This was my second time here. My first time was on the second day they opened. Take out took a while but they were new so it was understandable. Today we ate in. Service was fast and extremely friendly. Burgers are pretty good. It is a thin burger patty but also flavorful. They use crinkle fries also good. They are known for custard. Custard is made of very good quality ingredients. The service really stood out. Everything was "My Pleasure" and service with a smile. Very clean environment. GEO WAS OUTSTANDING!!! I MEAN REALLY OUTSTANDING. I'm not sure if he is a manager but he sure acted like one. He came by our table to see if we needed anything cleaned up. Then he came by again to see if we Enjoyed everything. And then he walked around the dining room and ask everyone table by table if they needed anything and if they were enjoying themselves. If you are in the mood for a great burger at a fast-food price, you HAVE to check out Culver's! My wife had just recently heard of Culver's and was telling me about it. We decided to stop there a few weeks ago and we are now HUGE FANS! The burgers are delicious and the cheese curds are amazing! Our boys love their french fries! We haven't been able to experience the inside of Culver's yet due to restaurant closures, however, the drive-thru experience wasn't too bad. The service was pretty quick and very friendly. Once you order your food and pay, you receive a sticker with a number that you're supposed to place on the outside of your vehicle. I don't like sticking things on my vehicle, so I just hold the sticker out the window. :) The staff bring your order right to you. This is absolutely a new family favorite for us! read more

Oh me oh my! What have I been missing out on..being a girl from the Midwest I have to say this place is pretty awesome. Wisconsin definitely knows their cheese. When pulling up you have the option of dining in or going through the drive thru, with it being my first time I didn't want to make any hasty decisions so I decided to gawk at the menu inside. They have EVERYTHING on the menu from their known butter burger to shakes down to their cheese curds. I ordered the classic burger with a side of crinkle fries and an order of cheese curds. I was so excited that I didn't realize that you had the option of making your burger into a single or a double. After we ordered we sat down, within 5 minutes someone came with our order. The burger was super moist- definitely not like a fast food burger. The fries were extra crunchy which is a huge plus for me..I hate fries that get soggy mid meal. And oh the cheesy cheese curds..with a combination of white and yellow curds these little bits were like pillowy heaven. The staff were super helpful walking around to see if we needed anything. To make things a little extra I asked for their homemade chipotle sauce along with tangy bbq. Not that you need sauce but it definitely compliments the meal. Long wait time for poor food, got a large milkshake. It was under the level it should be did not take one sip or bite of the milkshake that you're seeing pictures of. More over the plastic container that the milkshake came in was cracked and was leaking in my cup holder. I don't know what's going on with Culver's in Jupiter but every time I go there they messed up my order, I went all the way back to tell them it wasn't what I ordered. They reassured me that they fixed it and when I got home, it was exactly the same.. like did you not even look at it?, when I informed the kid behind the counter about my concerns he laughed at me and giggled as if it was funny, as if my frustration was funny to him. Customer service is lacking as well as food freshness lately & Why did he reassure me that everything was fixed then make me drive all the way home previously? Most of the time the hamburger patties don't even taste fresh, almost like it's either been sitting for hours or microwaved. This is definitely my last time going to this establishment, I know I've said this many times before to myself at this time I mean it. Obviously, you guys have more customers than you can handle anyway so I'm doing you guys a favor by taking my business to BurgerFi from here on out. read more

Just finished lunch with my kids after a nice beach day here in Jupiter. what we thought would be a yummy and fun lunch quickly turned unpleasant. after ordering our food, we noticed my daughters milkshake was missing brownie bites so we polite asked the young gentleman to fix the order. After 15 minutes that manger approached the table with the shake and began to claim that we didn't pay for brownies and that he made the worker cry because we were "rude." This was very accusatory and completely out of place when we were nothing but kind and polite. This interaction was very upsetting and made the rest of our experience uncomfortablle. read more

We've enjoyed Culver's on travels out of state, and now glad they have arrived in Jupiter. Stores always seem to have loads of friendly employee's, however the "fast/casual" vs "quick serve" always takes a few minutes to serve. You gotta be prepared for the short wait. We each had burgers on our first visit (a double & a single) that had a beautiful char "color" to them and backyard "cook-out" flavor. The cheese was actually melted and topped with crisp lettuce and a nice tomato slice, along with a good quality toasted bun too. On a second recent visit I went for the double with bacon, while my dining buddy had their Reuben, prepared with ample corned beef; it tasted as good as it looked. It's nice to have choices beside just burgers in this type of dining; soups, salads, along with pot roast, pork, fish, and chicken, each offered in many different preparation styles. Only thing special about the crinkle cut fries is the fact they were cooked perfectly and served hot, with still creamy centers. We ate on the dog friendly, clean outdoor patio area that included two Culver provided fresh bowls of water. Their house dessert specialty is frozen custard, which I've had just once, but it's the real thing with many flavor choices, and a once in awhile self-indulgence. Excellent! Service is great and food is well prepared and delicious! The manager on staff was Tiahna and she helped take our order and was very friendly. We ordered two butter burgers with cheese curds and a pot roast dinner and it was all yummy. A young man named Michael brought it out and made sure that we had everything we needed. So Culver's? What happened? My wife, our son and i went to see you yesterday. My wife was nursing a horrible hangover from a Jell-O shot. Yes, just one strong Jell-O shot from the night before. Will she ever learn? She wanted Culver's and in her state who was I to argue. With that said I am not hear to shed light on my wife, but instead give an honest review of this burger place that I love. How to start? Service, as always, was great! Everyone from the cash register to the runner was great. Wish I can say that for the food. My son had the Wisconsin basket and only ate half of his sandwich. Me? I had the double butter burger with all the fixings. Do they say fixings in South Florida or is my Last 27 years in Georgia rearing its head? Nonetheless, the burgers were tasteless and looked like them may have been slightly burnt just without the burnt taste. Fries were barely hot. Not my best experience. My wife enjoyed her meal. I really like Culver's and go past other fast food places to eat here. I'm a big fan of the double butter burger with cheese. Look for the Flavor of the Day ice cream as they are often unique and delicious. Today it was Oreo Chocolate with crunchy pieces of cookie mixed in and sprinkled on. Kudos to management for having a courteous team and a super efficient system. The drive thru might have 10 cars but it moves quickly and your food is brought out to your car. read more

