The burgers aren't bad. They aren't the best in the area, and they're a little pricy. But that frozen custard is simply awesome!

The Reuben was good my husband got a single Wisconsin melt, he was disappointed the burger was Krystal thin he considered it poor value for the price. The cheese curds were good too. My husband's boss and his wife were there as well and they did not put mushrooms on his mushroom swiss burger. Staff was friendly and they worked hard to keep tables bussed. read more

Had the Walleye burger. It looks like it was a $1.00 burger from McDonald. What happened to the size of this? It used to be at least a decent 6 inch or at least. It was definitely not even a 3-44 inch. I should have got a photo of it. True cost cutting but at the expense of others. There is a lot of substitutes here so I am not worried. I am very disappointed for the value basket at almost $10 with taxes. It was definitely the smallest I have ever had. This will be my last time with my family. They even wanted to charge extra for blue berries in their almost $5 medium size concrete mixer when everyone else has BOGO on deserts?? read more

Ice cream is great there but the food is average. The people are friendly and nice. I just go for the ice cream and cheese curds!

Excellent service for a fast food chain, burger was very tasty but I think a little overpriced for what you get. But honestly that's every fast food joint. The only things I can knock them for are the buns and the shake. The buns were dry so I'm assuming they're shipped frozen. The milkshake was nothing but soft serve in a cup.... Culvers is our favorite fast food restaurant hands down. Their burgers are the best around and their custard is even better. I like to get a kids meal with a cheese burger (it's the same size as an adult burger). It's just the right size with an extra bonus of a free serving of custard....all for just $5! My kids love their chicken fingers! read more

Well it's better than Steak N Shake. I've had mostly good experiences here, once or twice the food was cold and the mashed potatoes were lumpy. I was really impressed the first time I came, so I hope they can be consistent in the future. read more

Love that hendersonville got a culvers! We had them all over up north. If you are looking for health food , this is not the place but if you are in the mood for a good juicy hot burger than this is the spot! All of their food is freshly cooked when you order, you aren't going to some burger that has been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 min. read more

This restaurant has fresher better ingredients, great food, and wonderful service, as well as an agreeable price for the quality of food, better than Arby's or Wendy's prices for a meal. I always feel welcome here by the staff, and they are very attentive. Their burgers taste great, and so does everything else. And an added bonus is having Pepsi brand drinks, which makes it the only burger place in the area with that distinction I know of. Overall I've had a positive experience each time I've gone, and its become a weekly/bi-weekly visit for me. If you're a health nut its not likely to appeal to you, but if you like some great burgers and fries I highly recommend it. read more

I've been here many times since they opened. The butter burgers and frozen custard are so yummy. The pot roast sandwich and chicken tenders are very good too. The service is wonderful. There were a few times early on where they got my order wrong, but they immediately fixed it. I put it down to getting the new business kinks worked out. They are a little more expensive than other burger places out there, but their food is fresh and way worth it. read more

Meal was fine, my issue was after when I ran into some of my friends while eating and we were having a 5 minute chat outside before we left by my car when the manager drives by and says "are you just standing around?" and before we said anything she said "kinda wish you wouldn't" then drove off. no custard is worth that shit ! i'll go to dairy queen next time read more

The dining atmosphere was extremely clean and relaxing and the employees kept asking if everything was okay and to my liking. We love this place, eat there at least once a week. Husband is disabled and they are so kind and helpful. Easy to get him in and out. Chicken salad, chicken tenders and chili are our favorites. Ice cream is wonderful! Other likes include lemons for tea and daily newspaper to read. read more

I am glad I had a gift card to pay the food at this place. After paying for a burger, onion rings, kids meal, and two custards, we were asked by the drive-thru associate to pull up and wait for our food. I didn't mind the wait, considering the prices and it occasionally happens when food is actually being prepared the moment is ordered. I did get annoyed as I watched several cars pull away from the drive thru with their orders and no delays. In the grand scheme of things, it really doesn't matter. The custard is phenomenal and absolutely worth the wait. My problem is with the absolutely disgusting hamburgers we were served. They weren't just overcooked; they were scorched. Mine as well as my son's burgers were so burnt, that even my dog refused them. Not even the cheese on my son's burger that I specifically asked to be omitted helped. The onion rings and fries were extremely greasy, as if they were placed in a fryer that didn't have a high enough temperature. If I eat at Culver's again, it will be for the custard and nothing else. read more

I love Culver's and we've eaten here 3 times since moving in this town. I always crave for the custard and I like mine with strawberries on top. They always have a flavor of the day custard but I don't really like turtle, mint chocolate chip etc so I've never tried those. The custard is creamy and just so addicting that I just get 1 scoop with my favorite strawberries on top every time. This is my main reason why I go to Culver's but the burgers and crispy chicken sandwich are not bad even. The service is good and fast. The reason why I only gave them four stars was because they took our number after serving the custards and therefore our food wasn't served on time. They were about to do this again the second time we ate there and I finally told them we ordered sandwiches as well and that I didn't want our order to get lost again. Other than that the service is good and fast even drive thru is fast and of course the food is good and fresh. I will give their dinner and soup menu a try next time that we're unable to cook dinner at home. read more
