asked them to take it off the bill , we paid and left. During our time there, the waitress only came to take the order and deliver it. Never came back to see how everything was. Training of kitchen staff and wait staff need to be addressed. They are serving inconsistent meals with inconsistent service. If you could advise me of the name of the first chef, I will be sure to return when he is working. His cooking of both our mea was so delicious. It made me want to come back yesterday. Unfortunately I did not receive the same meal at all. After my husband paid the waitress she disappeared into the kitchen before he could ask for a to go box. So he had to grab a large beverage cup with a cover as she didn't come out of the kitchen while he was standing there waiting. As I said, I would really love to return when the chef who prepared my first Thai noodle meal is back in the kitchen. Let me know his name so when I I can be sure he's working. Compare the two dishes in my photos.

The dish that used to be my go to was the ginger chicken, but the chicken quality is noticeably less tender, on the stringy side. It's still a decent place for a fast meal or easy takeout but I find myself looking elsewhere for Chinese food. I guess we were lucky to find Luckie's as a Thai-Asian cuisine which does both. They're located in the Fry's shopping center. Inside you seat yourself at any of the open tables. I would guess they can seat about 40-60 for capacity. There are menus you can take from the counter back to your table. There are also some pictures of the dishes above the main counter to see what you might be ordering. The staff was very friendly and helpful when placing the order. We started with eggrolls which were more like Chinese Spring Rolls. Their spring rolls are much different and Thai style using the clear wrap and not fried. My brother had the chicken curry while I had the seafood curry and mom had the shrimp with lobster sauce. The rice arrives as a large scoop in a separate bowl while the main dish is in another bowl. They're easily mixed on the plate. The seafood curry was very tasty and not too spicy. It came with shrimp, salmon and mussels along with peppers and onions. The shrimp with lobster sauce was too much for mom so we took it home. The staff offered a box of fried rice to take home as well at no extra cost. Most dishes cost around $12-$18. I was glad we made the right choice for lunch.
