This is a solid Culver's. I try and stop here whenever I'm driving between Minneapolis and Chicago because it's right off the interstate, close to a gas station, it's immaculately clean, and the staff are really friendly. Earlier this week I passed through and stopped in for a quick bite heading back to Chicago. A Culver's employee opened the door for me and greeted me. Nice touch! I get to the counter and before I open my mouth the gentleman behind the counter welcomes me to Culver's and asks me how I'm doing today. Again, nice touch. I ordered and waited only a few minutes for my meal to go. What's really cool about this place is on the door there is a sign that reads "Proudly owned and operated by Scott Mallon." I don't know Scott but this guy has a great restaurant with excellent employees. I hope he's proud. I'll definitely keep coming back. read more

Forgot my fries and cheese curds only noticed AFTER i got all the way home after telling the manager she just hanged me the fries no apology or nothing. On top of that, this establishment always shorts me of my topping on my ice cream if i order 2 toppings i get the exact same amount as one topping. read more

My only complaint is they'll often forget parts of my order. I order the cranberry bacon Bleu salad and they've forgotten to put bacon on it several times. Things like that. Not a big deal in the scheme of life, but the bacon is part of it and the best part. Just dissapointed when they miss it completely. Especially since bacon is in the name of the salad. read more

Food was good but very disappointed in the size of my fish dinner cod filets. So small and putting both together didn't equal 1 filet that I'm used to paying $14 for!! I also asked for mashed potatoes which were ok but wasn't aware they came with gravy. Should ask if gravy is wanted! Don't think I'll order a $14 fish dinner anymore if the size of filets are gonna be that small. Almost looked like fish sticks! read more

This Culver's is in our neighborhood. We walk there, typically. Lately, I've been impressed by the way they totally upgraded their drive-thru and parking setup to keep cars off the street (as much as possible) and take care of their staff and customers during a pandemic. The food has always been on point, we've done many fundraising events here, and the service is always top-notch. Managers always seem alert and engaged, and I think that makes the difference. It's a fast-food joint, but also a great, friendly supporter of our community. read more

This Culver's location never disappoints! I get the same order every single time, George's Chili. It is just so hearty and scrumptious with every bite. I am always greeted by the great staff, especially Kyra. She always rushes to open the door for me and always tells me a sly joke. She has outstanding customer service skills, as do the rest of the Midland Culver team. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this great group and 10 stars to Kyra! read more

I'm from out of town but this culvers was a nice stop for lunch. The space looks fairly new and the bathrooms are well kept. The workers were nice. As that other reviewer said, solid culvers indeed. read more

Good food but very expensive. Why are all the girls working the counter and the boys in back cooking? Seems very sexist.

I don't know why I am even leaving two stars, but maybe the staff. Been to this location a few times, but each time is a disappointment. Why do I keep stopping at this one, thinking I will give them another try. The wait is ridiculous and food quality is terrible, and sometimes can't even get the order correct. Next time I decide to stop at a Culver's in Janesville it won't be this establishment. The only thing this one has going for them there is no competition in the area when you are by the hospital. read more

This Culvers is not good at all. We usually go to the Culvers on Milton Ave but we have been going to this one after we leave St Marys Hospital. To compare the two would be crazy because its like a totally different chain. I dont know if they are short on staff or staff that really doesnt care. To be fair, I have recieved a couple of burnt sourdough melts at Milton Ave but never a bad milkshake. In the 2 months we have been there 4 times and only once did we get good food and shakes. 1st time- i ordered a large strawberry shake. I put it in the freezer for later, later came and it looked like a vanilla shake. I found 3 pieces of strawberry (no exaggerating) and thats it. It wasnt even pinkish in color. It tasted like a large vanilla shake. 2nd time- ordered a double butter burger with cheese and they did get my chocolate shake right because how hard could that be to make when they have chocolate custard ready. Got home no cheese on burger.. 3rd time- ordered a large caramel shake with extra catramel. It was the best shake I've ever had, it was that good. 4th time- last night asked my husband to get another one of those delicious caramel w extra caramel shakes. To my disappointment I basically had a vanilla shake AGAIN. I asked of it was busy, "no, just some employees hanging around talking. It was the color of a vanilla shake and I saw 1 caramel streak on the side of the glass. I thought they didnt mix it well so i waited till i could stir it really well and tasted it. Yep, just like a vanilla shake. I couldn't taste any caramel. That little streak I think is all they put in a LARGE shake. I would think asking for EXTRA CARAMEL you could taste a hint of caramel. Just like the strawberry shake...nothing but a large vanilla shake. So if you like vanilla shakes, its the place for you. If you dont like a plain vanilla shake, I would suggest going to a different location. read more

Shoutout to all of the employees working on July 6 at around 7pm. We stopped for a quick dinner... and were treated to exceptional customer service and great food! The place was impossibly clean, everyone was friendly, and our food was fresh/delish. We were also very impressed and appreciative of the COVID precautions the establishment seems to have taken to ensure all are safe. I can't get past all the grease and butter. It just doesn't settle well with me. On the plus side I like their onion rings and root beer!

Very good. Better than I expected. Reminds me of Wendy's when it was still good. We do t have Culver's here in Cleveland. Good job.
