Fantastic! We thought we'd have a long wait when we pulled up and saw about a dozen cars in the drive-thru, but the staff inside were hopping! We chose to eat inside and we're glad since we got our food before the long line of folks outside! My husband and I shared a double bacon burger, fried cod sandwich, fries, small cheese curd and a diet root beer. We will sit eating and enjoying our meal, and sometimes we'll cast our gaze across the street to the dark & desolate Wendy's & Taco Bell. Neither fast food restaurant does 1/20th of the business the 9th Street Culver's does. The parking lots across the street are empty, and there are no lines at their drive thru. But Culver's is busy, busy, busy, whether in the dining room or at the drive thru. The food is uniformly good. The ButterBurgers, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, the Shrimp Dinners, the different salads, all of them are very nice. We pass on the fries and I think the Reuben & Melts could be a bit better. And the Frozen Custard is sinful. We treat ourselves to occasional Chocolate-Coffee Concrete Mixers with bits of Heath Bars. Staff keep the dining room picked up & clean despite the customer turnover. The parking lot can get congested, particularly as the line of cars waiting to give its food orders gets in the way of people parking to eat in. read more

Just ordered 2 value meals and one kids meal through the drive through. I was preoccupied and didn't sort through the order prior to leaving. 20 miles down the highway I realized that I was missing a meal. Called the restaurant to let them know and the girl said, "oh yeah, it's sitting right here. We can send you a coupon or you can come back and pick it up". I told her that I would come back and get it. I called the store and requested that the meal was remade and that we would be there in 10 min. The manager got on the phone and informed me that they would make an exception this time and remake it, but in the future they would only be able to issue a coupon rather than remake it.
