I had the Baby Jumbo with an order of onion rings. My husband had the 3/4 Stuffed Jumbo with onion rings. The food came to us freshly cooked and hot. You won't get any cold onion rings here. You order at the counter but the service doesn't suffer. The woman who took our order was very pleasant & helpful as this was our first visit. The restaurant has plenty of parking in front of it. Living in Sumner County since 2016, I've only eaten here once back when it was in the old spot. But I don't really recall it. Maybe it was the fact that I didn't order a burger (insane, I know) but I found myself in this part of town and I decided to partake again. One may balk at the price but in reality, it's really affordable, especially when you compare a 1/2 burger that's NOT fast food quality to that of the fast food burger chains. Have you even seen the price of a Value Meal at McDonald's now? I opted for the Mushroom & Swiss with fries and a drink and it was barely a few bucks over a McDonald's QP meal (which is my go-to) there. I think what makes the burger is the beef. It's expertly seasoned and not at all bland/plain like other burger places. You're getting a huge, beefy, delicious burger that you can't find anywhere else. Continuing in the quest for great Nashville burgers, today we tried Jumbo & Delicious. This spot was pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon, but placing our order was quick. Upon entering you place your order at the counter and seat yourself. Your food is prepared fresh and delivered right to your table. The menu said the 1/2 pound stuffed jumbo was the most popular, so that's what we ordered. You can add your preferred toppings to customize your burger just the way you like it. Our burgers arrived hot, juicy, and very tasty. My husband's fries were crinkle cut and plentiful. The onion rings were about six rings in the order, but that was plenty alongside my large burger. Okay I'll try it out and I walked in and ordered I seated myself. We ordered 2 sandwiches and a order of onion rings and we may have got 8 onion rings for $2.99. I couldn't help but to notice that the same lady that took my order was in the kitchen cooking. ( just hoping she washed her hands). The corn beef was all chopped up and I couldn't tell if it was the meat or the salad dressing that tasted sour. No pickles or frills just a sandwich. I gave 1 star for store cleanliness, 1 star for the music and 1 star for location. Staff in kitchen that I am looking at do not have on any masks and it is 3 employees. How sad! read more

Quiet place. Local burger spot. I was bummed that they didn't have any chicken tenders. It was in the afternoon, but maybe because it was a Monday... maybe they needed to refill their food supply... I really wanted to try the stuffed grilled cheese. It was good, but to me it want ass big as the other reviewers have been saying. It's a lot of bread but it's not big. The fries were ok. Nothing to brag home about. The lady helping us with our order was very nice. The actual food itself was just ok to us. My sister ordered the smaller burger and it was huge. She's petite so she was pretty stuffed and couldn't finish it. Food is pretty good but that's about where the good ends. Our order: BBQ Bacon Burger with onion rings Swiss Mushroom Burger with hand cut fries Buffalo wings Let's start with the wings. They are more "hot wings" than Buffalo. They are fried chicken wings with breading. The spice/heat is cooked into the breading and they are not tossed in Buffalo sauce. Not bad but not what was expected. Both burgers were darn good. I liked that the bun to burger ratio was good and the buns stood up to the juiciness of the meat and the toppings. The "hand cut" fries were a disappointment and were obviously not fresh hand cut on site. More like frozen food service fries dumped out of a bag into the fryer. They were limp and not lukewarm. On the flip side the onion rings were thick and crisp with good flavor. If it were just about the food when dining out jumbo and delicious would be a solid 4.5 stars. But unfortunately for them when two burgers & six wings costs $40 before a tip I expect more. Most importantly friendly service. The lady taking orders at the counter never smiles and acts like placing an order is an inconvenience to her. Then after waiting what seems like forever someone calls your number and when you raise your hand the cheap foam plates of food are dumped on your table and the "server" scurries away without asking if everything looks good or you need anything else. And then you never see them again. It's pretty much a self service place. I expect that for a $6 burger not a $15 burger. The restaurant itself is dark, dingy with low ceilings and dirty floors. And don't get me started on the restrooms. I often think the attention a restaurant puts into bathroom cleanliness is the same they put into kitchen cleanliness. Okay, I mis-judged this place! I wanted a great thick burger with fries....and that is Exactly What I Got!