So I was finally able to make it to Culver's. My dad had been here a couple times and raved about it. More about the custard than anything else. Good custard is hard to find so I was definitely excited to finally try it out since I was in the area. I will say this... always stick to what places make best and they are known for their custards and burgers. Two things that I did not end up ordering. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was okay, felt more dry than anything else. Wife ordered the chicken tenders and they were actually a lot better. Their fries were very good and I really enjoyed it. When it came down to ordering desert instead of going for the Custard I got the Concrete Mixer because I wanted a vanilla and oreo comibination. When I finally got it it was watered down and all I tasted was ice cream and nothing else. I ended up trying some of the custard my dad had and it was amazing. Completely bummed I didn't get it. I was already stuffed so I didn't wanna order a custard, would have just been too much food lol. Because of that, I will be back again. The service was very good. A quick jaunt off the beaten I-95 path to grab some late night food on my way home. As usual, the cheese curds were delicious and piping hot! The grilled cheese meal came with french fries (also piping hot!) and a scoop of their daily custard creation, which was something yummy with Heath bar... I think they call that butter brickle? Excited for something new to Jupiter. Went it when it first opened and I had a nice experience. Staff inside is nice and friendly. Had suggestions being it was my first time. They keep the restaurant nice and clean. I felt kind of bad that they brought you your food because it's a fast food place but it was nice. If you order a concrete mixer, they usually bring that out first then your food. The burgers itself was good. Not wow but better than other fast food joints. The Crispy Chicken sandwich is yummy. It's rather big so I was full after half. The fries were amazing. They came out, fresh cooked. Nice and crispy and warm inside. And did I mention they're crinkle fries. Their concrete mixer is something everyone should try. They blend the ice cream and the toppings very well so you get everything in each bite. It's a fast food burger place. I went in with high expectations after hearing people rave about the butter burgers and cheese curds. The burger was good, but there are plenty of other chains with an equally good burger. The cheese curds were good, but no outstanding. What I did like was that the restaurant was staffed with an army, constantly cleaning, ready to help, checking on you, etc. The staff all seemed pleasant and happy. Pro- The fish sandwich was a perfect portion for me, but may be small for larger appetites. The fish on the sand which is the same as the fish and chips platter. The fish is crispy,flaky and very thick. Better than normal fast food Fish sandwiches comparable to Dune Dog. I got a regular cheese curds with my meal which contained about 25 "curds". I thought the portion side on my meal was decent for me. Cheese Curds- these were very tasty, but they were simply not cheese curds. If you have had real cheese curds they have a distinct creaminess, and flavor. These taste like mini mozzarella bites which is why they are so tasty, but not what we wanted. They are just mini mozzarella bites so get marinara for them. My wife got the Swiss and Mushroom burger which arrived looking sad without any mushrooms. So we asked them to remake it and they did adding 4 mushroom pieces to the burger and not melting the cheese on it. (see picture where we spread out the mushrooms). The seasoning and flavor of the burger was decent, but nothing crazy good or bad just on par with fast food burgers. (Wendy's type of burger) My wife got the small fry which was a good size for her and came with a good amount. We also got onion rings to try and they were also a good portion size(10 in my small order). These were good, greasy, and the batter was tasty. These are a good restaurant quality type of onion rings (a step up from fast food, but very greasy). So last, but not least we got custard. My wife got a concrete mixer with Peanut Butter and Chocolate (flavor of the day) and I got a chocolate malt shake. We both said this is good, but not AMAZING. It's good, creamy, and tasty. I would compare it to a decent ice cream shop. However it is not something I would run back for right away or go crazy for. I have to say many other customers have complained about the drive through wait time and the wait time at the table. We were there a 5:30 so we were in the middle of dinner rush and we to wait five minutes to get our food at our table. We actually went back up and ordered onion rings and they were also at the table in 5 mins. Maybe they hired more people or have figured out how to run it better, but this was not an issue for our visit. Al in all I would give this place 3 stars for quality and flavor. The burgers here are juicy and tender. The bun is the perfect accompaniment as it's also very fresh and slightly sweet. My daughter eats the entire burger. You know it's good if your 4 year old can finish the entire thing. The kids meals are well-priced and include a side, drink and a custard. What a deal!!! Everything was hot and fresh.
